It is said those terrifying Divine Sons, even when ascending as Wanderers, could set time traps to stop time.
This is unimaginable in other worlds; Wanderers casting time stop is too shocking.
However, later on, the law of time was once again constrained.
Because the Magic Goddess returned, during the state of time stop, casters were merely accelerating themselves; attacks launched had difficulty taking effect, as if time stop were restricted, only useful for casting Delayed Spells. Usually, when time stop truly interfered with current time laws, it was due to issues with the Magic Net or the fall of the Magic Goddess. Once the Magic Goddess returns, the power of time stop is immediately and significantly weakened.
The Bizarre Realm lacks a Magic Goddess, but the time laws here are quite chaotic.
The ’Time Acceleration’ cast with Sixth Ring Spiritual Energy reaches its limit; only the Mage Path’s Ninth Ring time stop might truly interfere with existing time laws.
However, true manipulation of the time law still requires a Legendary Spell, as Lady Hecate possesses a capability of summoning herself from the future timeline.
This Legendary Spell, known as ’Time Duplication Technique’, is the only one Lady Hecate knows, allowing her to summon her future self from six seconds ahead in the time stream to the present timeline, thereby facing the enemy with two versions of herself in peak condition.
It’s equivalent to duplicating oneself in time; with the future self six seconds ahead.
This Legendary Spellbook is on the top level of the Maze Library, which Shawn has long coveted, yet he hasn’t even had the qualification to touch, as in Spiritual Vision, this Legendary Spellbook is surrounded by a faint golden Sands of Time.
Even the Banshee Maidens cannot touch it as it’s uniquely sealed in a dimension space where anything that contacts it ages rapidly.
Lady Hecate has said only the destined Legend has the right to peruse it.
As for other time spells, Shawn knows of another called ’Time Reversal’, which can send himself, severely injured and on the brink of death, back to the state six seconds prior; this too is a Ninth Ring spiritual energy spell.
Strictly speaking, the sixth-ring Time Acceleration is only mid-level among time spells.
It is because of these time spells that the Distant Realm’s abnormities are incredibly powerful!
