Claimed by My Ex's Half-Brother-Chapter 46 I wasn’t specifically looking for you
Damian’s POV:
I leaned against the doorframe, watching Victoria’s eyes widen in panic as she realized the compromising situation we found ourselves in.
"I wasn’t specifically looking for you," she stammered, her sweet scent growing stronger with nervousness. "I didn’t know you were showering. Please continue, I’ll wait outside!"
She tried to slip past me, but my arm remained firmly in place, blocking her escape. The bathroom suddenly felt impossibly small with both of us in it, the steam from my shower creating an intimate mist around us.
"Victoria..." I growled her name, my voice dropping to that primal tone that only emerged when my wolf Arthur was close to the surface.
"What?" she barely managed to say before I captured her lips with mine.
This kiss was more intense than any of our previous contact. The heat from my bare skin warmed every inch of her body pressed against me through her clothes. My wolf howled with satisfaction as I tasted her—sweeter than any woman I’d ever encountered.
I gripped her chin firmly to deepen the kiss, our bodies aligning perfectly. Given our height difference, my arousal pressed insistently against her waist. I felt the exact moment she became aware of my desire, her eyes flying open in shock.
"Mmm... Damian!" she finally broke free, gasping. "Stop! You can’t just... go into heat!"
As she tried to push me away, her mind seemed to short-circuit, only to recoil when her palms met my naked chest. The feel of her hands against my skin sent electricity shooting through me, and I growled deep in my throat when she quickly pulled back.
"Consider this payment for helping with your proposal," I whispered, stroking her lower lip with my thumb, still moist from my kiss.
"That wasn’t part of our agreement," she protested, her voice unsteady. "You can’t force me if I don’t want this! And I’m on my period right now."
With tremendous effort, I took a deep breath and stepped back.
"Then leave," I said, my voice strained.
Victoria didn’t hesitate, rushing from the bathroom like a startled deer. But she didn’t go far—I could still smell her presence in my home.
I gripped the edge of the sink, trying to regain control of my breathing and the need raging through my veins. In that moment, I’d almost completely lost control.
When I finally emerged from the bathroom wearing loose sweatpants, I found Victoria hadn’t fled my home after all. She sat stiffly on the edge of my couch, her laptop closed beside her, looking as if she were engaged in some internal battle.
"I thought you left," I said, making her jump slightly.
"I was going to," she admitted, turning to face me. Her eyes widened when she saw my still-bare chest. "But that would be unprofessional. We should discuss the proposal."
I could smell her desire mixed with anxiety. My wolf was going mad with the need to possess her, especially when I noticed the way she unconsciously tilted her neck slightly—a submissive gesture she probably wasn’t even aware she was making.
"The proposal is fine," I managed to say, my voice hoarse. I sat in the armchair across from her, maintaining distance between us. "You did well."
Victoria nodded but made no move to leave. The silence between us was charged with tension.
"You’re in pain," she suddenly observed, her eyes fixed on my white knuckles gripping the armrest.
I couldn’t deny it. My body burned with need, Arthur clawing within me, demanding release.
"Your heat cycle," she said softly, understanding dawning in her eyes. "That’s why you’re... like this."
Most werewolves experienced intense mating urges during certain full moon cycles. For Alphas like me, these urges were nearly unbearable without relief.
"You should find someone else," Victoria suggested, her voice carefully controlled. "Another she-wolf in your pack would be honored to help their Alpha through his cycle."
The thought made me sick. "I don’t want another wolf," I growled, surprised myself by the possessiveness in my tone.
Victoria’s eyes widened. "Damian..."
She hesitated, then stood and slowly approached me, as if drawn by some invisible force. I held my breath as she knelt in front of my chair, her eyes never leaving mine.
"Let me help you," she said softly, her hands moving toward the waistband of my sweatpants.
I caught her wrists. "Victoria..."
She insisted on touching me.
I released her wrists, surrendering to her touch. When her cool fingers wrapped around my throbbing length, I nearly collapsed immediately. She worked me with unexpected skill, her movements precise and devastating.
"Is this what you need?" she asked, her voice low and intimate.
I could only nod, words beyond me as pleasure coursed through my body. My wolf howled with satisfaction, though he still wanted more—wanted to possess her completely. But this... this was beyond what the current situation allowed.
As her rhythm increased, I felt my control slipping. I tangled my fingers in her golden hair, guiding her movements as ancient instincts took over.
"Victoria," I groaned as release approached. "I’m close." 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
Instead of pulling away, she maintained eye contact as she brought me over the edge. The intensity of my climax was unlike anything I’d experienced before—Arthur howling with satisfaction as waves of pleasure crashed over me.
When I finally regained my senses, Victoria was looking at me with an unreadable expression.
"I need to go," Victoria said, carefully extracting her hand from mine.
I let her go, watching as she gathered her things and headed toward the door. At the threshold, she stopped and looked back at me.
"The proposal is on your desk," she said, trying to maintain professionalism despite everything, which made me smile. "See you tomorrow, Damian."
After she left, I remained in the chair, surrounded by her lingering scent. Arthur was quieter now, temporarily satisfied but already anticipating our next encounter with this golden-haired she-wolf who was rapidly becoming essential to my existence.
I was actually very confused now. For some reason, I couldn’t mark her. I had consulted the elders within the pack. One of them speculated that perhaps it depended on the she-wolf’s own willingness. If I was to completely mark her, she needed to truly accept me.
The situation seemed a bit complicated, but it didn’t matter. No matter what I had to go through, Victoria would be my only Luna.
