Black Card Debt: Daddy's Little Thief (Omegaverse bl)-Chapter 47: I don’t belong

Seoha’s POV

"Stay still" Kang Taesan says as he carries me out of the office and I hide my face in his chest.

The noises of his workers greeting him as he passes by them are loud, maybe even louder than the noise of blood rushing in my ears, my senses are slowly returning to me, and it’s bringing deep shame with it.

How can he go from threatening me with my debt to carrying me like he owns me like this? The confusion in my head is getting worse, and my omega is unashamed while I have to struggle.

The man places me in the passenger seat and shuts the door before going to the other side, I watch him talk to his driver while I grip the edge of my rumpled shirt, my scent is souring with every second that passes and the sweetness of my vanilla from the arousal from being controlled fades away slowly.

Taesan slams the door shut and looks at me with those eyes that look like he’s hiding more than he’s expressing.

"Fix your scent" he says simply and I gulp, looking away from him to regulate my scent, Sooin will be here soon, and she will need all the comfort she can get from my scent...especially after this morning.

The thought of Sooin shakes my omega out of his submission space, he whimpers at the thought of the pup smelling me like this, and I let out the breath I was holding.

We already have Taesan safe and sound with us, she wouldn’t be upset from missing her father, so now I have to make sure I don’t make her upset with my sour scent.

"Taesan-ssi, I’m sorry about earlier, I didn’t mean to be that way" I say to him and bow my head as low as I can.

Taesan doesn’t give a response to my apology, he just leans forward suddenly, and I jerk backwards into the seat, expecting him to pull out a gun, but instead he reaches for my seat belt.

"Safety first" he mutters, his warm breath fans my neck, sending another wave of heat through me before he pulls back to buckle me in.

"Thank you" I say, the simple act has left me even more breathless than before and when he returns to his space, I place my hands on my lap to look put together.

He scoffs softly before moving away completely and starting the car, we both stay silent all through the ride and I don’t try to break the silence, I am already in too much trouble from acting, speaking and feeling without thinking.

But even in our silence, I notice the way he winces slightly and the way his grip tightens on the wheels with every speed bump the car passes over...he’s not completely healed yet.

His eyes are focused on the road, but they also look tired, more tired than I have noticed them to be.

"You’ll go in and get her when I stop, when you get to the gate, don’t introduce yourself to anyone" he says and hands his cane to me, "show this to the teacher you will meet" he adds and I nod as I take the metal rod.

This one has a rounded handle, the top is pure gold and has the emblem of a tiger’s stripe on it, even without words, the cane makes who it belongs to clear.

Kang Taesan, the tiger, the mountain, the captain...

He slows to a stop behind a black car away from the school, and I step out of the car to follow his instruction with unstable legs and a sturdy cane.

Having it in my hand feels like a strange sense of control and submission at the same time...like being owned.

As I walk closer to the school’s gate, I am greeted by a stern looking guard and the teacher from this morning, she is wearing a cheerful smile as she stands next to him.

"Hello, who are you here for?" the woman asks and I show her the cane, "oh..." she says, eyes growing round with panic, "oh! Someone is here for Kang Sooin" she yells, rushing into the school.

With the woman gone, the guard at the gate drops his stern look and posture for a more relaxed one, his eyes linger on my uncollared neck and the corner of his lips lift in a mocking smile.

"An omega with a pup cosplaying someone important, is that the trend now?" he asks and I keep my eyes on the door the teacher went through.

Taesan said don’t introduce yourself to anyone.

"Back in the days, omegas like you would be home waiting on their alpha, what a shame...I heard male omega do it better" he says and I press my lips together, his words are demeaning but they have no effect on me right now.

Maybe it’s because my mind is still recovering from being out of control, maybe it’s because of Taesan’s command, maybe it’s because I’ve heard worse...

The gate opens and the young girl I’m waiting for peeks through.

"Daddy?" Sooin gasps with excitement as she runs out of the school towards me, the little girl drags her pink bag on the floor without care, "daddy!" she screams and runs into me, hugging my waist and pressing her face into my stomach.

"Hi pup" I say as I pat her head, "daddy, thank you!" she exclaims and rubs her face against my stomach, a pup’s method of scenting their parent.

The genuine happiness coming from her pleases my omega and I squat to kiss her cheek gently, it almost feels like she’s truly mine, like this role I am playing is real...

"Let’s go home now" I say softly to her and the guard snickers, "why don’t you give me your number, huh?" he says and grabs me by my elbow.

"Daddy?" Sooin asks in confusion and I tug my hand out of the man’s grip, "come on" I say to Sooin while the guard keeps laughing, "see you around, cutie" he calls.

My omega growls in quiet rage but we don’t break the command we were given.

"Daddy why is he laughing?" Sooin asks innocently as we leave her school and approach her dad’s car, but before I can give her a response, she spots the car waiting for her and lets out a loud scream before bursting into tears.

"Dad!" she cries and Taesan’s head snaps up with a frown etched into his face.

Sooin runs off to the car and I follow behind her, her father opens the door for her and opens his arms to hug her.

"Princess, what’s wrong?" the alpha asks with concern as his pup climbs into his lap and hides her face in the junction between his neck and shoulder, "you came for me, dad, you came" she cries.

"Yes baby, dad did" he says to her softly, I watch the frown he has been wearing all day ease away as he buries his face in her hair and pats her back.

"Thank you dad, thank you" the little girl says and my heart clenches as it dawns on me fully that I don’t belong with them.

I get to be here because Sooin wants me, not because I belong, I put my head down and take a step back.

And just as I step back, Taesan lifts his head and locks his eyes on mine as if he’s asking me to stay while he keeps muttering soft words to his daughter.

"I’m so happy, me, you and daddy, we’re together now" Sooin sobs and Taesan’s eyes flashes red.

I don’t know what it is, I really don’t but this moment feels like the worst thing that can happen to me...my omega- no, I am falling into something I can’t get out of.

Each hour that passes brings new pulling in, each new hour...a different new falling.

"It’s okay pup, we’re together now...forever" Kang Taesan says.
