Daddy is too Strong-Chapter 283
The Core suddenly appeared out of nowhere, giving birth to various creatures that thrived there, including the dragons. Life, culture, economy, and etiquette in the Core were vastly different from those on Earth.
Karsiel, who had settled into Do-Jun’s home with Yoon-Hee’s help, first sought out the knowledge necessary to survive on Earth. After separating the trash from the recyclables and doing some simple cleaning, she sat primly in front of the TV, watching a documentary.
⌜Abrasives remove plaque and debris from teeth, and fluoride disinfects the surface...⌟
Documentaries, filled with useful information about Earth, had quickly become her favorite TV genre.
“Hmm, noted,” she said, jotting it down.
She always took notes in her notebook to retain the knowledge she gained. These small pieces of information could sometimes prove crucial for survival on Earth.
After about an hour of watching TV, it was soon 10 AM. It was time for Yong-Yong and Byeol to wake up, which meant she needed to prepare breakfast. Karsiel got up from her seat, opened the fridge, and checked the ingredients.
All she found were spinach, bean sprouts, eggs, and kimchi. Her eyes narrowed slightly. She didn’t mind eating whatever was available, but the problem was Yong-Yong and Byeol.
Karsiel opened a book she had bought during her last visit to the bookstore: The Veteran Mom’s Guide to Raising Kids. She turned to the bookmarked section, “How to Handle Picky Eaters,” and quickly reread it, even though she had already gone through it once before.

Byeol blinked, wondering what was going on. There wasn’t a trace of meat anywhere on the table. Yong-Yong looked just as confused.
Having already anticipated their reactions, Karsiel scooped up a big spoonful of rice, placed spinach and bean sprouts on top, and brought it to Byeol’s lips. However, Byeol leaned back slightly.
Seeing her reaction, Karsiel asked her, “You don’t want to eat?”
“I’m not hungwy.”
“I don’t think that’s true. I think you are hungry.”
As if to prove Byeol wrong, her stomach let out a loud growl.
Unable to stomach the sight of the vegetable mixture on her rice, Byeol darted her eyes around and protested. “I ate a lot yestewday, so it’s okie.”
“Is that so?”
“Yup.”
“Then I’ll eat this myself.”
Karsiel calmly popped the spoonful into her own mouth. She chewed with an expression of pure bliss, as though it were the most delicious thing in the world. Watching her, Byeol gulped.
“It’s really good... Such a shame I have to eat it all by myself,” she muttered with a slight exaggeration.
Finally, as the third spoonful was about to bypass Byeol, she couldn’t take it anymore.
“Gimme! I’ll eat it!”
Byeol clamored for the rice. Smiling, Karsiel gently placed the spoonful into Byeol’s mouth. The starving Byeol began shoveling the rice into her mouth with her small spoon.
Yong-Yong tried to wiggle out of eating and said, “Karsiel, I’m really not...”
“Lord Izaas, if you finish the spinach, I’ll order fried chicken for you later.”
“Someone who would reject a delicious meal you made! Haha!” He switched tracks at the speed of light.

Karsiel was teaching Korean to Byeol and Yong-Yong in the living room.
At 11 PM, Do-Jun walked over to them and said, “Time to go to bed.”
Yoon-Hee, who had laid out the bedding, carried the sleeping Byeol into the bedroom. After tidying up the Korean study books in the living room with Karsiel, Do-Jun finally headed to the bedroom.
The shared bed in their bedroom used to be a twin. However, as the family grew, it was replaced with a king-size bed, the largest size available at the nearby mattress store, and maybe because of that, Karsiel, who often slept in her mini dragon form in one corner of the bed, occasionally wriggled her way up to Do-Jun’s side to sleep right next to him.
Do-Jun turned off the light and lay down on the bed. Yong-Yong cautiously looked at him before climbing onto the blanket near Do-Jun’s stomach and curling up. Within ten seconds, gentle snores could be heard from him.
As for Karsiel, it seemed she planned to sleep in her human form tonight. She slipped under the blanket and lay beside Do-Jun, facing him, and rested her hand on his palm without realizing it. When she noticed, she flinched and quickly pulled her hand back.
Phew, that was close, she thought.

