"Commander, there’s an emergency," an urgent voice suddenly caught the attention of all present.

It was another black-armored man; his voice had a sense of urgency. "Commander, the devil court is under attack. We need all the possible reinforcements."

What? The devil court is under attack?

Suddenly, their eyes were filled with surprise! How is that possible? Someone actually dares to attack the devil court, the strongest power in the Heavenly Devil Continent?

Commander Tang-a white-armored man-frowned, and his brow creased with concern. "It seems like the intelligence we obtained wasn’t accurate. These guys weren’t here to sneak into the Heavenly Will Palace location, but to."

"Mo the ancient geezer, come out and fight!" Right then, a cold, heavy voice permeated the Heavenly Devil Continent. The heavy voice was like thunder; the implied meaning in that one sentence showed without doubt its imperative tone.

Instantly a gigantic golden ape appeared in the heavens. Standing erect on the clouds, this enormous body cast a shadow stretching over one thousand miles downward onto the earth. In his hands he held a great golden pole from which emerged a light that shone like a thousand suns.

At the very top of the headquarters of the devil court, one purple-robed man suddenly emerged. Although simple in appearance and garb, he was surrounded by an aura that was altogether overwhelming. Merely a glance at him would install the seeds of awe within one’s heart.

"Sun Wu, you really dare to attack the devil realm? Are you out of your mind?" Mo Ji shouted at the giant golden ape. Anger and unbelief filled his voice.

Suddenly, the giant golden ape burst into loud, thunderous laughter with each laugh raining down upon the ears of everyone present. His laughter raged across the sky, causing a stir on the ground, which shook the very foundation of the Heavenly Devil Continent.

"You devil-cultivators have been taking up space in this realm for far too long; it’s about time that the ownership changes hand," Sun Wu replied, icy cold. His tone did not falter, filled with unrelenting resolution.

With his words, countless void portals popped into the sky, out of which a mighty True Spirit burst forth from each, all their aura extending toward the heavens. Even the weakest among them was in the half-step Void Transformation Realm, with their presence sending space trembling.

"Hmph, ridiculous dream." Mo Ji sneered and flipped his palm. "All Altar formation experts, attack at once. Do not even give them room for breath."

Following Mo Ji’s order, figures suddenly emerged in the sky one after another, their auras that of an expert at the Soul Altar Formation Realm. Their numbers were like locusts filling the entire sky, and the True Spirits’ hearts began to pound with trepidation as they looked on.

Immediately, both armies ran into each other. The first wave of attacks was enough to send ripples that stroked the entire realm. The sky turned dark as dust and debris blinded one’s view of the battlefield.

"If that is all you got, then stinky monkey, even taking over the devil realm alone, you won’t be able to leave alive," said Mo Ji icily, his eyes sweeping across the battlefield. His gaze was contemptuous and full of disdain.

"Pst, old thing Mo, do you think I came with only that?" Sun Wu raised his golden pole in the sky and shouted, "Initiate the plan."

Instantly, something unexpected happened.

"Brother Tang, what are you doing?" A desperate scream filled the space as a late-stage Altar Formation Realm expert fell on the ground from a sword that struck him from behind.

The person who delivered that strike was strangely also a devil court expert.

After that, numerous similar incidents happened everywhere on the battlefield. A number of devil court experts were attacking their comrades.

"SUN WU!! What in the world is this all about?!" As if the whole space was just shaken with the sudden angry voice of Mo Ji, his eyes wide in shock and disbelief as he beheld the act of betrayal from his very own people.

All these experts turned against his Devil Court; Mo Ji could hardly conceal the shock in his eyes. The confidence he had always held in the loyalty of his subordinates now seemed to be ill-founded.

"Old thing Mo, I told you before, I came prepared!" Sun Wu burst into loud laughter.

"Then let’s see your preparation," Mo Ji snorted coldly before his body began to enlarge greatly. His muscles bulged and his skin turned a deep shade of red, as a huge black spear appeared in his hand.

The moment his transformation was done, the aura around Mo Ji skyrocketed. A tyrannical pressure surged out, causing space to quiver around him. His eyes turned completely black, and his appearance even more sinister.

"Mo Ji, do you think that you are the only one who can transform?" Sun Wu sneered.

