Sharky had a weird look on his face. But still, he played with her, since she belongs to him, there is nothing to hesitate to agree to some demands of her.

Qin Youzhao became happy seeing this, she was only going to put on an act at first, but in the end, she didn’t hold back one bit after remembering the scoundrel action.

Sharky cried out. "Why didn’t you hold back?!" he hissed at her.

"It’s your fault for taking advantage of me!"

Murong Qinghe was now the one who was embarrassed. She rushed over to them. "Big brother Qin, I think that’s enough..."

Qin Youzhao then asked Murong Qinghe, "Qinghe, why are you here today?"

Murong Qinghe gave Sharky a sidelong glance. "It’s all because of him! First, this guy, I didn’t know what he had done to my elder sister Ella. That even during sleeping time she dreams about him, and she talks about some weird thing," Murong Qinghe said.

She started blushing remembering the scene of the night, when her sister Murong Ella, in sleeping she undressed herself, and started whispering.

And hearing it, Qinghe knows what words they are, she understood that her Sister fell for the Sharky’s guy.

Then Qinghe focused back on the second matter, because she knew, now no one could stop her sister.

Sharky couldn’t help but chuckle. No wonder she was so upset. The Security Officer wielded great authority, and was feared within the court.

Even though the Supervisor of Attendants was considered one of the nine Ministers, and seemed to enjoy an elevated status.

Several of these ministerial positions were slowly becoming figureheads, with their authority being transferred to the other branches. One of these weakened ministerial positions was the Supervisor of Attendants.

In theory, the Supervisor of Attendants was supposed to be in charge of the imperial bodyguards, but the military leadership within the palace was tangled and complicated, each power intricately balanced against another.

There was the Left General and Right General of the palace gates, as well as the Brave Rider General and Guerilla Warfare General who were each in charge of their corresponding troops.

There was also Zhuxie Chixin, commander of the Justice Envoy, which maintained a large presence within the capital.

The Supervisor of Attendants was only required to arrange the ceremonies that preceded the emperor’s departure on long journeys outside the capital.

"How is all of that my fault?" Sharky retorted. "I’m clearly the biggest victim. Your grandfather wasn’t able to maintain security within the capital, which was why I was attacked as soon as I entered the city. I almost lost my life, you know?"

Murong Qinghe pouted. "My grandfather isn’t the only one in charge of keeping peace within the capital, though. It feels as though we’re being punished for no reason... We’re in this position because of you."

Sharky knew that the emperor was merely finding excuses to shuffle aside important ministers loyal to King George’s faction. Of course, he couldn’t say this out loud.

Qin Youzhao quickly tried to mediate this situation. "Both of you are victims! The assassins are the ones we should blame for all this."

Then she turned towards Sharky and waved at him, "Ok, goodbye, I am going to learn from Grandpa. And Sharky, my sister also remembered you."

"When will she return," Sharky asked.

"She is with her master, I don’t know when she will return." Qin Youzhao replied.

Sharky nodded, and he also waved at her, and then continued to go towards his manor.

In a residence within the capital, the members of the Devil Sect were giving their reports to an incredibly charming woman.

"Lady Saint, Lord Ding was killed by the Justice Envoy and the residence has been granted to another official, although the other official didn’t live there."

That woman snorted. "If the Justice Envoy lays their hands on our people, they’d better be prepared to pay the price. Kill the new owner of Ding Manor as a warning. We are not a force to be trifled with!"

"Do you forget the rules of the Devil Sect, there isn’t any forgiveness, only the punishment exists," Crystal said, and then with a kwaak sound his head was bursted into pieces.

All of the people around were again becoming fearful, and they started blaming the person for voicing out.

"Well, I don’t need to tell you all the reasons. But, since someone asked, I am going to reveal it," Crystal said, and then her expression turned into an angry mood, "Did you guys forget who Sharky is? Or did you even not know him? Who even dared to think assassinate him," She shouted in an angry voice.

"Ma’am, ma’am, please forgive them, they just arrived in our branch, and don’t know the Sharky and his relationship with you," A beautiful girl quickly replied, she was also cursing the person, who puts the Sharky’s name in the assassins list.

"This will be their first and last mistake, if this happens again, then I will not need to tell what will happen," Crystal said, while looking at her attendant.

With the attendant, all the other people quickly nodded, and fit the Sharky name in their dictionary. So, they never even by mistake, take the mission to kill him.

"Good, now take the exit from here," Crystal said, and then all of the people quickly exited from there.

"Why does the Saintess become angry when she hears we are going to assassinate Sharky’s guy? And who was the Sharky guy even," One of the newcomers asked.

"Sharky is known as the devil of Royal College, but now he is going to be known as the Devil Man of the Empire. And his relationship with Saintess is quite close, Saintess does everything which Sharky has asked."

"Many people even claim the Saintess has already become the wife of Sharky," The older person explained the reason. And with it, all of the newcomers know about the Sharky.

"Ssshhh," A girl appeared there and signaled them to become silent, "Don’t gossip about the Saintess, or you will be the next person to die. The Saintess didn’t like it when someone discussed her relationship with Sharky."

"It was not just a rumor, but Saintess has already accepted Sharky as her husband. So, she didn’t like when anyone gossip about her husband."

With the girl explaining, the newcomers quickly understand, and they become silent, and do not dare to ask many questions about Crystal.

Sharky was touring the area around him, when his eyes went towards the Sang Clan.

Sang Clan was the Viscount clan, where the Teacher Lily married.

And her husband was Viscount the previous year. Why previous year, it is because, the previous year, in the assassination attack, he died. Now, the Teacher Lily is a widow with a daughter, of course the daughter was of Sharky.

And even after the death of the Sang Clan’s child, the people put all the blame on the Sang Clan.

It was the Duke Edward, who helped the Sang Clan, when they were at their end.

Now in the Sang Clan was only Lily with her daughter Sang Sony, and the Sang clan’s father and daughter.

When the clans who were opposed to Sang Hong found out that he wouldn’t have any more successors, they were all incredibly happy.

He figured that this was likely due to Sang Hong’s fall from power. The people of the manor all abandoned this sinking ship.

Sharky couldn’t help but sigh. Even though he was not like Sang Hong in the past. He still admired that man’s ability and methods. He felt a bit of sympathy when he saw someone like this fall so low.

He walked inside and discovered that this was probably the rear garden. Even though he called it a garden, it wasn’t that large either.

He walked around the corner and saw a white figure. Sure enough, it was a white clothed woman. Her back was facing him, her figure seated on a swing, swaying back and forth absentmindedly.

Sharky quietly leaned over. "The lady seems rather lonely. Could you use a companion?"

Who else could this familiar figure be but Lily?

The woman jumped in fright. She turned around nervously, but forgot that she was still swaying on the swing, and lost her center of gravity and almost fell.

Sharky quickly caught her. She swung her hand to strike him, but she was stunned when she saw who it was. "It’s you?"

Sharky also became shocked. The one in his embrace wasn’t Lily at all! It was the Sang clan’s first miss Sang Qien!

Sang Qien was currently in the air, so Sharky couldn’t just let go right now. However, it didn’t seem appropriate for him to keep holding onto her as well.

Sharky gulped. "Would you believe me if I said that I thought you were someone else?"

Sang Qien’s face turned red. She gently pushed him away and stood up on her own. She was as lithe as a swallow, her movements extremely graceful. "Then who did you think I was?"

"I thought that you were..." Sharky subconsciously reacted, but he suddenly realized that he shouldn’t say Lily.
