"You really are beautiful..." Sharky said with sincere admiration when their lips separated again a while afterward.

"You’re also really handsome," Alina replied, her eyes sparkling. They really were like the most beautiful gemstones in the world.

"Let’s take care of more important matters first," Sharky said. He knew that Alina had just experienced several tragedies, so she was definitely broken-hearted. He didn’t want to take advantage of her at such a time. He said as he crawled into the tunnel, "I’ll take the lead. You have to be careful."

The centipede had been unleashing world-shaking movements mere moments before, but a second later, it twitched and its entire body went limp, falling to the ground.

Suddenly, a miserable scream rang out. Sharky noticed on the entrance, another strange bug had suddenly come out of the walls.

Even though that all took a long time to describe, in reality, from the moment the first bug had attacked Sharky and Alina to the moment Sharky had killed it with his Poisonous Prick, only a few breaths of time had passed. Meanwhile, the other bug are also coming at the same time.

"There’s another one?" Sharky exclaimed, greatly shaken. He quickly ran over to Alina’s side to prevent her from being attacked again. Meanwhile, Alina’s face paled.

Sharky moved just then. However, he worried that Alina would be attacked after he rushed forth, so he decided to take her with him.
