Why there are soldiers?
Ouyang Lin looked at the instructor in front of her and furrowed her delicate eyebrows.

There was no definite answer for this question but most of the people would have similar answers.
"In that case, do you know why there are a lot of soldiers?"
"Because it can do more things?" Ouyang Lin asked back.
The instructor shook his head and then replied, "It’s not entirely true. The most basic answer is because there is strength in number."
There are strength in number.
It was something that many people knew but might not actually truly understand how it affect their lives. Most people would follow what public opinion required them to do and
behaved in the way that can be accepted by the normal people.
Why?
Because public opinion usually represented the majority of the voice.
Even if some people didn’t like it, they will still follow in order to be able to be accepted in the crowd.
And in the military, the matter of number was because when the soldiers cooperated together, what they achieved might not be 1 + 1 = 2 but can even be more. Because when the soldiers cooperated together, they could do more things, arrange more tactics, created deception and traps, and so on.
There were so many things that soldiers could do when they cooperated together.
Ouyang Lin pursed her lips. "There’s no point in teaming up with the weak."
The instructor sighed. "They might be weak right now, but it doesn’t mean they will be weak for their entire life. Just like how you used to be weak but had grown much stronger by now."
