Bleach: Teaching Makes Me Stronger-Chapter 387: The Almighty
From the massive black void in the sky, pillars of Reishi light rained down like a shower of blue meteors.
Six of those pillars were falling straight toward the Kurosaki Clinic.
The rest landed far beyond the town.
Those distant pillars were clearly targeting Ishida Sōken and the Quincy soldiers he had already dismissed.
Nanatsuki wouldn’t interfere with other Quincy matters—but the disciples inside the Kurosaki Clinic had to be protected.
He removed the surgical gloves he had worn during the operation, revealing the long white glove on his right hand.
A specially modified Sanrei Glove.
A standard Sanrei Glove enhanced a Quincy’s Reishi convergence, and once released, it allowed entry into a state similar to Vollständig.
But Nanatsuki’s Sanrei Glove was different.
Embedded into the back of the glove was a Hōgyoku.
He had never fused the two incomplete Hōgyoku fragments together for one reason alone—one of them had been reserved for his Quincy avatar.
Nanatsuki raised his hand.
The shadow at his feet surged upward, condensing into a jet-black Heilig Pfeil.
At the same time, Hollow power flooded out from the Sanrei Glove, staining the arrow black and crimson.
This Hōgyoku-embedded Sanrei Glove allowed his Quincy avatar to wield Hollow power.
Hollow power and Quincy power were naturally incompatible.
Yet under the influence of the Hōgyoku, the two forces fused together—miraculously, impossibly.
Nanatsuki had long anticipated Yhwach’s use of Auswählen.
Whenever Shinigami killed members of the Sternritter, their power returned to Yhwach. Nanatsuki judged that Yhwach would most likely awaken before they ever reached Silbern.
And once awakened, facing Shinigami he could not defeat, Yhwach would almost certainly reclaim power through Auswählen.
That was why Nanatsuki had prepared his Quincy avatar in advance.
He released the bowstring.
The black-and-crimson Heilig Pfeil vanished instantly.
The next moment, it collided with a descending pillar of Reishi light.
Crack—!
The pillar shattered like glass upon impact.
"Hollow power really works."
To Quincy, Hollow power was pure poison. The moment the Auswählen light touched it, the pillar collapsed completely.
Nanatsuki continued forming arrows.
Whoosh—whoosh—whoosh—
He pulled the bow repeatedly, firing five black-and-crimson Heilig Pfeil almost simultaneously.
Crack—crack—crack—
The remaining five pillars aimed at the Kurosaki Clinic shattered midair and dispersed into nothingness.
With the immediate threat neutralized, Nanatsuki noticed several other pillars still descending over Karakura Town.
After dismissing the Quincy soldiers, Ishida Sōken had led the remaining Ishida clan Quincy to settle in Karakura.
Those pillars were clearly targeting them.
"May as well help. Ishida Uryū hasn’t even been born yet."
Nanatsuki had long intended to take Ishida Uryū as a disciple someday—and so he chose to intervene.
He rapidly formed more black-and-crimson Heilig Pfeil and loosed them skyward.
A rain of arrows surged upward, annihilating the descending Reishi pillars in seconds.
Moments later, Ishida Sōken arrived before Nanatsuki, standing atop Hiryūkyaku.
"Kurosaki—were those arrows just now yours?"
"Yes."
Nanatsuki nodded lightly.
"You’ve mastered Hollow power... Thank you for saving the Ishida family. If you ever need anything, just say the word."
Sōken didn’t press him for answers. He was sincerely grateful.
"Yhwach awakening this early... this is nothing like what the prophecy described."
Sōken’s expression was heavy.
He hadn’t expected Yhwach to be so merciless—to awaken and immediately use Auswählen, reclaiming power without sparing even pureblood Quincy.
"It only proves he never cared about other Quincy at all. Everything he said was a lie."
Nanatsuki added fuel to the fire.
"Then Haschwalth’s earlier actions really were meant to awaken Yhwach ahead of time..."
Recalling Jugram Haschwalth’s many anomalies, Sōken finally lost all trust in Yhwach.
"Has Misaki given birth?"
Sōken sensed a newborn spiritual pressure inside the Kurosaki Clinic.
"Yes. Early delivery, but both mother and daughter are safe."
Nanatsuki answered absently—his attention had already drifted elsewhere. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂
Wandenreich — Silbern — Royal Bedchamber
Countless blue-white motes of light drifted in from afar, converging upon Yhwach as he sat upon his throne.
"How heartless~ The Quincy King doesn’t seem to intend to spare even his loyal knights."
Miyamoto Tetsuya squatted beside the fallen Haschwalth, mocking him.
Most of Haschwalth’s power had already been stripped away.
As the Sternritter Grandmaster and Yhwach’s personal guard commander, he had received far greater blessings than any other Quincy—making Auswählen’s backlash especially devastating.
"It is... my honor."
Haschwalth spoke calmly.
His thoughts drifted back to the day he first met Yhwach.
Before that meeting, his talent had gone unnoticed. To others, he was a Quincy who couldn’t even properly form a spirit bow.
Yhwach alone recognized his potential.
Yhwach gave him value.
And so he chose to follow.
"Was my choice... wrong...?"
"But what His Majesty gave... has now been returned."
Haschwalth closed his eyes.
His spiritual perception drifted toward the prison.
Moments later, the distant, hollow bell toll faded away.
Yhwach rose from the throne.
Four emotionless pupils fixed upon Miyamoto Tetsuya.
"I have seen the future. Open the gates of Hell, emissary."
"As you command, great King of the Quincy."
Miyamoto produced a palm-sized eyeball and crushed it without hesitation.
In the next instant, a miniature Gate of Hell opened within the royal chamber.
Two half-bodied skeletal sentinels embedded on either side pulled the gate apart.
Hell’s miasma flooded the chamber.
"Please proceed."
Miyamoto bowed.
Yhwach raised his hand.
A half-human-tall Heilig Pfeil formed instantly—and in the next breath, it blasted toward an apparently empty space within the chamber.
"So I was discovered!"
Mayuri Kurotsuchi emerged abruptly, hurling a defensive spiritual tool to intercept the attack.
BOOM—!!!
When the dust settled, Yhwach, Miyamoto Tetsuya, and the Gate of Hell had all vanished.