His words fell like a cannon going off, and his body began undergoing another transformation: its golden fur shone even brighter; its muscles bulged even further. The golden pole in his hands grew larger too and emitted an even more dazzling light.

In an instant, the two giants faced off against each other in the sky. The sudden intensity of the battle sent the land of the Heavenly Devil Continent quaking and mountains crushing, with shockwaves permeating every single corner of the field.

Sun Wu swung his golden staff, unleashing a torrent of ferocious attacks. Each strike contained the power of one thousand suns, and the shockwaves that burst forth from it shook the very fabric of space.

He parried every attack with his monstrous black spear, moving the heavens and causing the earth to quake. As gentle and elegant as the water, though much larger in stature, he moved like silk. His attacks were of a raw and brutal nature, able to pulverize planets.

In no time, his body turned into a dark, swirling vortex that seemed to suck everything as he fought.

Sun Wu answered with his golden pole, shining so brightly as to dispel all darkness and light up the whole continent.

The two techniques forcefully collided in a spectacular heavenly display that sent all who had witnessed it aghast. The sky rumbled from the thunderous explosions, and the ground violently shook.

Suddenly, Sun Wu charged forward, shouting, "Ape’s Rampage."

He whipped his golden staff out to an impossible length and began swinging it with a speed that was more than the eye could follow. The air shook and boomed with a deafening crash as the strike tore through Mo Ji’s defenses, sending him flying across the sky.

"Sun Wu, traitorous dog!" Mo Ji thunderously roared.

"Mo Ji, you have only yourself to blame," Sun Wu replied coldly. "You have oppressed the people of the Heavenly Devil Continent for too long; now it is time for you to pay the bill."

And their clash continued as they went higher and higher, beyond the atmosphere of the Heavenly Devil Continent to the vast expanse of the outer space.

Mo Ji’s transformation became all the more ghastly, his body inflating to gigantic size as three demonic heads emerged onto his shoulders. Each head was full of sharp teeth, shone bright red for the eyes, contorted with an evil expression. Enormous, bat-like wings burst from his back, their leathery membranes seeming to shimmer with an unholy black light.

Contrasting that, the form of Sun Wu shone brightly with a divine force: his golden fur glittering like the sun, his eyes releasing a blind light. The golden pole in his hand turned into a shining staff; its point sizzled with the power of heaven.

Mo Ji suddenly burst into a thunderous roar and let his powers out. The three mouths suddenly spewed out a violent storm of darkness, with the tumbling vortex swallowing everything that came into sight. The planets shattered, the stars went out, as this vortex stretched further into the outer space.

Sun Wu greeted Mo Ji’s darkness with an illuming light bursting from his staff, lighting up the whole cosmos. Tearing through the dark, it vaporized the vortex and sent the shards of shattered planets flying in every direction.

These two powerful beings fought a cataclysmic battle that shook the very fabric of reality. Their attacks ripped through space-time, creating wormholes and gravitational distortions that swallowed whole solar systems.

"Time to end this stinky monkey." The three heads belonging to Mo Ji all roared as one. Tumultuous darkness spewed out from their mouths as one huge black dragon forwarded, pouncing on Sun Wu. Its scales were as ancient armor; its eyes glowed like fires from beneath the earth.

"Hehe, old thing don’t be so confident."

A golden ape burst forth from behind Sun Wu with golden flames, and clashed with the black dragon.

The ape of gold charged forward, his fists ablaze with divine energy. In that instant, the two giant creatures clashed in a deafening explosion that sent shockwaves throughout the entire domain.

The chaos continued unabated as the ape of gold wrestled the black dragon amongst the stars, planets and moons shattering beneath their feet, solar systems torn asunder by blows that were so devastative.

Sun Wu’s golden ape shone with a halo of divinity; his strength and speed were matchless. He easily dodged the black dragon’s attack, fists falling like rain onto the scales of the dragon.

"It appears that’s all I can do." Mo Ji’s face suddenly became solemn. With a malevolent smile, he raised his hands and began to chant an incantation in some ancient tongue.

Space-time distorted around him, and a colossal formation appeared under his feet. Runes and symbols glowed menacingly as they formed into a complex pattern to wrap around the entire Devil Realm.
