CEO Vengeful Wife-Chapter 209: I will never let all the doors close on me

Jing Lihua didn't know what to say.

After finding out that her mother was a Heng, she had been shaken for so many days. It took her a long time to come in peace with reality and finally accept her new identity as a Heng.

"I don't." She said her tone without any trace of reluctance. "Tang Enterprise is my responsibility. Looking after my friends and the family I care about is my responsibility. This is the place I have in the world. Why would I ever want to get away from all of this?"

Actually Su Guozha had once asked the same question from her in her last life. At that time, her response had been she would never leave Su Liwei. Su Guozha had tried really hard to get her to travel aboard and leave everything aside. But she did not agree with him.

What was the consequence? She was killed in the end.

Su Guozhai only went this far in her last life when Su Liwei had been planning a fatal move on her. So why did he come to her much earlier this time? Could it be Su Liwei was already on the move against her?

"Sure! Sure!" Su Guozhai readily admitted his lose. If he didn't, he was certain Jing Lihua would not let him leave and drag him into another match. "Now can I leave?" It was funny that when he had first arrived, he was the one who had wanted to play. Now he was the one who had wanted to leave too.

"Surely you can. Captain Su." With self-satisfied expression, Jing Lihua said.

A small smile found its way to his lips as Su Guozhai noted her expressions. Before leaving, he left some final words for her: "Do not forget the words I told you." There was a subtle glimmer of sadness across his eyes as he looked back for the last time before leaving.

"President, this..." Mei Xiu finally said when the two of them were alone.

"You do not need to worry about him. He is not our enemy." At the corner of her lips, there were still remnants of a smile as she said. "Between, did you want me for something."

"Yes, President. while you were busy with Captain Su, your perso

nal phone had received a call from He Zhoyan," told Mei Xiu.

"Regarding what?"

"She wanted you to attend your sister's engagement party with Gu Ting."

Hearing this Jing Lihua paused. Then she laughed. "Since my Step Mother invited me with so much love, I should be attending shouldn't I?"

Surely, she shouldn't underestimate her little sister's seduction skills. So what if she no longer served his purpose and Su Liwei discarded her? Jing Tian was not going to sit still.

After all, the man with whom Jing Tian had gotten herself pregnant in Jing Lihua previous life was not going to be a simple one.
