Beginning Of Multiverse Saga-Chapter 68: The Mysterious Hammer
Sharky, Sophia and Rosie, become busy in their daily lives. And from time to time, Sharky also found some of the secrets and mysteries on the Earth, which already happened.
On a particular day, he was busy upgrading some of the equipment of his house.
He was upgrading all of the other systems, like the security, and other things, which can give benefits in emergency time.
"Sharky, what are you going to do now? Since you have already activated the EVT on the Earth, and we have already travelled over the world. What will be your next plan, because I am really getting bored." Sophia said, while her face expressed her bored 🥱 experience.
"What about the Pure Luxury Organic Village project?" Sharky asked.
"Well it was in the middle of the decision, when we acquired the rights to buy the village, our projects will be started," Sophia explained.
Since, she has seen the magical abilities of Sharky, of creating the wooden houses, which were durable and looked like they were grown on their own.
She has decided to create a village, which will be filled with luxurious houses, and it will create a desire in the royalty to own this place.
For this, she wanted to search for a perfect place, which will be far from the developed area. Surrounded by the forest, gives the scenario more beautiful and fresh air.
After a few months of searching, she finally found the place, to acquire it, they needed to go through some legal process and some formalities, to fully own the place.
Due to Ben Stark’s kidnapping, and then emerging as the Sword Master, it was delayed till now. Now the process will be going to complete soon.
Both Sharky and Sophia were chatting, how to develop the area, and make it more beautiful. But, their conversation was interrupted by the warning of Upgrade TV.
"Warning, Warning, an unknown thing is coming to Earth."
The Upgrade TV screen displayed the scene of New York. A chaos was happening there, thunder was cracking, and a tornado appeared there. In the middle of the tornado, there was something like a light opening.
Sharky activated the power of Speed X, "I’m going to check what is happening there?"
"Ok, but please be safe," Sophia nodded.
With his Speed X speed, it didn’t take even a minute for Sharky to reach there.
When he arrived at the scene, he saw something strange falling from the sky. It crashed into a van, completely destroying it.
Then, with a loud boom, it hit the ground and made a deep crater. Everyone looked closely and realized—it was a strange hammer.
What surprised them the most was how such a small hammer could create such a big crater. Even more surprising, the hammer wasn’t damaged at all and was stuck firmly in the ground.
No one knew where the hammer came from, but they started guessing and talking based on their own ideas.
Suddenly, a guy walked out from the crowd. He went close to the hammer. Its shiny metal surface was still glowing, and not even the dust or smoke around could stick to it.
"Let me see what this mystery is all about," the guy said as he reached out and tried to lift the hammer. But no matter how hard he pulled, it didn’t move.
He used all his strength again—but the hammer didn’t even budge.
"Haha! This guy can’t even lift a hammer!" someone in the crowd laughed.
"Go home, kid! Come back after drinking some milk from your mom’s tits!" another person shouted, and soon the whole crowd started booing and laughing.
The first guy got annoyed. "Then why don’t you try lifting it? Let’s see who’s really had their momma’s tits milk!"
"Oh, I’ll show you the power of Strong Muscle drinks!" the second guy said, even promoting his own health drink brand.
He stepped forward and tried with all his might—but just like the first guy, he couldn’t lift the hammer at all.
"Hehe, what happened? No momma’s tits milk? Or maybe you’re just drinking junk like Strong Muscle drinks!" the first guy teased, getting his revenge and making fun of the drink brand too.
As more people got curious, a chain reaction started. One by one, they all tried to lift the hammer. The mysterious hammer became the center of attention.
But no matter how strong someone was, no one could lift it. Soon, people started betting on who might succeed and laughing at everyone who failed.
The area was full of jokes and teasing. Some people even used the moment to promote their food and drinks.
"If you eat Chicken Samosas, you’ll lift the hammer in one go!"
"Try the Paneer Burger! It gives power to pick up anything!"
"Drink Apple Cola—you can lift ten elephants! But... even that might not help with this hammer!"
Then someone had a new idea.
"Hey guys, let’s try lifting it with my pick-up truck!" one guy said.
"Move aside! Pete’s going to try it with his truck!" a girl called out.
"Okay, let’s see what this guy can do," people said as they made space for Pete.
Pete tied the hammer with a strong chain to the back of his truck.
"You got this, Pete!" the girl cheered.
"Don’t worry, Sarah," Pete smiled, and pressed down hard on the gas.
But instead of the hammer moving, the back of his truck broke apart!
"Looks like the hammer’s not giving up today!" Pete’s friend John laughed, just as shocked as everyone else. They all wondered how heavy and powerful the hammer really was.
Meanwhile, everyone was so focused on the hammer, they forgot about the van it had crushed earlier.
But Sharky hadn’t forgotten. Using his Speed X powers, he had already saved the people who were inside the van before it was destroyed.
There were two men and two women. Both women were young and beautiful. One of the men was young, while the other was much older.
All of them looked at Sharky in shock, especially noticing his glowing eyes and how fast he moved. Just moments ago, they thought they were going to die. But before even a second passed, Sharky had saved them.
They wanted to ask him who he was and how he moved so fast—but before they could, the young man suddenly screamed in pain.
"Aaaaahhhhh!" he cried, and then fainted on the spot.
While that happened, at the same time back where the mysterious hammer had landed, one of the guys who had tried to touch it was suddenly electrocuted and thrown several meters away.
"Johnny! What happened? Why are you screaming?" his friend rushed over to him.
"It felt like... like thunder struck me!" Johnny replied, his face full of fear.
