Beyond the Bloodline-Chapter 313: Dimensional Havoc
You stupid bird, don’t destroy this planet! There are important people here!
You think I give a damn about some random planet?!
Aikess roared, their wing slicing through the air. Jamie teleported instantly to evade the attack, but Orikar and the Planet Lord, who had been trying to flee, weren’t as lucky.
Waves of flames surged outward from Aikess’ wing, obliterating everything in its path and engulfing the two Deities, leaving them on the brink of death.
Ignoring the destruction they had just caused, Aikess turned toward Jamie, who had reappeared in the sky. Their beak parted, unleashing a blazing laser of fire straight at him.
Jamie darted to the side, narrowly dodging, and the FTL-speed beam tore through the planet’s atmosphere, piercing into space. It struck a neighbouring planet, instantly blowing it to smithereens.
The force of the explosion sent massive chunks of rock and debris hurtling outward, scattering through space. Some of the fragments were pulled toward Kaelithis by its gravity, their fiery glow illuminating the sky as they descended.
What the—!?
Sensing the impending devastation, Jamie’s gaze snapped upward. When he saw the flames engulfing each fragment, he immediately realized how and why they had reached Kaelithis so quickly.
This fucking bird! Did I not just tell you NOT to destroy this planet?!
Extending his right hand, he channelled cosmic and gravity law energy, wrapping them around the incoming fragments and pulling them together into a single massive rock.
At the same time, he thrust his left hand toward Aikess who was about to swing their talons at him, forcefully teleporting them beyond the planet’s atmosphere.
Reappearing above the Phoenix, Jamie slammed the colossal rock on their head. The moon-sized construct shattered on impact, sending shockwaves rippling all the way down to the surface of Kaelithis.
Yet, despite the immense force of the explosion, Aikess remained completely unscathed.
In fact, they were even more furious.
Aikess spun their massive body and swung their right-wing at Jamie, but he evaded the strike and clenched his fist.
Infusing it with gravity law energy, he increased its weight by over 500 times in an instant before teleporting to the right side of the large Phoenix’s head and punching their eye.
Although Aikess reflexively shut their eye the moment their kinetic vision detected Jamie’s appearance, the power behind his strike distorted space and bypassed durability, making their eyelid useless against the impact.
The end result was their flesh being brutally torn apart, and Jamie’s fist colliding directly with their eyeball.
KIAAAKKK!!!!!
Aikess screeched in agony, their body erupting with flames as intense as a star. The fire burned through space itself, distorting reality to delay Jamie from teleporting away.
Their left-wing lashed out faster than light, striking Jamie with overwhelming force and sending him hurtling toward the shattered remains of the destroyed planet.
He crashed through dozens of rock fragments before slamming into what was left of the planet’s molten core.
But just like Aikess earlier, Jamie was completely unscathed.
Wiping the molten liquid off his face, Jamie blinked, then looked up—and his eyes caught sight of two enormous orbs of light in the distance.
’Huh? There are two suns?’
A split second later, his eyes widened in realisation.
"Oh shit, there are two suns!"
And one of them was getting closer.
You stupid bird!
Jamie cursed as he saw the massive stellar body hurtling toward him. Without hesitation, he roused his cosmic energy, simultaneously activating his Authorities over Space, Time, and Gravity—not to block the attack, but to prevent the entire star system from being destroyed!
This system was perfectly balanced with a single host star.
What would happen if another star, with even greater mass, was suddenly introduced? Even if temporarily?
Chaos, that’s what!
And Aikess had unhesitatingly conjured a second star and flung it straight at Jamie, its sheer heat and mass melting nearby planetary bodies and distorting their orbits.
While maintaining his three Authorities to stabilize the system and save the billions of lives on those planets from instant destruction, Jamie extended his right hand and commanded—
Void!
The already distorted space shattered open into a yawning wormhole, pulling the enormous star into the nothingness within.
But just as the collapse began, Aikess appeared right beside him.
I knew you were gonna stretch that stupid hand out!
Their beak shot toward his outstretched arm at lightspeed, and Jamie barely managed to yank it back in time, narrowly avoiding having it ripped clean off.
Alright, bitch! You started this!
Jamie’s pupils glowed with a dull light, and before Aikess could react, his left fist shot forward, slamming into the space between their eyes.
Their massive body hadn’t even finished recoiling from the impact when Jamie grabbed their beak. With strength that defied his size, he spun around and hurled the Phoenix toward an asteroid belt.
Space folded, erasing the distance in an instant, and Aikess crashed into the dense sea of asteroids within a second.
By the time they could ignite their flames to melt the rocks around them, Jamie had already twisted space with his gravity Authority, making them the centre of a gravitational maelstrom.
Millions of asteroids surged through space, slamming into Aikess from every direction.
They screeched, their body bursting with extinction flames that erased spacetime itself, reducing the entire asteroid field to dust.
But before they could react further, Jamie descended from above and drove his fist straight into the top of their skull.
Jamie’s fist, descending like a meteor, pierced through the eroded void where Aikess had erased space itself.
The moment his knuckles met what should have been nothing, the fabric of reality warped and Aikess vanished.
A split second later, deep beyond the asteroid belt, an outer planet’s magnetic field abruptly collapsed. The uninhabited world barely had time to tremble before an unseen force ripped through it, carving a colossal hole clean through its core.
Just as the planet’s structure began to collapse, Jamie vanished.
And then, on the opposite end of the planet, space convulsed violently. Aikess’ body suddenly emerged from nothing, as if spat out by reality itself.
The moment their massive form materialized, they crashed straight into the disintegrating planet.
They barely had time to process what had just happened before they burst out the other side, leaving another gaping wound in the planet’s remains.
Uuuugghh—!
The Phoenix’s body spasmed, wings struggling to keep steady. Their stomach twisted painfully, and for the first time in centuries, they nearly vomited everything they had eaten in the past week.
Their eyes swam in disorientation as they tried to process the sheer absurdity of what had just occurred.
You f-fucker... d-did you just knock me in the fourth dim—
Before they could finish their sentence, Jamie appeared right beside them, his open palm swinging across their face in a resounding slap.
**CRACK!!
Space shattered and this time, Aikess wasn’t smacked into the fourth direction of spacetime.
They were knocked straight out of the Knesix Dimension itself.
Jamie dashed through the widening dimensional crack, grabbing the Phoenix by the feathers on their head and forcefully flinging them back inside. However, before he could fully let go, Aikess’ flames erupted with the force of a hypernova.
The explosion ignited within the dimensional crack, its violent force widening the tear and fracturing parts of the dimensional walls.
Blinding waves of heat and radiation surged outward, distorting the fabric of spacetime and causing disasters for any spaceships within this section of space.
Aikess, having used the initial burst of the hypernova to blow Jamie away, opened their beak and spat out a barrage of unstable, stellar-sized masses of fire.
The moment they left their mouth, they all detonated in unison—a dozen hypernovae erupting in a chain reaction, each explosion bending spacetime and sending ripples across the galaxy.
