Seeing Mu Beiting staring blankly at the fountain, Ye Anxin gently nudged his arm, puzzled, and asked, "Uncle, what are you thinking about?"
"Nothing!" Mu Beiting gently shook his head, but his gaze never left the fountain!
"Let’s go! Let’s take a stroll somewhere else!" Ye Anxin squinted and smiled, linking arms with Mu Beiting, pulling him towards the garden!
Walking arm in arm with Mu Beiting in the garden, Ye Anxin looked up at his profile and suddenly felt a sense of nostalgia!
She felt like it had been a long time since she had walked so intimately with the uncle!
Walking together tonight, she felt the old feelings coming back! It was as if she and the uncle had returned to the past, loving and sweet!
She truly hoped that every day in the future could be filled with such happiness and carefree joy with the uncle!
Thus, although the two didn’t converse much, the atmosphere remained very pleasant and warm as they slowly walked through the garden!
As they walked, Ye Anxin suddenly covered her nose and sneezed, "Ah...choo...!"

"Mhm!" Mu Beiting nodded, found the clothes the housekeeper had brought, and went into the bathroom!
Ye Anxin sat on the hospital bed, her big eyes rolling around in boredom!
As she glanced around, she suddenly saw a few books on the sofa in the ward. She immediately jumped off the bed, picked up the books, and found they were all ones she liked!
Amused, Ye Anxin took the books back to the bed, curled up, leaned against the headboard, and placed the book between her legs, carefully flipping through it page by page!
When Mu Beiting came out of the bathroom after his shower, this was the warm scene he saw!
Under the soft light, Ye Anxin’s face was gentle, and her focused reading made her look so serene and beautiful!
Mu Beiting stood there at the bathroom door, dumbfounded by the sight in front of him, as if he couldn’t get enough of it!
It was not until a long time later that the focused Ye Anxin finally sensed a fiery gaze and shifted her focus from the book, looking towards Mu Beiting!
Ye Anxin smiled sweetly at Mu Beiting, "Uncle, you’re done showering? When did you finish? Why didn’t you call me?"
"Just finished!" Mu Beiting responded lightly and slowly walked to the bedside, scooping Ye Anxin up into his arms.
Ye Anxin was startled, and hurriedly asked, "Uncle, what are you doing?"
"Helping you bathe!" Mu Beiting pulled the book out of Ye Anxin’s hands, placed it on the bedside table, and carried her directly into the bathroom!
The hospital bathroom was different from those in hotels or at home, it had a shower but no bathtub! So, after bringing Ye Anxin in, Mu Beiting gently placed her on the floor, then turned on the shower. After letting the hot water run, he carefully undressed her and slowly cleaned her body!
While Mu Beiting was helping her bathe, Ye Anxin couldn’t help but sniff her underarms and arms! She hadn’t realized how bad she smelled until she sniffed!
Thinking back, she was shocked to remember she hadn’t bathed in days!
Though it was spring and she didn’t sweat, after several days without a bath, there was still an unmistakable odor!
Even though the smell was faint enough to ignore!
But she happened to be a girl who loved cleanliness, and although she wasn’t as obsessed as her uncle, she certainly couldn’t tolerate any funny smell on herself!
With this thought, Ye Anxin snatched the bath sponge from Mu Beiting’s hands, squeezed shower gel onto it, and scrubbed herself vigorously! Especially her underarms, and neck!
Anywhere her hands could reach was scrubbed thoroughly!
Mu Beiting stood off to the side, and seeing her skin turn red from scrubbing, he couldn’t help but furrow his brow!
When Ye Anxin squeezed more shower gel and was about to wash a third time, without thinking, Mu Beiting reached out and took the bath sponge from her hands!
Ye Anxin looked at Mu Beiting, displeased, and asked, "Uncle, what are you doing?"
"Enough! You’ve already washed twice!" he said, directly tossing the sponge into the basin the housekeeper had bought from the supermarket!
"But, but I smell so bad! I feel so dirty, I’m afraid you’ll dislike me!" Ye Anxin stood under the shower, head lowered, fingers twisting together, speaking pitifully.
She would never forget the uncle’s severe obsession with cleanliness! He would even use alcohol to disinfect after someone else touched her hand, so what would she do if she were this dirty and not completely clean?
"I will never dislike you!" Mu Beiting solemnly declared, then took out a towel and proceeded to rinse the shower gel off Ye Anxin’s body!
After ensuring no shower gel was left on her, Mu Beiting turned off the shower, wrung out the towel, and dried Ye Anxin’s body!
After drying her, he took out the pajamas the housekeeper had brought from the villa and skillfully helped Ye Anxin put them on!
Once dressed, Ye Anxin couldn’t resist stretching out her arms, sniffing her underarms, and smelling her arms!
Confirming there was no odor, she finally breathed a sigh of relief!
Observing her every move, Mu Beiting’s eyes flickered slightly, and without warning, he bent down and picked her up!
"Ah...!" Ye Anxin screamed in fright, quickly reaching out to hug Mu Beiting’s neck tightly!
Mu Beiting glanced at her panic-stricken little face, a rare smile flashing in his icy eyes!
"You should at least say something to give a person a heads up! You scared me to death!" Ye Anxin blushed, playfully pounded Mu Beiting’s chest lightly with her fist!
Mu Beiting’s thin lips curled up slightly in a smile, but he didn’t speak. He gently placed her on the hospital bed, then turned and lay down beside her.
Ye Anxin sat on the bed, glanced at Mu Beiting’s arm draped over her lap, and smiled sweetly, "Uncle, I’m not sleepy yet, I want to read a bit more! Why don’t you sleep first? When I’m sleepy, I’ll go to sleep on my own!"
Without lifting his head, Mu Beiting raised an eyebrow and asked, "Really not sleepy?"
Ye Anxin nodded earnestly, "Mhm! I just woke up! I’m not a pig, I don’t sleep that much!"
Mu Beiting mischievously curled his lips up, and before Ye Anxin could catch the smile, he had already pulled her down to the bed, his large frame quickly pressing against hers!
