[BL] Seducing Male Leads To Survive As A Villain In A Novel-Chapter 351: Trapped
The two of them had worked hard on the trap. It was a magical artifact that Mr. Albert had to travel across lands and ocean to obtain.
Something to trap the Wizard of EL with. He had gotten it after a long, difficult search—something he could use to create a trap.
A trap in the form of another dimension, one that could trap the Wizard of EL. And not only trap him; it would drain his energy, make him weak and useless, and leave him vulnerable for another to take him down.
It was their secret weapon. Something they knew Eden wouldn’t see coming. So they strategically placed it to catch him. Setting it up in the most strategic and unsuspecting place known to them all.
And it worked perfectly.
"We’ll leave him here for a while. Then, in a bit, we can come back and see how weak he’s become. Then we can take him—"
He didn’t finish his sentence. Before he could finish talking, they heard laughter.
A loud laughter that came from nowhere. Someone was laughing through thin air, and this had them looking up and down, left and right.
"What the hell...?" Kyle questioned. "Where is that coming from?? Who is laughing?"
The laughter continued for a while before they heard footsteps.
They both looked in the same direction as they saw someone appearing. As if thin air took the form of a human, Eden stepped into existence from nothing.
In the same red clothes, same silver hair, looking as magical and majestic as ever. Eden smiled in their direction as he drew closer.
He laughed softly while clapping his hands together. "Impressive. I never knew you two could pull off such impressive tricks. I approve."
Kyle and Mr. Albert staggered backward, shocked.
"How the hell...?" Mr. Albert questioned, speechless. "How is that possible...?"
"How..." Kyle stared at the portal, which was still active, and then stared at Eden. "But you’re in there!"
Eden laughed. "Yes. I am. And I’m also here," he smiled.
Kyle and Mr. Albert had clear panic written all over their faces. They stared at each other, then at Eden.
Eden laughed again. "Well, since you’re so concerned, I’ll let you in on the secret." He winked at them. "Well, I actually already predicted that you two would do something."
He sighed. "So the person inside there... isn’t really me. It’s just a shred of me."
Kyle glared at him. "Well," he laughed, feeling defeated, "I guess I really underestimated you."
The trap could be used only once. And now that they’d caught the wrong version, there was nothing to be done about it.
Eden smiled. "Yes, you did. How could you use such cheap tricks on the Wizard of EL? Do you think I could really be caught that easily?" He laughed.
Kyle’s expression grew cold. "But that doesn’t matter. Even though the trap didn’t get you, I’ll still make sure I take you down..."
He had a serious expression as he stretched out a hand toward Mr. Albert. Mr. Albert understood what he meant and handed him a pill.
He took the pill, his eyes shut. Kyle felt a brief surge of pain through his body. His veins popped out, red as dark energy ran through them. His eyes burned red as he went down on his knees, letting the pain eat him up.
Soon, it was all over, and he slowly got to his feet. His eyes were red as he stared at Eden, smiling.
Eden sighed. "I guess you still haven’t given up on applying artificial arts of magic. Even though it’s obviously killing your soul..." he said.
But Kyle wasn’t ready for another conversation. He simply attacked, swinging his fists at him while moving through the air.
His movements had become extremely fast and strong. Waves brushed past him as he attacked, striking heavy punches toward Eden while dark smoke hovered around them.
Eden swiftly avoided them. He moved his body effortlessly as the blows missed him countless times. None of them got to him.
The fight soon became mutual; Eden struck with his staff. He hit Kyle at different spots on his body while moving backward.
The mere hit from the staff forced Kyle backward before he struck again in full force.
Dark and purple waves filled the hallway as the two clashed and fought, shattering everything placed around them. The walls cracked; statues and paintings fell and shattered.
For once, Kyle’s blow got to Eden. He was strategic about it and hit him on the chin, sending Eden flying through the air and crashing against the wall.
Eden slowly got to his feet only to see Kyle attacking again.
Kyle smirked as he flew toward him, throwing more blows. Eden dodged some, but others hit his stomach and face.
He flew backward again and crashed hard into a wall.
Kyle laughed. "Do you still think you’re everything?" He laughed, staring at Eden. He felt great about hurting Eden.
Eden staggered to his feet. He smiled as he ran a hand over his lips, wiping away the drop of blood that fell from them. Then he looked up at Kyle, who was warming up for another attack.
"Interesting. I guess I now know how this power of yours works," he smirked.
Kyle stared at him. "And what’s that supposed to mean? Shouldn’t you be scared of what I could do to you? I could kill you."
Eden laughed. "Pathetic. You just gave away your weakness."
Kyle stared.
Eden continued with a smile. "This is why you’ll never win a fight." He smiled, his expression turning cold. "Now get ready to pay for ruining my pretty face. I don’t play with that."
Eden moved like a flash of light, flying toward Kyle and throwing his fists at him. He sent endless punches all over Kyle in a matter of seconds—his cheeks, his nose, his lips, his eyes, his neck, his chest.
It was indeed a fatal blow.
