As A Mafia Boss, I Refuse To Be An Extra-Chapter 108: Outer Region Bloodbath V
"Big words for someone who’s about to–"
"Relax a little first."
Damian interrupted Viktor again, his voice carrying a strange weight that made everyone pause.
He stood up slowly and walked around the table with casual confidence until he reached Viktor’s seat.
The massive gang leader tensed, ready to attack if this kid made a wrong move.
Damian reached past him and picked up the glass of expensive whiskey sitting on the table in front of Viktor’s chair.
He examined it briefly, swirled the amber liquid, then tilted his head back and downed the entire glass in one smooth motion.
Viktor’s face went red with rage at the disrespect.
Damian set the empty glass down and made an exaggerated grimace.
"That tastes like absolute shit. The Phoenix is clearly superior. How do you people drink this garbage and pretend it’s quality?"
Every face in the room turned ugly with anger and humiliation.
The casual dismissal, the complete lack of fear, the way he treated them like they were beneath his notice despite being outnumbered and outranked.
It was infuriating!
But underneath that anger, something else was growing.
A primal instinct that all five of them were feeling but didn’t want to acknowledge.
Ever since this teenager had walked into the room, ever since he’d sat down with his feet on their table and invited them to continue their meeting, their survival instincts had been screaming warnings.
’Don’t interrupt him. Don’t provoke him. Don’t make any sudden moves or you’ll die.’
It made no logical sense. They were stronger. They were more experienced and they outnumbered him five to one.
And yet every primitive part of their brains was telling them this person was a predator and they were prey.
Suddenly, all five phones on the table began buzzing simultaneously.
Messages, calls and Notifications flooding in at once.
Chen Wei grabbed his phone first, his calculating eyes scanning the screen rapidly.
His face went completely white.
"My gambling operations are under attack. Multiple locations. They’re saying dozens of armed fighters, students mixed with experienced criminals, they’re killing everyone who resists and–" 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢
His phone rang. He answered immediately.
"What’s happening!? Give me a status–"
A terrified voice screamed from the speaker, audible even across the room.
"BOSS! THEY’RE ALL DEAD! EVERYONE’S DEAD! THEY JUST WALKED IN AND STARTED SHOOTING AND–"
Bang. Bang. Bang.
Gunshots echoed through the phone connection.
Then a suffocating silence followed as the call disconnected.
Maria’s phone was ringing now. She answered with shaking hands.
Similar reports... Her brothels were being raided. Her enforcers were being slaughtered. Entire operations were being dismantled in real-time.
Dmitri’s weapons caches. David’s drug distribution networks. Viktor’s protection rackets.
All of them receiving identical reports of coordinated, overwhelming attacks happening simultaneously across the entire Outer Region.
"What the hell is this!?"
Viktor roared, his Aura exploding outward with rage.
"You’re attacking all of us at once!? You’re declaring war on every major power in the region simultaneously!?"
Dmitri’s military mind was working rapidly, trying to make sense of the tactical situation.
"This is insane. You’d need hundreds of fighters to hit all our operations at once. The Mafia doesn’t have those numbers. Even with the Serpent Gang absorbed, you can’t possibly–"
"You’re right."
Damian’s voice cut through their panic calmly.
"We don’t have hundreds of fighters. We have thirty-two students and sixty-three experienced criminals from the absorbed Serpent Gang. Ninety-five people total taking on your combined forces of over three hundred across the entire region."
He smiled at their shocked expressions.
"But numbers don’t matter when you’re fighting scared, disorganized criminals who’ve never faced real coordinated assault. My people know exactly what they’re doing. Yours are panicking and dying."
David, who’d been the most perceptive of the five from the beginning, suddenly spoke up with desperate hope in his voice.
"Wait, we can still negotiate. We can surrender. Join the Mafia like you wanted from the Serpent Gang. We have resources, connections, experience that would be valuable to–"
Damian started laughing.
It was not a polite chuckle. A genuine, amused laugh that echoed through the room.
"Oh, that’s adorable. That’s genuinely precious."
He walked closer to David, his smile wide and terrifying.
"You really think I came here to recruit you? You think after everything that’s happened tonight, after I killed all your guards and interrupted your little alliance meeting, that I’m going to accept your surrender?"
David’s face fell as realization set in.
"Let me explain something to you like you’re a particularly slow child who needs help understanding basic concepts."
Damian’s voice took on a patronizing, almost parental tone.
"The moment you five decided to have this meeting, the moment you started planning how to destroy the Mafia, your fates were sealed.
I didn’t come here to negotiate. I didn’t come here to offer you positions in my organization. I didn’t even come here because I particularly need to kill you personally."
He leaned against the table, his bloody hands leaving marks on the wood.
"I came here to make sure everyone in this entire city understands exactly what the Mafia is and what happens when you stand against us.
And the best way to send that message is to make examples of the five most powerful criminal leaders in the Outer Region."
"You–"
Dmitri opened his mouth to respond, to threaten, to try one more time to take control of this situation.
Damian grabbed the empty whiskey glass and hurled it at his face.
CRASH.
The glass shattered against Dmitri’s forehead, cutting a deep gash that immediately began bleeding down his face.
"DID I GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO SPEAK!?"
Damian’s voice exploded with sudden rage, his Slaughter Intent erupting from his body like a tidal wave.
The oppressive pressure slammed into all five gang leaders simultaneously, making them physically stagger backward.
This wasn’t just Aura. This was something fundamentally different. The manifestation of absolute killing will, concentrated and directed with devastating precision.
The five leaders felt it in their bones, in their blood, in every survival instinct screaming at them that death was standing in this room with them.
Complete silence fell.
Nobody moved or dared to even speak as they didn’t even breathe loudly.
Damian took a slow breath, his Slaughter Intent still pulsing but slightly more controlled now.
"You really thought you could form an alliance and take down the Mafia? You really believed that your combined experience and resources would be enough?
That’s cute. That’s genuinely adorable in its complete lack of awareness."
He walked back around the table, his boots tracking blood across the floor.
"But let me tell you how this actually ends. You’re all going to die here tonight. Your organizations are being destroyed as we speak.
Your territories will be absorbed into the Mafia. Your subordinates will either join us or share your fate."
Viktor’s massive frame began glowing with brown Aura, his C+ rank power finally fully activating.
Chen Wei’s hands crackled with yellow lightning. Maria’s blue water-based Aura swirled around her body. Dmitri’s grey Aura formed a defensive barrier despite blood still running down his face from the glass cut. David’s red fire Aura blazed to life.
All five of them, every major criminal leader in the Outer Region, releasing their full power simultaneously.
The room trembled from the combined pressure.
"KILL HIM!"
Viktor roared, taking the lead as he always did.
Damian cracked his neck to one side, then the other, the joints popping audibly.
Kuro’s body began expanding on his shoulder, growing larger and more monstrous, his red eyes blazing with hunger.
Damian’s own dark crimson Aura exploded outward, mixed with his Slaughter Intent, creating a pressure that actually pushed back against the five leaders’ combined power.
"Let’s finish this quickly. I have other things to do tonight."
