Beginning Of Multiverse Saga-Chapter 98: Assassin In Empress Chamber

Sharky was again shocked, and he was even more shocked than before. It seems as if the ground has slipped from beneath his feet.

Because the person Empress has mentioned, they were the Sharky’s parents, his mom Feng Emily and his father Harold.

Tears automatically started falling from his ears, "Don’t cry, don’t cry my baby," Empress said, she turned Sharky in her laps, making his face in front of her.

She started wiping his tears, while consoling him. "Please stop crying my baby, it’s okay, we will take revenge for your mom and dad," She even gives some peck on his lips to stop his crying.

"I want to ask, how can you know the name of my mom and dad, and why you were loving me?" He asked while crying.

"Because they were my sister and brother-in-law," The Empress revealed the truth, after hearing it, Sharky caught her in his hug tightly, and started crying again.

The Empress allowed him to cry as he wanted, fully drenched her Imperial clothes with his tears, she still hugs him, trying to console him and calm him down.

After nearly twenty minutes of crying, Sharky started to calm down, he noticed his aunt’s clothes had fully drenched in his tears. "I am sorry, Empress," He apologized for the dress.

"My dear, you don’t need to apologize, what are they, they were just clothes, it’s worth less than your important tears," Empress said, she didn’t hesitate, and tore down her Imperial dress, in front of him.

Revealing her beautiful body, which was just now in a bra and panty. "And, you don’t call me Empress, you can call me Aunt Grace."

"Aunt Grace?" Sharky shouted in shock, seeing that her aunt tore the dress, and even revealed her precious body in front of him.

How much she loves him, that even her precious and beautiful body is not important, more than him. He looked around himself, and found all of the servants, maids and eunuchs had already closed their eyes.

"How can you tear your dresses in front of me," He asked, "Afterall, it is not good for us, if the rumors started."

Although he didn’t want to, his gaze was still exploring her beautiful and voluptuous body.

Now, his Dragon without any fear, fully woke up, and touched her stomach.

"It’s okay, my dear," Empress said, she caught his Dragon in her hand, "You are more important to me than anything, and mine everything is already yours."

She started rubbing his Dragon, "And it also proved, that you have your father’s genes, no matter whoever you are in front of, your little Dragon didn’t shy away from awoken up."

Sharky didn’t know why she was saying, her everything was his. He then started becoming shy, noticing the Empress is touching and even rubbing his Dragon, it was with the clothes, but still he can feel her hot and gentle hands touch, it makes his Dragon more proud than ever.

He was going to explain and remove his Dragon from her hands, but before he even did this, a cry of alarm was raised from outside. "Assassins!"

As soon as the warning was shouted out, several dark glints streaked through the windows, flying straight towards the empress inside.

Sharky was quite familiar with these dark streaks of light. They had shown up a few times on his way to the palace. These were the arrows of assassins! They flew much faster than regular arrows and covered large distances almost instantly.

Eunuch Lu, who was hiding in the shadows, rushed out in front of the pearl curtains, flinging his spacious sleeves outward. The arrows, which seemed powerful enough to blast apart rocks, were crushed by the strange, flexible force within his sleeves.

Without breaking stride, he flew straight out like a bolt of lightning. He planned to quickly deal with the assassins outside.

Since they were in the imperial palace’s inner courtyard, there shouldn’t have been many assassins. If he acted immediately, he could quickly contain the situation.

He realized his error as soon as he rushed out. There were assassins everywhere, and they were engaged in a vicious battle against the palace guards.

Eunuch Lu was shocked. "How is this possible?" He even wondered if King George had finally rebelled and brought his own army in.

He did not slow at all. He snapped the spines of the two assassins closest to him, then rushed back inside. Protecting the empress was his top priority.

However, things didn’t go as planned. Someone suddenly rushed out at him from within the group of black clad men. The two of them exchanged three palm strikes.

Eunuch Lu was alarmed. Ninth rank!

He was instantly on guard. He knew that it wasn’t possible to evaluate an assassin’s strength by their cultivation alone.

They often trod the line between life and death, and so their real strength was much greater. They could often defeat cultivators of higher rank than themselves.

Eunuch Lu sharpened his focus immediately. He had overcome his initial alarm, and found calmness again. The assassins before him weren’t soldiers. King George hadn’t rebelled.

These fellows looked like assassins from the Shadow Group. Hmph, the Shadow Group cares more about money than lives after all. They even dare to attack the empress!

He knew that, as long as he could hold these people off long enough, the palace’s military would provide assistance. These assassins would all be dead once they were surrounded.

Sharky felt a piercing headache. Why did he run into these things wherever he went? How could there even be an attack on the empress’ Palace of Peace?

He instinctively turned to look at the empress seated behind the pearl curtains. Her expression hadn’t changed more, but anger appeared in her face. The eunuchs and maids around her were shaking with fear.

There was a loud bang, and the doorway was smashed open. Several palace guards flew through it, their bodies covered in blood.

They were immediately set upon by several black-clad assassins, who hacked madly at them.

