Chapter 209: Chapter 209: The Jealous Beasts Below

Xuan Long didn’t waste a single moment. His hand slid around to the front, instantly finding and fondling her breasts.

"Ah...!"

Su Qinglan gasped loudly, her face flushing a deep, burning crimson. She tried to glare at him, narrowing her eyes in a warning that had no heat behind it.

This horny snake! she screamed internally. Does his brain contain anything other than thoughts of eating her up? He had just returned, barely explained himself, and now he was doing this!

No... he was definitely seducing her so she would not ask him anything. Did he think she would be swayed just like that? No, she refused to.

"Ahh... Xuan Long... you tell me... first... ahh not there..." Su Qinglan screamed as she suddenly found him pinching her taut buds... damn, could he really let her talk?

She glared at him, but Xuan Long looked at her with a smug smile and whispered hotly beside her ear, "Lan Lan, be quiet... I only want to hear how much you have missed me... nothing else..."

Miss you my ass... I want to bite your smug expression, she thought with a pout. Now she was angry at herself for why she had even cried for this smug beastman. He looked just fine and even had the strength to tease her like this... it seemed she had wasted her tears in vain.

But even though her mind was angry, her body was completely opposite.

She wanted to push him away to prove a point, but instead, she found herself arching her back. She pushed herself willingly toward him, seeking more of his touch, her body melting under his cold hands like snow under the sun.

Xuan Long saw it and his smile deepened even more.

His emerald eyes twinkled with sudden mirth. He knew he had won.

He leaned down, ignoring her weak glare, and captured her pouting lips in a deep, hungry kiss. It was possessive and demanding, tasting of his desperate need for her.

Su Qinglan felt her head spin. In seconds, she was hopelessly entangled in his broad arms.

His heavy body pressed her down into the soft bedding, and she felt his limbs and perhaps even the phantom sensation of his tail wrapping around her from all sides.

She was completely unable to escape the clutches of this big, possessive snake.

And truthfully, she didn’t want to escape at all.

Downstairs, on the lower floor of the treehouse, three beastmen were very awake, very stiff, and very angry.

Rong Ye’s fox ears were standing straight up like two antennas.

Han Jue’s wolf tail was thumping irritably on the floor.

Hu Yan’s tiger eyes twitched every few seconds.

But none of them spoke a single word. Because the sounds from the upper floor said everything.

The soft noises, the little gasps and her heart stirring moans... were enough to drive them crazy... to the point that without their notice their beast forms were showing.

Suddenly, all three of them gritted their teeth at the same time.

Rong Ye’s face turned red instantly. He covered his ears, then uncovered them, then covered them again, clearly suffering.

"Why... why did we let her go upstairs with that snake?" he whispered, his ears trembling in pure frustration. "We were too soft hearted and too stupid!"

Han Jue looked like he wanted to break the entire treehouse.

"He disappeared and has returned only after many days," he growled. "So we let him stay with her... but he... actually dares to do this... just after she wakes up..."

He stopped, face burning.

Hu Yan was the most miserable one, because he was the one who had persuaded both of them to let Xuan Long stay with her as he had been away from her so long.

"That slimy, cold blooded, shameless creature," Rong Ye hissed. "He dares monopolize our female the moment he comes back? Just because he is a snake doesn’t mean he has to coil around her every second!"

The three of them exchanged the same thought at the same time:

They were definitely going to kill him. 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂

Rong Ye finally snapped. His entire face was red, his tails were puffed up, and his breathing was fast... mostly because he was jealous, angry, and embarrassed all at once, and Su Qinglan’s soft moans were enough to make his blood boil.

"That’s it," he said, jumping to his feet. "I’m going up. Right now. I’m not listening to this all night. I swear I’ll drag him out by the tail if I have to and then I will comfort Lan Lan myself."

Han Jue and Hu Yan both nodded instantly.

"Yes. Drag him out."

"Throw him out the door."

"Preferably head first."

Rong Ye marched straight toward the opening in the ceiling... the one Xuan Long always used to slither up and down from the second floor.

He grabbed the wooden edge.

He pushed.

Nothing moved.

"...?"

He pushed harder.

Still nothing.

Rong Ye blinked. His face slowly paled.

"Don’t tell me... don’t tell me he..."

He pushed again, and this time there was a faint thunk sound.

Han Jue’s expression darkened immediately.

"Did that snake... seal the entrance?"

Hu Yan’s jaw dropped.

"That little...! He sealed the hole?! He sealed us downstairs?! How dare he play games with us?!"

Rong Ye’s tails exploded like angry fireworks.

"PRETENTIOUS BASTARD!" he shouted. "He closed the only path! He planned this! He wanted to trap us here so we cannot interfere... he is the real sly one!"

Han Jue rubbed his temples.

"He is doing this on purpose."

Hu Yan nodded with a cold, deep growl.

"One day," Rong Ye muttered, "one day I swear I’m going to show Lan Lan his true face. I will expose that snake completely. I bet on all my tails, she will see he is not a good husband at all."

Rong Ye raised his head proudly, swearing to himself with determination.

"I will absolutely reveal his true nature. He thinks he is smart? Hah! Just wait! One day Lan Lan will see the truth!"

The three beastmen stood below the sealed ceiling, glaring up with enough killing intent to make the treehouse shake slightly.

Above them, the noises continued softly.

Below them, three grown beastmen suffered, jealous, furious, red faced, and plotting murder.

Truly, it was a tragic night... for them, at least.
