Saying this, he went in and scolded the two secretaries, docking this month’s bonus.

"Why were so many people fired? Was there an issue?" Ye Ningwan inquired.

Wen Qi once again hesitated to answer.

Ye Ningwan said, "If Assistant Wen finds it inconvenient to answer, then let’s leave it at that."

"Thank you, Miss Ye. As President Lin said, you truly are understanding," Wen Qi acknowledged.

Ye Ningwan smiled.

At that moment, Lin Yue came out of the office.

"What were you discussing?" Lin Yue asked.

The two of them left the company together, heading to the restaurant Lin Yue mentioned.

As they walked, they chatted casually.