The black-clad assassins focus was on the woman behind the pearl curtains. They charged at her, blades in hand.

Eunuch Lu had been keeping an eye on the situation inside. When he saw this, he flung his sleeves out, and the blades that had fallen to the ground immediately shot out at the assassins running at the empress like bolts of lightning, impaling them to the ground.

Sharky felt a chill run through his body. Ninth rank cultivators could harmonize with the world’s natural power. The speed and power of an idle attack wasn’t something an ordinary person could handle.

After all, these assassins that had just rushed in were also cultivators, yet they had all been dispatched from so far away.

Eunuch Lu groaned. He’d been distracted while dealing with the assassins inside, and his opponent was not about to let such a glorious opportunity slip by. He dealt him a serious blow.

Eunuch Lu was more or less spent. He had managed to even the odds a little, but he was in no state to help out with what was going on within the palace hall.

Another batch of assassins stormed in, charging ruthlessly at the empress.

More guards of the Palace of Peace entered the fray as well, but were stopped by yet more assassins. They could only look on as the assassins who had made it past them ran at the empress.

Sharky’s eyelids twitched. Who had the home advantage, and who were the attackers? Why were these armored guards at a disadvantage instead?

In a heartbeat, the four assassins had already made it to the empress and him.

The maids and eunuchs at the empress’ side mustered their courage and leaped in front of the empress. After all, they were her personal guards, and they wouldn’t be let off the hook if something happened to the empress.

These individuals seemed like they had been trained, but the fact that they were servants meant that their cultivation talent was ordinary at best. Even though they had some cultivation, none could stand against these vicious assassins.

There was a quick succession of pitiful screams, as servants dropped into puddles of blood one after another.

One of the Assassin attacks was going to touch the Sharky, "How dared you," The empress shouted in anger. She finally made her move, sending her fair palm outward.

Her movements were clearly extremely slow, yet the assassin across from her just couldn’t avoid it. Her hand touched his head. And then with a boom, the Assassin heads were blasted, but his blade was already thrown towards his target.

"Argh," Sharky cried in pain, and he coughed out a mouthful of blood. The Empress sees the blade has entered his chest.

"Quickly, everyone, attack them, her focus is loosened, dice them, before they understand anything!" The Assassin leader shouted.

But before he does any action, he feels he is rising, getting lighter and lighter. Afterwards... there was no afterwards. He blasted with a boom sound.

This time, The Empress is more angry than ever, her fair palm moved again, touching the chest of another assassin. The assassin wanted to dodge it, but the air around him seemed to have solidified.

He couldn’t get out of the way. He could only watch despairingly as that beautiful yet terrifying palm inched towards him. And then with a boom sound, he also blasted.

One by one, all of the Assassins, who had been frantically brandishing their blades at the empress and Sharky. Started dying without any words getting out of their mouth.

Only a few assassins are left, and she is going to kill them all. But then again, blood gushed out from Sharky’s mouth. And his body is going to fall down on the ground from her laps.

She quickly caught him, and found his situation was very grim. "Eunuch Lu, no one is allowed to escape alive," She shouted, and quickly carried him towards the inner room.

She gently puts the Sharky on her bed, this was the first time someone other than her has gotten on her bed. Not even the Emperor was allowed to sit here.

"Quickly, someone brings the medicine," She shouted in panic, looking at the blood still coming out from his chest, although the dagger was removed by her, but the blood didn’t stop coming out from him.

Quickly many servants and her private Physician arrived, they were shocked to see Sharky on the Empress bed.

"What are you guys doing? Quickly start his treatment?" She shouted at them, seeing they were instead of starting their work, staring at the Sharky.

"Yes, your Majesty," Physician said, and started checking the Sharky.

But he quickly came up with the result, "Your Majesty, his wounds were deep, and the dagger has touched his heart, he is going to die, or we need to change his heart."

"What?" The Empress shouted in both panicked and angry voices, "How can this happen?"

"Your Majesty, it was because the dagger was a poisonous artifact, it could have poisoned him."

’I have already lost my both sisters, and now my sister’s son, who is going to help me in raising our clan again, is going to die in front of me. How can this happen, how can I save him.’ The Empress started thinking, while looking at the Sharky, whose situation was still grim.

Then after thinking, she comes up with an idea, ’Yes, I can do this, after all, it was already decided to gives him’ She turned towards her guards and Physician, "Quickly get out of here, close the gate, and guard it, no one is allowed to come inside."

Everyone followed her commands, and quickly empty the room leaving the Empress and Sharky alone in her bedroom.

Grace started undressing Sharky, and just in a few seconds, Sharky appeared nude in front of her.

"Just a few years ago, he was playing in my arms, now his Dragon is enough to play with me," The Empress chuckled looking at his Dragon’ size. She caught his Dragon and started rubbing them, it quickly woken up.

Then she removed her final piece of clothing appearing nude in front of the Sharky. But Sharky has lost his consciousness, and can’t appreciate this beautiful body.
