Clumsy Beast, Keep Your Paws Off-Chapter 432: Husband Lesson 2: Poor Shi Feng’s Innocent Heart
Su Qinglan sighed, her eyes fluttering shut. "You’re so gentle. I feel like I’m going to fall asleep with this massage. I’m so tired after fighting those two naughty tigers..." She let out a small, soft moan of relaxation as he continued his slow work.
The sound of her moan was like an electric shock to Shi Feng. His hands froze completely. When Su Qinglan turned around to see why he had stopped, she burst out laughing.
Shi Feng had turned into a "cooked shrimp." His face, his neck, and even his fluffy lion ears were a bright, glowing red.
Oh, my, Su Qinglan thought with a mischievous glint in her eyes. I forgot my lion baby is still such an innocent beast man. He wasn’t like her other four husbands who were always ready to pounce. He was still the "pure" one.
"Since you are going to be my husband soon anyway," she whispered, her voice teasing, "you should start learning now. Helping me bathe is a very important duty."
Suddenly, she reached out, grabbed his large, warm hands, and pulled them forward, placing them directly onto her heart. "Help me wash here."
Shi Feng’s brain officially exited his body. As his palms pressed against the soft, warm flesh, his eyes nearly popped out of his head. With just the slightest pressure, the shape shifted under his hands.
My God... what is this magic? he thought, his mouth hanging open. It was so soft...so much softer than any fur or moss in the forest.
Su Qinglan didn’t look away. She fixed her gaze on him, watching every single hilarious expression on his face as he slowly, almost scientifically, began to move his hands. He looked like he was studying a very precious, fragile treasure.
Suddenly, Su Qinglan stood up a little bit more, the water cascading down her body. The "holy beauty" of her figure was fully flashed right in front of his eyes.
"It’s your first time, so learn properly, okay?" she said, reaching up to gently kiss his nose.
"Sorry for the delay in your ’husband classes.’ This is lesson number two."
She began to roam her hand over herself right in front of his face. She ran her soapy hands through her hair, over her face, and then slowly down over her chest and stomach.
Shi Feng’s eyes were glued to her movements. When her hands dipped down toward her inner thighs to scrub, Shi Feng felt like the world had gone silent.
The only thing he could hear was the splashing of the water. The only thing he could see was her smooth skin.
A sudden, powerful urge rose up in his chest...he didn’t want to just watch her hands anymore. He wanted to trace those lines himself.
He suddenly regretted being so shy. I should have been the one scrubbing! he thought, his lion tail lashing back and forth behind him in frustration.
Su Qinglan finally finished her bath, her skin glowing and smelling of fresh water and soap.
She stood up slowly, the water cascading down her legs like a waterfall. Shi Feng’s eyes were so wide they looked like dinner plates, and he was breathing like he had just run across the entire forest.
"Shi Feng," she said softly, reaching out her hand. "Pass me the dry hide."
Shi Feng jumped, his lion ears twitching. He scrambled to grab the soft, thick animal skin and held it out with trembling fingers.
As she stood in the tub, she didn’t just take the hide; she let him wrap it around her.
Shi Feng felt like he was handling the most expensive silk in the world. His large hands were so careful, as if he was afraid his calluses might scratch her.
Once she was wrapped up and tucked safely against his chest, he lifted her out of the water with ease. Even though his heart was racing, his arms were steady and strong.
As he set her down on the dry ground, Su Qinglan didn’t move away immediately.
Instead, she leaned in close, her damp hair brushing against his neck. She reached up and whispered directly into his ear, her warm breath making his toes curl.
"Meet me at the shore at midnight, okay? Just you."
Before he could even process the words, she gave him a playful little push, flashed a mysterious smile, and vanished into the inner part of the cave to change.
Shi Feng stood there, frozen like a stone statue. His hands were still shaped as if he were holding her, and his lion ears were standing straight up, vibrating with shock.
"Meet her... at the shore... at midnight?" his brain repeated in a loop.
His heart gave a massive thump. Was this it? Was the Beast God finally giving him a chance after watching him suffer so much?
In the beast world, a female inviting a male to a secluded place at night usually meant only one thing: she was choosing him.
"Is she... is she inviting me to mate?" he whispered to the empty cave, his voice cracking like a cub’s.
A cute, dazed expression took over his face.
He started to grin, then immediately tried to look serious, then started grinning again. He looked down at his hands, the hands that had just felt her soft skin, and felt a surge of heat. He began to pace back and forth in a tiny circle.
I need to prepare! he thought frantically. Should I bring a gift? Should I groom my mane again? Does my tail look fluffy enough?
He was so excited that he accidentally walked straight into the stone wall of the cave.
Thump! "Ow..." he muttered, rubbing his forehead, but the silly, happy smile didn’t leave his face. He didn’t care about the bump.
He was counting every single second until the moon reached the center of the sky.
His "innocent" lion heart was currently doing backflips, and he felt like he could jump over the tallest mountain in the world.
