Bought For A Baby, Kept For A Lifetime-Chapter 24: Her First.
Slowly, like a drum beginning a set of beats, her heart began to pound.
It wasn’t anticipation, she told herself, shutting her eyes really tight as if to escape from witnessing what was about to happen, but as her eyes closed, so did her lips burn with a searing feeling.
That searing feeling was the memory of his mouth, parting her own in a devastatingly smooth movement that made her heart tumble into her stomach.
It skipped a beat and Anne’s eyes immediately flashed open.
What was wrong with her?
That kiss had been a necessity, she’d started it to make this night feel less forced and uncomfortable, so why did it feel like...
Why did her heart feel like...
Why did she want to feel it again, his lips against her own?
This thought startled her, but not as much as the shadow of the man hovering over her, his palm rested suddenly against the headboard as he leaned towards her. She shrank back, pressed against the headboard, but there was no escaping him.
"Should I begin to explain to you what happens between a man and a woman, or will you pretend to be unaware of the fact that it is done without any barriers between?"
She realized what he meant a few beats after he’d spoken, and her hands clutched the blanket tighter. How had he seen that she’d covered herself in the blanket when the room was so dark she couldn’t even see herself?
"Lose the blanket or get out!" His words came out hard and angry, and she felt like an enemy who’d fallen into the wrong bed.
Why was he suddenly angry with her?
Was it because of the kiss?
If that were so, why had he...
She closed her eyes for a moment to block out the memory. With each flash of herself caught in this man’s arms, his mouth entangling hers, she felt a warm liquid trickle down between her thighs.
If he were upset that she’d kissed him... if he hated it, why had he done it to her himself?
She remembered why she was here and quickly shoved away her thoughts and questions, pushing the blanket away from her body to leave herself bare.
She felt his breath pour over her, he was so close she could smell him.
She hugged her arms to herself, and he seemed to suddenly move away. She could hear his footsteps as he circled the bed as if he were pacing in thought.
"Tell me, Annelise, when was the last time you slept with a man?"
That question caused her to suddenly become alert, along with the fact that he’d said her name. Not many people called her that, so it took her aback for a moment.
Right, she hadn’t specified in the contract that she was still untouched.
There had been no space to specify that, and telling that to someone felt extremely awkward.
She took a few seconds, almost a full minute, before replying.
"Never..." She trailed off, fisting the sheets beneath her. "I have never..."
"You have never slept with a man, is that right?" he finished for her, but something about his tone made his words sound sarcastic.
"Yes." She was glad the room was dark right now, because it would have been even more embarrassing for him to see how red her face had gotten.
He chuckled, it was just a low sound, but something about it unsettled her. She didn’t even realize when he’d moved towards her again until she felt his breath hovering over her face.
"And you expect me to believe that." His chilly voice mocked, but before she could reply, her back was pressed onto the bed and a weight came over her body. She yelped, and her breathing hurried nervously.
"We’ll find out, won’t we now?" he drawled close to her ear, and along with the pounding of her heart, his hot breath caused a tickle to flutter through her stomach.
His knees pushed her legs apart, and she was forced to spread her thighs apart with his body in between. Her blood rushed to her face even faster as she felt the intrusion of something rock hard against her clit.
She shuddered, feeling a strange electric pleasure zing through her whole body. She almost arched involuntarily.
"Mind you, I do bad things to people who lie to me. Bad, unimaginable things. If you have lied to me, make sure to prepare yourself for the consequences."
Fear settled into her instantly, but not because of his words. She had nothing to fear from his words because she hadn’t lied to him. This fear she felt was caused by the rod-like object poking at her entrance, seeking its way in.
She never knew a man’s part was supposed to be that hard—it almost felt like a solid rock—nor did she know it was supposed to be that large. Large enough that she was certain it wouldn’t penetrate her.
What would happen if it didn’t?
Would this night end again without the contract being fulfilled?
But that question never got the chance to hang for contemplation when it was immediately answered.
His tip was coated with the abundant juices that had trickled out of her, and before she knew it, the intrusion entered her slowly, causing her to gasp.
She heard a small catch in the man’s breath. Was it shock or displeasure? She didn’t know, nor was she in the state of mind to try to find out when his cock further pushed into her.
The sharp pain made her suck in a breath and writhe in discomfort, but her body was pressed down. Her hands moved around, settling over the stiff muscles of his arm, and subconsciously, her fingers tightened his rigidly muscular flesh.
It hurt, and the more he slid in further, the more her body painfully expanded to accept the size of him.
His large body covered her own completely, and her every heavy breath fell in the crook of his neck—her every whimper of pain.
Andrew stopped his slow movement abruptly as the realization sunk in. His body was at a feverishly high temperature, and desire had become unbearable to the point he was almost rocking into her with enough force that would lead him to his release. However, this realization stopped him.
She hadn’t lied, she’d been telling the truth!
This was indeed her first time.
He... was her very first.
