Ringing the bell at the door, Chu Miao waited for only two minutes before it opened.

She looked up and found herself looking at the most handsome face she had ever seen. The dark eyes looked at her with a light shimmering in their depths.

A smile appeared on both their faces and Ye Xuan took her hand and led her inside the apartment as he closed the door behind them.

The apartment really resembled the owner. There were only a few colors decorating the room including grey, black, and very little white. It was as plain as could be. Only the splashes of white broke the monotony. There was not much furniture, just a large black leather couch in the middle of the living room, a coffee table in front of it, and another spacious single seater sofa on the right side facing the floor to ceiling window. A two-foot square coffee table was placed next to the single seater sofa with a tea set sitting on top.

It was obvious that Ye Xuan prefered to sit there.

A large flat-screen TV was mounted on the wall opposite the big couch.

On the floor was a thick grey carpet covering every corner of the apartment, making it comfortable to step on even barefooted.

There was not much else. Chu Miao marveled at how anyone could live so simply. But thinking of Ye Xuan’s character, it fits his style.

"Come on, sit down." Ye Xuan invited Chu Miao to the big sofa and asked what she would like to drink?

He didn’t ask about breakfast because he knew she had already eaten.

"Just bring me two empty glasses." Chu Miao replied.

Ye Xuan didn’t ask what they were for and simply went to fetch the glasses.

He came back holding two tall water glasses and put them on the coffee table.

Chu Miao produced a one liter bottle of water out of thin air and started pouring it into the glasses. This was undiluted spiritual spring water.

She had taken the water out of the space ring in front of Ye Xuan because she had already made up her mind to introduce him to cultivation.

She planned to start a sect instead of a base, and cultivation would be one of the most important aspects of the sect.

Everyone who has the ability to cultivate, whether superpower users or not will be given a chance.

She had been hesitating about letting Ye Xuan know about the space ring because even though she trusted his character, some treasures might cause people’s morality to collapse.

He had really found himself an outstanding girlfriend.

"Not exactly. Sit down and let’s talk." Chu Miao said as she patted the space next to her on the sofa.

Ye Xuan had been shocked by her space ability and forgot to sit down. He wasn’t someone who would reveal his emotions on his face in front of others, but he found himself exceedingly comfortable around Chu Miao and didn’t mind exposing the side of himself that many people didn’t know about.

Sitting next to Chu Miao, he grabbed her hand and held it tightly on his own.

"What’s going on? Your aura is stronger too. You advanced." It was a statement, not a question.

He had felt the suffocating aura in Chu Miao when he opened the door for her. It was hundreds of times stronger than before, making him wonder what had happened in just one day.

"Yes, I have advanced. I am now at the fourth level of superpower. But most of my strength doesn’t come from my super power.

You must have already noticed that I have another type of energy in my body, right?" Chu Miao replied and asked a straightforward question.

Ye Xuan didn’t expect her to be so straightforward. He had of course known about the other type of power in her body, which he was sure was what she used for teleportation.

Seeing his face forming some friends, Chu Miao understood that he was worried about her teleportation again.

Chu Miao’s reaction wasn’t much different. She had not expected that a simple act of touching his forehead would turn her body numb and send her heart racing. This feeling was somewhat foreign, but also sweet.

She didn’t reject it. Calming down her racing heart, she pulled her hand back and looked up at Ye Xuan to continue explaining, only to see him lower his head towards her face.

The next second, she felt a warm feeling on her lips as another pair captured them and started to explore.

It was a bit awkward at first, but it seemed even though this was his first time kissing a girl deeply, he figured out what to do fast.

The kiss ended only when both of them were breathless. Chu Miao had been stunned at first, but then found herself responding to him.

When their lips parted, her hands were holding the clothes on Ye Xuan’s chest tightly while his own hands were on her waist and the back of her head

She had no idea when their position had become so close. But she was not a wishy-washy person. Since she had decided to date him, she didn’t mind giving her first kiss to him.
