[BL] Mr. Romano Contracted Husband-Chapter 101: Please Don’t Leave Us
The students gathered in the schoolyard, forming a line to prevent their math teacher from leaving the school. They lined up right in the schoolyard near the closed school gate.
One of the students overheard a conversation between the parents and teachers in the hall and realized that Arcane was going to resign from the school to calm the situation down. That’s why, when he was packing his things, the student called all the students at the school to prevent Arcane from resigning.
"We don’t want you to leave this school! We feel comfortable with you teaching at this school, because we admit that our grades look better when you teach!" said one of the students.
Another student nodded her head, walking forward to join the conversation. "Before, my grades were very bad in math. Then, since you gave me a little extra class, patiently explaining what I didn’t understand. Now my grades are much better!"
They agreed with that. Another student walked forward and gave her reason as well, which was that she was always scolded by her parents because of her poor grades in math.
"That made me afraid of math. But since you started teaching, I am no longer afraid of math and can understand it quickly!"
One by one, they came forward and said how much Arcane had helped them by teaching them mathematics. He was a good teacher, firm, and also knew the boundaries between himself and his students.
"We don’t want you to stop being our teacher! We want you to stay here and teach us, and we’ll laugh together like we always do!"
"PLEASE DON’T LEAVE OUR SCHOOL, MR. ROMANO!"
They shouted this in unison, begging him to stay.
The parents who witnessed this couldn’t say anything because their own daughters were asking the teacher to stay. The other teachers were also stunned by what the students did, because this was the first time they had seen the students do something like this.
Donald felt very proud of the students who were willing to do this, and also of his own son because his dedication was considered so valuable by them.
"This is the teacher you asked to be expelled from school. Now your own daughters are asking him to stay because they know what Mr. Romano is like," Donald said to the parents of the students at his school.
The parents exchanged glances, as if they were becoming more and more doubtful about their request to expel the man.
Arcane could only stand there as all of his students begged him to stay. His hands, which were carrying boxes containing his belongings, slowly began to tremble because he didn’t know that all this time they had loved him so much as a teacher.
Does this mean he had succeeded in becoming a teacher beloved by all his students?
One of the female students then walked over, took the box from the man’s hands, and placed it a little further away. She then returned only to hug Arcane, followed by the other female students.
His eyes widened when they all hugged him at the same time. He slowly placed his hand on the head of the student who had hugged him first. He stroked her head gently, then moved on to the next student.
"I want it too! I want it too!" they shouted, wanting to have their heads stroked as well.
Some of them laughed at the enthusiasm of the others. His heart swelled seeing them all loving him. His eyes were almost filled with tears, even though he had never cried in public before.
And when they started laughing, Arcane laughed with them.
"Mr. Romano, I haven’t gotten my turn yet!"
"Ahahaha... All right." He ruffled the student’s hair until it was messy.
At the same time, Julian, feeling worried, went to check on Arcane at the school where he taught. But as soon as he reached the school gate, he witnessed that heartwarming scene, and it made him feel so happy and relieved.
’They care about him... I know he’s someone who is truly sincere in what he does. Even though he can be annoying and cold sometimes, I know Arcane never messes around when it comes to serious matters,’ Julian thought at that moment.
The green-haired man decided to stay outside the school gate, not wanting to ruin the happy moment. He wanted Arcane to focus on his students at that moment, reassuring the parents that he was not the bad person the rumors claimed him to be.
However, without Julian realizing it, someone suddenly covered his mouth from behind. At that moment, everyone was focused on Arcane, unaware that he had suddenly been dragged away from there after losing consciousness.
As if sensing something, Arcane turned toward the school gate but saw nothing there.

Slowly, he began to feel worried, then picked up his phone and tried to call his husband. He tried three or four times, but there was no answer from Julian. It was only 10:12 in the morning, and she knew very well that Julian would not be asleep at that hour.
He pushed his students aside, asking them to make way for him.
"I’m sorry, but I have to go. I have to check something," he said.
When he managed to get past his students, he ran out of the school gate, leaving his things behind, just to go home. The students looked confused, as did the parents and teachers.
Donald, as his father, began to feel that something strange was happening to his son. He immediately took out his car keys and followed his son.
They met on the road, where Arcane finally got into Donald’s car to get home faster.
Upon arriving home, he tried to check the entire house but couldn’t find Julian there.
"Julian! JULIAN!" He shouted, searching around the house and the backyard. Maybe the man was doing laundry or something.
However, he was nowhere to be found, and his cell phone was left behind at home. It turned out that when Julian went to school to check on Arcane, he didn’t bring his cell phone because he thought he would only be gone for a short while.
When he panicked looking for his husband, suddenly there was a loud noise landing in his yard.
"Arcane! Come here quickly!" Donald, who happened to be running to the front porch, found a rock wrapped in paper.
They both opened the paper and found a message that they thought was a clue to where Julian had disappeared.
