This place is a chaotic blend of all kinds, filled with bizarre creatures. The Lord of the Underworld relies heavily on oppressive fear to enslave and dominate other beings. It only took Shawn less than an hour or two to fully grasp the underground city’s ruling structure.

The highest ruler of the Worm’s Nest is undoubtedly the Lord of the Underworld - Shude-Mel.

Under the evil lord are a group of servants controlled directly by mind control, most of them are powerful members of the Ancient Race or monsters with a trace of ancient bloodline. These servants pose the most significant threat to him, as many are close to High Tier Transcendent strength. Further down are the strange creatures of the underworld, the Eye Demon recently conquered, the Heart Stealer is a wandering small group, others are enslaved by evil objects due to benefits, and various other creatures are not numerous enough to form a climate.

But there is another unique strange creature here called ’Borer Spirits’, generally referred to by Transcendents as ’Insect People’.

Borer Spirits are relatively small in stature, resembling the height of Half-Elves. Their skin is covered with a tough cuticle, possess compound eyes like insects, and have antennae on their foreheads. These Borer Spirits have more human characteristics but are hermaphroditic in physiological structure, presiding over the race known as the ’Supreme Empress’, a nearly Legendary Level anomaly.

These creatures are oviparous, laying a certain number of Borer Spirit eggs each time, usually by the Supreme Empress.

Their population in the Worm’s Nest is second only to the cave dwellers, forming a large clan of several hundred.

As for the lowest tier of mutated organisms, mainly humanoid creatures, they are the lowest level slaves and the most important food source, serving as the city’s low-tier labor force and emergency reserve food supply.

This Heart Stealer is named Hute, a close pronunciation in strange creature language, and it’s different from other Heart Stealers.

Because it mistakenly perceived Shawn as a Main Brain!

After Shawn used Mind Domination on these Heart Stealers, he quickly discovered their resistance consciousness was very low, some even promptly transformed their identities, willingly becoming slaves serving Shawn.

In the Heart Stealers’ perception, they seemed to consider Shawn as a ’Main Brain’ disguised as a human.

Hute is the most fanatical one.

Heart Stealers are very arrogant creatures, even evil lords cannot fully dominate them; they wander as a group due to failing in struggles, their survival space oppressed by Ancient Race - Prowlers, and after the Main Brain unexpectedly died at the hands of an ancient offspring (Demigod), the remaining Heart Stealers had to scatter and escape.

A group of over ten Heart Stealers wandered around the Deep Pit Mine area.

The leader of these Heart Stealers was a Soul-Eating Monster, leading their allegiance to the Lord of the Underworld, but that guy has been eliminated by Shawn.

"Insect People?"

Shawn fell into deep thought, the Heart Stealer’s room was quite peculiar, the ground covered in lightly viscous flesh-like tissue secreted by them. A normal person staying here would likely drop their Rationality Value, but he adapted quickly. Shawn looked at the Heart Stealer in front of him, whose expression was respectful with a hint of reverent fanaticism, and said flatly: "Leave. I understand."

In Hute’s perception, Shawn is here to overthrow and seize the underground city.
