Zaboru was in his office, as usual, spending his weekend working while also playing the final version of Yugo's game and making progress on ZAGE's upcoming May releases. Ayumi sat nearby, working on the early concepts for her next project after Ultimate Bunny Race. Every so often, she glanced over at Zaboru, watching him play Koro-Cool with keen interest, her eyes occasionally flickering with admiration.

Zaboru was visibly impressed as he maneuvered through the game. "This game is pretty wild," he muttered, a smirk forming on his lips as he fought through enemies. "It's a good one. You really outdid yourself this time, Yugo." Altough he help him overall its Yugo hardwork.

As he progressed and finally defeated Zatsu, he was taken aback. Instead of the expected ending sequence, a new character appeared on the screen—Zaborn. The moment he laid eyes on the imposing figure with a metallic helmet that bore an uncanny resemblance to his own public appearance, his brow twitched in recognition.

"Zaborn?" he muttered, narrowing his eyes at the screen. "Wait a minute... Is this—Is this based on me?! Zaborn... Zaboru Renkonan! Are you serious?"

Ayumi, curious, leaned in closer to see what had him so worked up. As soon as she spotted the character's distinct Z-shaped helmet, she burst into laughter. "Hahaha! Oh my god, Zabo! You're in the game!" she teased, clutching her stomach. "This is amazing! I mean, I always thought you had a bit of an emperor complex, but this just confirms it!"

Zaboru's face turned slightly red, and he gritted his teeth. "Damn you, Yugo... You actually went and did this without telling me?! and as for i`m Heavenly Emperor in my past life, it's Just a Joke Damnit!" As if on cue, Yugo burst into the office, excitement practically radiating off him. "Boss-sama! I'm here! I've been feeling restless about how my game is selling, so I wanted to check in!"

But then Yugo caught sight of the game screen, with Zaborn standing tall, and Ayumi giggling uncontrollably beside Zaboru. A nervous sweat ran down the back of his neck as he realized what was happening.

"Uhh... Boss-sama... You're not mad, right?" he asked cautiously. "I mean, I wanted you to be this big badass emperor in the game! It fits! Right?" His voice wavered slightly, gauging Zaboru's reaction. "Because I overheard you one time say that you were a Heavenly Emperor in your past life!"

Zaboru sighed, somehow he didn`t surprised that Yugo believed that shit, Zaboru then pinching the bridge of his nose before fixing Yugo with an exasperated look. "Next time you pull something like this, at least let me know beforehand, or I'm gonna whoop your ass, and that Heavenly Emperor shit i just Joking damn it!.

Yugo immediately stood at attention and saluted. "YESS, BOSS-SAMA!" His voice cracked slightly in fear.

Ayumi smiled, waving at Yugo as she calmed her laughter. "Hey, Yugo. What brings you here besides making Zabo question his entire existence?" Ayumi giggle

Yugo blinked, as if just now remembering his original reason for barging in. "Oh right! Hello, Lady Boss!" he greeted before quickly turning back to Zaboru. "Boss-sama, I need to know! Do we have any updates on the sales? I can't sit still! I need to know how people are reacting!"

Zaboru sighed and patted Yugo on the shoulder. "Relax, Yugo. This month, ZAGE ran a promo where players get a 20% discount if they buy all six new releases. Your game is part of that bundle, so it's definitely selling well. But as for how the fans feel about it, we still need time to see the real reception. These things take time."

Yugo groaned, slumping forward. "Boss-sama! What if we get direct feedback? Like... We could offer free stuff review games paper in ZAGE Power! to players who write reviews and send them to us! We can publish the results in the next Monthly ZAGE Power!" His eyes lit up as he spoke, clearly excited about the idea.

Zaboru's eyes widened. "That's... actually brilliant, Yugo. That way, we don't just see raw sales numbers, we get actual player thoughts, which can be useful for future development.Though not most players will be willing to do it, but it is a good idea to do anyway."

Ayumi clapped her hands together, nodding in agreement. "Yugo, you're really smart, aren't you?" She smirked. "You sure you didn't put yourself in the game somewhere as well? Maybe as Zaborn's loyal sidekick?"

Yugo scratched the back of his head, blushing slightly. "Ah, it's nothing, really... Heheh. And, uh, no, I didn't... But now that you mention it, I should have!"

Zaboru chuckled, shaking his head. "Alright, we'll make it happen. But Yugo, don't stress over the sales too much. Even if your game doesn't perform as well as you hope or the reception isn't perfect, I'm not going to stop you from making games at ZAGE. Keep working on your creativity. I'm looking forward to whatever you come up with next ,and Ayumi, if you say Zaborn again, I swear I'll make you pay for it! And Yugo, stop encouraging her!" Zaboru said with mock irritation, though a smirk played on his lips. Ayumi burst into laughter, holding her stomach.

Hearing that, Yugo's eyes welled up, and without warning, he lunged forward, hugging Zaboru tightly. "Boss-sama! You're so cool! I want to be your Sidekick!"

"Oi! Get off me, dammit!" Zaboru groaned, struggling to shove him away as Yugo clung to him like a desperate child.

Ayumi couldn't stop laughing at the sight, wiping a tear from her eye. "Zaborn and his Sidekick! Hahahaha!" Ayumi can`t hold her Laughter.

After that, the three of them continued working, each immersed in their own projects. Ayumi brainstormed ideas for her next title, Zaboru fine-tuned the upcoming releases, and Yugo, despite claiming he wouldn't accept overtime pay, stayed late to help out. Of course, Zaboru still slipped him some money for his efforts, grinning at how passionate Yugo was.

Hours passed, and the once lively office grew quieter as the workload settled. Ayumi eventually stretched and yawned. "Whew... I think it's time to head home. You two coming?"

Zaboru looked at the stack of papers on his desk. "You go ahead. I need to finalize some things."

Yugo hesitated, glancing between them. "I'll stay a bit longer! Boss-sama, you need help?"

Zaboru shook his head, smirking. "Nah, go home, Yugo. You've done more than enough today. Besides, if you don't rest, how are you gonna make the next masterpiece? and your sister Yuna might become Mad at you."

Yugo saluted once again, his determination renewed. "Yes, Boss-sama! I'll make the best game ever next time!" With that, he finally left, still bouncing with energy despite the late hour.

Zaboru sighed, shaking his head with amusement. "I guess he is my Sidekick now." Ayumi grin and said "Well he is Zabo , anyway see you later!" with that Ayumi left ZAGE offices with her driver Junjou.