His friend looked confused. "Stop joking! How can a hammer strike someone with thunder?" he said. He pointed toward the others, who were still trying to lift the hammer as if nothing happened. No one else seemed affected.
Johnny didn’t know how to explain it. Everyone else was fine, but he was the only one who got shocked.
Feeling unsure, he went back and tried to lift the hammer again. This time, nothing happened. No shock, no thunder. He relaxed a bit and figured maybe it was just bad luck. He told himself it was probably just static energy or something—simple physics. So, he decided to forget about it.
Meanwhile, back at the spot where Sharky was with the rescued group, the old man gently laid the unconscious young man down on a blanket.
"Darcy, bring me the medical kit," the old man said calmly to one of the girls. She was the one wearing glasses and looked smart and focused.
"Of course, Dr. Selvig," the girl nodded and started searching through her bag for the medical kit.
While the other young woman was checking the unconscious man’s vitals, she asked, "What happened to Thomas? Why did he scream like he was in so much pain?"
"I’m not sure, Jane," Dr. Selvig replied as he examined Thomas. "Maybe when the van was hit, he got injured somehow."
"Jane, did you really see that hammer falling from the sky?" Darcy asked, her voice filled with curiosity.
"Of course, Darcy. I even got a photo of it," Jane said, pulling out her phone. "Look, here’s the picture—right when it was still in the middle of the tornado, surrounded by lightning."
She showed a picture of a hammer floating in the center of a swirling mini-tornado, crackling with small bolts of thunder.
Dr. Erik Selvig then turned to Sharky and extended his hand. "Thank you for saving us. If you hadn’t been there, I don’t think we’d even be alive right now."
"I’m Dr. Erik Selvig," he added. "I’ve spent years studying extraterrestrial phenomena, and I’m well-known for my work and theories on alien life."
Sharky nodded and shook his hand. "I’m Sharky Valor."
Jane stepped forward and also shook Sharky’s hand. "I’m Jane Foster. I’m a scientist, too—and Dr. Selvig’s assistant."
She then pointed to the unconscious man. "That’s my boyfriend, Thomas Taylor. He’s also a scientist, working with us under Dr. Selvig."
The girl with glasses also introduced herself. "I’m Darcy Lewis, assistant to Dr. Selvig. We’re always on the lookout for extraterrestrial stuff."
She then looked at Sharky with curiosity. "So, Mr. Sharky, what do you do? And how can you run so fast? You saw our job is to study aliens and strange things—so I’m guessing you might have powers too?"
Sharky smiled. "Well, that’s kind of a secret. But as for my work—I love building new tech and discovering rare extraterrestrial materials that help me invent things. That’s actually why I came here. I wanted to check out that hammer—it seems special. I want to study it and uncover its mystery."
"Oh, I get it," Dr. Selvig nodded. "But just a warning—even if you manage to take that hammer, you won’t be able to keep it at your place."
"Why not?" Sharky asked.
"Because of a group called GUARD," Dr. Selvig explained. "They always show up when anything alien-related appears. And they’ve got full government backing. Once they take over, there’s nothing we can do except hand it over."
"Yeah, they’re the worst," Jane added with a frustrated sigh. "One time we discovered a strange metal—we called it Tritium or something—and GUARD just showed up and took everything."
Sharky shrugged calmly. "That won’t be a problem. My father-in-law can handle it."
"Your father-in-law?" Dr. Selvig raised an eyebrow, confused. "Who is your father-in-law that you’re not even worried about a government agency?"
He doesn’t know what this guy link is. That he even didn’t have fear of the Government agency.
"Maybe you’ve heard of him, maybe not," Sharky said with a calm smile. "But I’m sure you’ve heard of his companies. His name is Stephen Alexander. The Alexander Corporation has its hands in almost every major industry."
He paused for a moment, then added, "And most famously, one of his companies offers luxury trips to the Moon—for rich people."
"What? Stephen Alexander is your father-in-law?" Dr. Selvig’s eyes widened in shock. He not only knew who Stephen was—he had actually seen him in person once.
He knew that Stephen Alexander rarely got involved in government matters. But whenever he did, it was the government who had to step back and hand things over—without a fight.
The Alexander Family was powerful. They didn’t meddle in politics, and they didn’t need to. But history showed a clear pattern: whenever any government tried to challenge them, only two things happened.
Either that government collapsed...
Or the person responsible simply disappeared.
While Dr. Selvig stood quietly, still shocked about Stephen Alexander, Darcy and Jane looked at Sharky with confused and doubtful expressions.
"What’s wrong?" Sharky asked, noticing their looks.
"Who are you trying to fool?" Jane said, crossing her arms. "No one’s been to the Moon since the 1970s. And now you’re telling us your father-in-law runs a space tour company that takes people to the Moon?"
Darcy nodded in agreement, clearly thinking the same.
Sharky chuckled. "Ah, so that’s what’s bothering you."
He leaned back a little and explained, "You see, after Neil Armstrong landed on the Moon and came back safely, the path to the Moon was opened. Since then, many governments and private groups got interested. They all saw one thing—whoever controls that path could become insanely rich."
"But my father-in-law, Stephen Alexander, took a big interest in that project. He invested heavily, bought out others, and eventually took full control of the whole thing. Once he stepped in, everyone else—governments included—stepped back."
Jane frowned. "And we’re just supposed to believe that? If he really owns the path to the Moon, why didn’t the government step in? And why hasn’t the public heard anything about it?"
She folded her arms tighter, clearly not convinced. Darcy watched Sharky carefully, waiting to hear what he’d say next.
