Seoha’s POV

The beeps around me sound oddly familiar.

It’s like when I spent time at the hospital with my grandma, I hate this, the pain in my lower belly is dull and my body feels like it’s not mine.

I try to turn on my side and a voice that freezes me in space comes through, making me pause entirely.

"Careful"

Kang Taesan?

Kang Taesan is here?

My eyes fly open and as I sit up, a memory flashes before my eyes as I move backwards on the bed; Kang Taesan’s body pinning me to the elevator wall, Kang Taesan holding me tightly, Kang Taesan taking my virginity.

"How do you feel?" he asks in a deep voice that sends ripples down my spine, he sounds like he has a grudge against me.

He hums impatiently and my omega whines, his silent authority forces me to look up at him.

"I feel okay" I say and place my hand on my stomach, is my heat over?

How long has it been since the elevator?

"Does anything hurt?" he asks and I check myself, nothing hurts so I shake my head, eyes still fixed on the alpha and he nods grimly.

The door swings open and a nurse walks into the room with a stern look on her face.

"Wow! Finally he wakes up" she says sarcastically as she holds up a small book, "I have seen so many people, but you? You’re something different" she says with a tsk and Taesan gets up to leave the room abruptly.

"W-what happened?" I ask in a whisper and the woman takes the seat that Taesan had been in, she pulls it to the bed side and takes a seat.

"Let’s see" she says and goes through her book before looking up at me.

"You took an aphrodisiac pill" she bluntly says and my jaw drops as shame floods me.

An aphrodisiac? I don’t remember taking anything except..."it was...it is a heat suppressant I took" I say in a small voice, wrapping my arms around myself as my omega starts to whine inside of me.

The woman’s face doesn’t soften as she looks at me again.

"Young man, it was marketed as a suppressants until the manufacturers recalled it for it’s side effects, it holds your heat for a short time and then, becomes a trap" she says and I close my eyes.

No...no...no...no...

"Two alphas who smelled you went into a forced rut on the spot..."

Hands on me, my body being coaxed into agreement, Daeshin’s eyes when he saw me kissing Taesan...

It’s my fault.

I’m so stupid. Maybe I really should just pack my things and beg Daeshin to take me back.

"Are you with me? Seoha-ssi" the nurse calls and I look up at her with teary eyes, it’s shameful, I am unfortunate enough to be a male omega and still stupid enough to put myself in trouble.

Even the law states; when an omega puts others in an uncomfortable position, they have to pay.

How do I pay for my hospital bill and two alphas? I can’t even pay for my next meal, I’m ruined.

"How...how much do I have to pay?" I whisper through the haze of my spiraling.

"Taesan-ssi already paid for the last three days and also for the alphas" the nurse informs me and pushes the chair back enough to get up.

She looks at me once more and shakes her head pitifully. Is it the fact that I’m unmarked? The fact that I’m stupid? Or the fact that I am really a mess.

"Be more careful from now, you will be discharged soon" she says, gives me a polite bow and leaves me to my thoughts.

The tears I have been failing to hold back finally slide down my face, and my body shakes on the bed as I start to cry, everything keeps getting worse.

Once I get my phone back, I would call Daeshin to pick me up, I would beg Taesan to give me space and time to pay back.

I can’t go on any longer.

The door opens and Taesan stands by the door, his arms are folded across his chest and when I pay attention to his clothes...I can tell that he has been here for a while.

"I’m sorry, Taesan-ssi, I will pay back for my errors" I say, bowing my head as low as I can and he doesn’t move, he stays by the door watching me.

"Sooin visited you, she cried for hours when you didn’t wake up" he says and I blink, "what?"

"Seoha, your duty, my daughter" he states and huffs, tilting his head backwards with his lips parted as if he’s smoking.

"I’m better now, I’ll take care of her better, I apologize" I say, heart pounding in my chest, I know...I know that the topic he hasn’t addressed only means trouble for me.

Taesan drops his head back down to look directly at me and I see a cold glint in his eyes, "I’m sorry for violating you, I’m not that kind of man and it will never happen again" he says the words like he memorized them.

I squeeze the sheet under me as I stare at him. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

Kang Taesan is apologizing to me unashamedly.

The alpha keeps his eyes on mine and the air in the room seems to crackle with invisible energies.

"Then let me go" I whisper.

"I can’t, you know too much, the only way you leave here is by dying...and I can’t do that when Sooin needs you" he says, his voice dropping to the depth of that man that held the gun at my head.

"But you just- but you just apologized" I say, voice breaking as I say the words, isn’t it sorted?

"Shin Seoha-ssi, I am not a fool, I know what you caused, but I am still man of dignity" he says.

My shoulders drop and another round of tears fills my eyes, my chest hurts so much, it hurts how much this is getting worse.

What did I do wrong?

"I forgive you for what happened, doesn’t that lighten my debt, Taesan-ssi?" I plead desperately and the alpha tilts his head as he observes me.

"It doesn’t" he says simply, cold and curt.

"Haven’t you learned?" he asks, stepping into the room, he comes closer and my own crying gets worse.

The alpha stops in front of me with a cold look on his face, he stands close enough for me to see the brown of his eyes.

"In my world, omega, there are no thank yous and I’m sorrys, you pay for your sins" he says and leaves me alone in the room.

Survive two weeks...three days are gone and I’m in a hospital, and my debts are higher...
