Daughter of oblivion: Claimed by four alpha(s)-Chapter 194 - 192: Impatient little thing
Silence slammed down between them.
Eryx’s chest heaved, his voice rough when he spoke. "She chose him," he said hoarsely. "How do you expect me to react?"
Theo’s anger didn’t soften. If anything, it hardened. "And that’s exactly why you need to get your shit together," he said coldly. "Because if anyone finds out what you did with Azrael’s mate or if he reports you to the Apex, then you’re in a bigger shit."
Rhydric’s gaze darkened at that.
Eryx looked back at the shattered pieces on the floor, teeth grinding. The he spun on his heels.
"I don’t care about the Apex or anyone." Then he stormed out of the house.
Theo ran a hand through his hair, his chest rising and falling with anger. "Damn it... that was necessary," he muttered to himself.
Rhydric leaned against the doorframe back with his arms crossed as he peered at Theo. "That... was harsh," he said slowly, his tone even but sharp with judgment.
Theo snorted without looking at him. "Harsh? He needed to hear it. He was acting like a damn child, losing control over nothing but his own ego."
Rhydric shook his head. "Yeah... but you didn’t have to yell at him like that. Could’ve been calmer, precise. You almost made him do something stupid."
Theo stopped pacing and turned, frowning. "He’s lucky I didn’t go full savage on him. He’s lucky Athena’s safe, that’s all. That kid, he needs boundaries."
Rhydric’s expression softened, though still serious. "I get it. But don’t pretend you didn’t almost push him over the edge."
Theo exhaled sharply, running a hand down his face. "Maybe. But sometimes, the edge is the only thing that wakes someone up."
Jianna walked into the warehouse with a plate full of food.
When she got to where Oliver was tied to the chair, she dumped the food by his foot and turned to leave.
But then Oliver spoke. "How on earth do you expect me to eat that?"
Jianna paused upon hearing that.
"Figure it out yourself."
Oliver scoffed. "Are you angry with me?"
She turned to him. "Yes."
He nodded, then said, "I’m sorry," with an unreadable expression on his face. Jianna couldn’t tell if he was joking or serious.
"What?" he asked. "Why are you looking at me like that? I said I’m sorry."
Jianna walked up to him and stood between his
spread legs as he sat there with his hands tied behind him. "I find it very hard to believe that." 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎
"Okay, fine," Oliver said. "I know I haven’t made it easy for you. And you didn’t make it easy for me too." He sighed. "You said you like me, Jianna, and you fucking tied me to a chair and touched me without my permission. What was I supposed to do, praise you for the job well done?" He hesitated, then added quietly, "Even when a part of me liked it."
Jianna’s eyes brightened like a child who had been lonely all her life. "You liked that I touched you?"
Oliver nodded. "I know I’m not supposed to like it, and you might not even believe me, but I really do."
Jianna’s heart raced. "So I can touch you, fuck you, kiss you like I’ve always wanted to?"
Oliver forced a smile and nodded. But he regretted that instantly, because Jianna crushed her lips onto his.
He pulled back just enough to breathe, his lips still brushing hers. "Wait," he murmured against her mouth, voice low. "Why the rush?"
Jianna frowned instantly, suspicion flashing in her eyes. "What’s wrong?" she demanded. "Don’t you want me anymore?"
"I want you," he said without hesitation. "Just... not when I’m tied to a chair." A crooked smile tugged at his lips. "I kind of want to show you all I’ve got."
Jianna sucked in a sharp breath. "Fuck," she muttered, biting her lower lip hard before squeezing her eyes shut.
Oliver watched her carefully. "What are you thinking about?"
Her eyes snapped open, deadly serious now. "Are you saying all this just to make me untie you so you can run away from me?" Her voice dropped, dangerous.
Oliver shook his head slowly. "I wouldn’t dare run away from you," he said calmly. "I mean... you’re the one with the gun. Not me."
She stared at him for a long moment, hesitation written all over her face. Finally, she spoke, voice sharp. "Don’t even think, don’t you dare try anything foolish, okay? Or I’ll blow your head off."
He chuckled softly. "Yes, ma’am."
Jianna rolled her eyes hard. "Jianna."
He nodded, that teasing smile back on his face. "Yes... Jianna."
Her cheeks flamed.
Such a bitch...
She bent down and untied his leg first, then moved to his hands. The ropes fell away, and Oliver let out a relieved huff as he stood up, stretching his arms and rolling his shoulders. He tested his legs carefully, wincing slightly, one of them still hurt from the gunshot.
But he straightened anyway, eyes lifting back to Jianna, something charged and unreadable passing between them.
Jianna leaned in again, to seal the deal, but Oliver lifted a hand gently between them. "Wait," he said.
She groaned, clearly unimpressed. "What now?"
He huffed out a quiet laugh. "I’ve been tied to a chair for weeks, Jianna. Can I at least take a bath first?"
She tilted her head, eyeing him. "I don’t mind," she said honestly, already closing the distance again.
But he stepped back this time, shaking his head. "I do."
His gaze dropped briefly, then returned to her face with a teasing glint. "Unless you want to tie me back up, and forget about all this damn thing."
She frowned, frustration flickering across her face, then it melted into a slow, dangerous smile. "Fine," she said. "Okay then."
Her hand slid up between his legs, and grabbed him as she made eye contact with me. Trying to figure out if there’s any changes in his expression, bug he gave nothing away. "Follow me." she said with a smirk.
Oliver smirked, allowing himself to be pulled along. "Impatient little thing."
Jianna glanced back at him, eyes burning with something bold and unapologetic.
"That’s what you’ve got me feeling, Daddy." she shot back, voice low and heated.
