Yet before I could wrap my head around everything, they said something even more absurd than everything else I’d heard today..
"But you little fella .." the knight pointed the massive great sword at me, "you can call us Grandpa".....

First my old man seemed to be acquainted with dungeon monsters..

A gigantic lance tore through my midsection before my brain could even register the motion. it was like the concept of distance didn’t exist..
My lower body disintegrated, my upper body blasting backwards as <Chaotic Denial> screamed into action, rejecting my fate, another 30,000CE being consumed...
"Shit..." I hadn’t even gotten the words out before a massive greatsword had already severed my newly acquired body into two, the severed parts blasting outwards in two different directions..
Another 30,000CE saw me reforming instantly, the consumption showing just how much inevitability I had been rejecting..
Now, the sequence of events seemed to take a lot of time to describe, but they all happened in less than an instant...
I’d always been proud of my speed, claiming to "manifest" before those who couldn’t comprehend the speeds I moved at..
It wasn’t until now that I realized just how foolish I’d been..
The two stopped after that, they merely "looked" at me..
"Shit..." my CE was dangerously low, I couldn’t afford another hit like that...
"You’re going to die if you continue trying to hold back" the knight said gravely..

I knew I was going to lose if I didn’t do something quick..
I’d already lost the chance to take advantage of my <Abyssal Firmament Dominion> with the amount of CE I had now, I wouldn’t be able to cause significant damage before running out..
And I very much doubted I could actually cause that much damage without something extreme...

It was an ability that made one a menace during the day and even at Night, so long as you could bear the costs...
Now, against someone like me with an unfair talent like <Abyssal Firmament Dominion> it hadn’t had the opportunity to shine when Micheal tried to use it in its passive state, as for its active state?I doubted he very much could with those absurd costs..
But now? Now I was going to make it proud..
A miniature sun bloomed in what would’ve passed as the sky of the room..
