It was unfortunate that Amy, witnessed him having his nightmare. It has been a long time since he had not had one of those terrors. It is something that he doesn’t want anyone to see, more so Amy.
"Don’t worry about me, perhaps I was just tired because I had been working from yesterday till way past midnight. I can’t even remember what was the dream about," he was hoping that Amy wouldn’t catch his lie and would just dismiss that incident.
For him, he cannot even count it as dishonesty to her since it is something that he is not ready to share with her yet, but he was hoping that someday, he would be able to do so since he doesn’t want to keep anything from her. It was a dark part of his childhood that he wanted to bury and if possible forget.
It was not a dream nor a nightmare created by his mind. It was a memory of his past carved deep within his soul. He had worked hard to overcome that trauma, but in the end, it is back again when he thought he had already overpowered that weakness of his.
Amy knows that it is not the truth, however, she understands that he is not ready to share that with her and she respects that. Life was not kind to her as well, so she can relate to what he is going through and will not push him to do something that he doesn’t want to just because of her curiosity.
She knows that there’s more to it. That even though he seems to be fine and everyone sees him as a strong, determined, and resilient person, he is just a normal person like her. And like any normal human being, he would still somehow has his own baggage. She just doesn’t know how heavy it is.
"OK, if you say so. By the way, last night you told me that you will tell me something about the farm. Is there a problem that I should know about?" she decided to change the topic, to spare him the trouble of coming up with excuses when she knows that he will not tell the truth anyways.
Henry felt relieved that Amy did not push the topic of his nightmare anymore. But then again, the topic of her farm is also something that he wants to postpone as much as he can for it’s also not a positive one.
"I ordered Anton and his team to handle your account. His team is quite fast in investigating and quite thorough," he then guided Amy to sit with her back facing him since her, straddling him is not helping at all. The bubbles in the tub are also starting to subside, so the crown of her bosom is starting to peak out which is greatly distracting him.
He pulled her to his chest as he holds her in his arms, "But Rei and his team played a big part in it since he already had researched about you when you asked for our contract," he continued.
"Did you know that the bank where your farm was indebted to was owned by a relative of Ash on his mother’s side?" he asked.
Amy frowned, she was confused. She was not aware of it, yet she doesn’t think that it’s a bad thing since Ash is family to her.

He held onto her shoulder caressing her before giving out the bad news. "There was a hidden clause in their agreement. The loan is a demand loan, with a maturity of 5 years. The amount your dad borrowed was huge enough for the bank to demand 3 collaterals for it. It was a valid demand legally due to the amount of money involved."
"Your dad took the loan a year before the accident and it will soon reach its maturity. And I think you don’t know about the third collateral, am I right?" he added.
Amy’s heart started to pound, how come she was left in the dark by her father’s lawyer when they settled everything? Even the bank did not inform her about it. ’Just what is going on? she asked herself.
Henry felt her hands trembling as he was fiddling with her arms and shoulder.
"What is it? I already sold everything except for the cafe, the farm, and the..." her eyes widen in fear. She had her doubts earlier that it was not true but now that she recalls, there is still one property left that everyone declined to buy or accept as collateral.
Her family owned a barren land down south that her father and mother repeatedly told her and her brother that it is their most precious possession. At first, she thought it was passed down to her parents by their ancestors but when she looked into it before, it was not.
Her parents acquired the property from a friend, and it was the family of that friend who owns the land for many generations. So, Amy thought that her parents are only taking hold of that land until their friend buys it back since she had known them to help people as much as they can. They have done it before, she thought it was the same case.
When her parents died, she tried to look for his dad’s friend to sell back the land at whatever price she can get since no one wants it, she was desperate back then. Nonetheless, seems like he disappeared or more precisely, doesn’t want to be found according to some people who knew him.
When Amy became speechless, Henry held her hands and they were shaking. He rested his chin on her shoulder and hugged her. "I assume you realize what’s the third one? It’s your property in the South."
"But why? It’s a barren land. It will take great effort and an enormous amount of money for that to become useful," she can’t understand why would the bank put interest in that unless there’s a hidden treasure in there; and that would be impossible because if there was, her dad would be the first one to take advantage of it.
"That, we don’t know yet. Anton and his team are checking it further. And I hope they find the answer soon. So we can proceed with everything already," he then planted a kiss on her shoulder and released her.
"By the way, about the one week off I requested as a reward, we can do it this coming week," he added.
"But Henry, Mary’s birthday is coming up. She plans to throw a party next week," she objected.
"I know, that’s why we will leave Friday night and return Friday morning next week, just in time for her party," Henry explained. He is quite excited about this vacation of theirs since he has planned several surprises for her, with the help of her best friend Mary and cousins of course.
Amy was astounded that he knows about it and had planned out everything already so fast. ’Just how does his mind work?’ she wondered.
She turned around to face him and placed her hands on the back of his neck. "Just how do you know about that? Are you stalking my friends too, huh?" she asked with a raised brow in a frivolous manner.
He chuckled at her accusation, "Of course not, I only like stalking you," Amy blushed when he saw him smile. She just couldn’t get enough of him. His wet hair is adding charm to his already handsome face.
"Mary invited me plus Rei and Anton. She said her mom is the best cook in the world, so who am I to decline? So I had planned out everything around your schedule, so you have no excuse to say no," he haughtily stated.
She can’t help but pinch both his cheeks as she admires the view in front of her. "Good thing I have a reliable and intelligent man."
Henry bit his lip trying to stop himself from smiling like a donkey after hearing her claim him. He didn’t know until now that a woman claiming him as hers would feel this good.
"Your man huh?" he cheekily said.
"Yup, my man," she smiled, it was so radiant in Henry’s eyes that he almost see her glowing.
Their wholesome conversation ended as soon as Amy moved closer to hug him. Feeling her smooth arms hugging him and her round soft breasts pressing against his chest instantly woke up the sleeping beast between his legs. It calmed down a while ago after Amy mentioned his nightmare but lo and behold, it is ready again for some action.
He gently pushed her away, earning him a questioning look. "Amy, It’s already lunch time and if you keep on seducing me, I won’t to go work anymore. I’ll keep you on the bed until night comes and we won’t be able to eat anymore," he then looked down at his buddy down there.
Amy followed his line of sight, and oh boy it made her hold her breath. It is standing so proud, waiting for her to enjoy.
Amy: "...!"
"Don’t mind it, I will deal with it. Let’s just clean up, I am sure you are famished. If you don’t mind, go and wash first, I’ll follow suit." Amy nodded and stood up to shower on her own.
Henry watched her go to the walk-in shower, and damn, Amy did not mind him watching her fully naked while taking a shower. She even threw him glances every now and then, which he fully enjoyed. She just looks so seductive making his c*ck swell more.
He had dreamed and hoped of this... Watching her wash up in her naked glory right after she mistakenly answered his video call in the shower.
