"Run away from here, she is going to burn herself with us," The assassins leader shouted, he wanted to escape from there, but it was too late, and he with his assassins partner burnt in the fire.

Emily looked towards Sharky while burning herself, "My child, I am going to your father, please live your life happily."

She said before disappearing from the world.

"Mom," Sharky cried, but he was not able to stop his mother’s sacrifice.

"Has everyone killed," Soon some new assassins came there and asked.

"Yes the Dutchess Emily sacrificed herself to kill our men," The henchmen replied, he continued, "Now only their single son is left, after killing him, our mission will be completed."

Sharky seeing the new assassins come here, he runs with all of the powers, which he has, still he is surrounded by the assassins.

He looked at the assassins with anger, but he knew he was going to die today, "Mom, Dad, I am coming to you." He murmured and closed his eyes, waiting for death.

But even after a few seconds, Sharky didn’t die. He slowly opened his eyes and saw a man standing there with a young girl beside him.

The man held a sword, and blood was dripping from its blade. All the assassins lay lifeless on the ground.

"How dare you try to kill my son-in-law!" the man said angrily, staring at the fallen assassins. Then he turned to Sharky with a gentle but sorrowful expression.

Sharky soon recognized him—it was Duke Edward, his father’s old friend and his future father-in-law.

"Son-in-law, I’m sorry I couldn’t arrive in time," Edward said with regret. "If I had come earlier, maybe your mother and family wouldn’t have suffered."

He paused, then added firmly, "But no matter what, I promise I will find out who was behind this attack—and I will avenge your family."

When Sharky thinks his life and hope were lost, finally someone gives a helping hand to him.

He leaned in his uncle Edward’s arm and started crying, pouring out all the pain, sadness and frustration with his tears.