Anne’s daily routine involved observing the Deep Realm through the Prophet’s Telescope and keeping detailed logs. She was now focused on condensing thousands of volumes of these records, working diligently so that someday, when Do-Jun explored the Deep Realm, these logs could prove useful to him.
Karsiel would occasionally visit her nest, and whenever Anne was busy with her tasks, she’d quietly focus on her own studies so as not to be a distraction.
Anne paused her work and glanced over at Karsiel.
“Is that... a newspaper?” Anne asked Karsiel, who was sprawled on her stomach in a gazebo near the lake, reading a newspaper.
“Yeah.”
“You’re working hard too, huh?”
“It’s helpful for life on Earth,” Karsiel replied.
“Hm.”
The section she was reading now centered on economics, discussing how the real estate market was recovering as the occurrence of uncontrolled Fissures started to stabilize. Anne wondered if Karsiel truly needed to know this information, but chose to leave her be.
“Hey, are you planning to keep living on Earth?” Anne suddenly asked.
Dragons had nests. It was an unspoken custom for each dragon to live in their own nest, connected to the Core. But Yong-Yong and Karsiel lived at Do-Jun’s house instead.
“Master said I can stay. He said it’s okay to keep living there,” Karsiel said.
“You’re practically family, huh.”
“Yeah.”
For dragons accustomed to living alone in their nests, this was unusual. Anne was no exception; it was just that Yong-Yong and Karsiel were unique cases. She had been quite shocked when she first heard about it.
Anne asked probingly, “Isn’t it hard to adapt? Like the human language, for instance. I mean, sure, you’re studying, but still...”
“I’ve studied a lot, so if it’s common knowledge, I have it down for the most part.”
There was a hint of pride on Karsiel’s face, an expression Anne had never seen before. Karsiel, who had always appeared emotionless, had changed a lot.
“Is that so?” Feeling mischievous, Anne grinned and scooted closer. “Alright, Karsiel, so you even know how babies are made now, huh?”
“Yeah.”
“W-wait, seriously?”
Had Karsiel truly climbed the steps of adulthood?
Considering how much she had been studying and absorbing information about life on Earth, it would actually be more surprising if she didn’t know. Anne felt her face heat up as she cleared her throat awkwardly.
“Well, then. Why don’t you tell me how they’re made?” she asked.
Unlike Anne, whose cheeks were flushed, Karsiel remained completely composed. She answered calmly as if it were no big deal. “Hmm, alright. So, if, at night...”
“Mhm...?” Anne swallowed nervously. No way. Could Karsiel really know?
“A man and woman....”
“Yeah...?”
“Hold hands when they go to sleep, you get a baby.”
“Huh...?” Anne let out an exasperated sigh.
However, Karsiel was completely serious, not joking at all.
Suddenly, Karsiel’s mood dampened, and she lowered her head. “That’s why... I can’t hold Master’s hand when we sleep.”
Anne looked at her, speechless.
“It’s okay when we’re awake, though.”
“H-hey, Karsiel.”
“Yeah?”
“Where did you even get that information?”
Karsiel thought about it for a moment. The knowledge about how babies were made definitely came from a TV cartoon, she recalled.
“From TV.”
“Ha...haha...”
“Why?”
Anne gave an awkward laugh. Karsiel firmly believed that simply holding hands while sleeping could create a baby. Anne decided it was best not to correct her, thinking that teaching her the actual “mechanics” might come as too much of a shock.

After spending some time at Anne’s nest, Karsiel stopped in the city on her way back. With the allowance she occasionally received from Do-Jun, she would sometimes buy delicious treats for the family or visit bookstores to purchase books filled with useful information.
At a bookstore, she spotted a familiar man wearing a hat and sunglasses, hiding in a corner as he sneaked a peek at a book. Though he tried to conceal his appearance, he couldn’t fool a dragon’s keen senses.
Oh, it’s Kiriel. Having seen Kiriel buy comic books several times, Karsiel approached him quickly, planning to say hello.
“Kiriel.”
“W-whoa!” Startled, Kiriel quickly hid the book he was reading behind his back and jumped back.
Karsiel flinched in surprise at his reaction.
“W-what’s wrong, Kiriel?” she asked.
“I-I am n-not Kiriel!”
His voice and manner of speaking gave him away instantly. Kiriel was desperately trying to hide the book he was holding behind him.
Curious about what it could possibly be, Karsiel stepped closer to take a look.
“D-don’t come any closer!” Kiriel practically begged.
“What are you hiding? Now I’m curious. Let me see.”
Kiriel flailed, refusing to let her get a glimpse. The more he resisted, the more determined Karsiel became, increasing her efforts.
Eventually, Kiriel ran out of space to retreat. He tripped and fell, causing the book he was holding to fly into the air. Karsiel seized the opportunity and quickly snatched it.
“No! Don’t read it! I-it’s too embarrassing!”
“What is it that’s so—” Karsiel stopped talking as she read the book’s title: Children’s Sex Education Comic - How Are Babies Made?
Kiriel covered his face with both hands, his cheeks flushed bright red. As he stopped struggling, Karsiel casually opened the comic and skimmed through it.
“W-what... N-no, this c-can’t be...” Stunned, Karsiel dropped the book.

After dinner that evening, as usual, Karsiel helped Yong-Yong and Byeol with their Korean lessons. By the time it was nearly 11 PM, Byeol was rubbing her eyes as she headed to the bedroom.
Taking the opportunity, Karsiel said, “Lord Izaas.”
“Hm?”
“Do you... Do you know how babies are made?” Her voice was shaky, lips trembling from the shocking truth she had learned.
“Of course, I do.”
“As expected, you already knew...”
As if it were obvious, Yong-Yong shrugged his tiny shoulders and said, “The stork brings them, doesn’t it?”
Karsiel’s eyes widened in disbelief. “S-sorry?”
“Wait, you didn’t know? Haha, well, now you do.”
Humming a tune, Yong-Yong neatly packed away their Korean workbooks and leisurely strolled over to the bed.

At 1 AM, Do-Jun returned home after working late into the night. After showering and changing into comfortable clothes, he headed into the bedroom. The children were sleeping peacefully, their faces serene.
Well, except for one.
“Still awake?” Do-Jun asked Karsiel.
“Yes, Master. I can’t sleep.”
Karsiel lowered the blanket slightly and looked at him.
Do-Jun picked up Yong-Yong, who had rolled off the bed onto the floor, and placed him back on the bed as if it were routine. Only then did he get into the bed himself.
Karsiel’s gaze lingered on Do-Jun’s hand. Then, as if making up her mind, she shut her eyes tightly and held his hand with both of hers.
About a minute passed. Karsiel’s breathing softened—she had fallen asleep.
Do-Jun couldn’t help but smile.
“Good night,” he muttered. Thinking it was finally time for him to sleep, Do-Jun began to close his eyes, only to hear a muffled thump.
Yong-Yong rolled off the bed again, landing on the floor, all the while continuing to snore.
“Zzzz...”
Do-Jun rubbed his forehead in exasperation.
