Almighty Father System-Chapter 358: Midnight Duties.

Leo and the rest of the people have come back home. The mansion was surrounded by even more guards and everyone was on their toes. Although the guards were happy, but they were boorish men and this security cordon was their way of showing affection and attention to the infants.

It was night, Leo had massaged Snow's feet when he heard an alert on his smart watch. Leo smiled and said, "Julian has woken up, you stay here, I will go and check on him."

Snow nodded and looked at him tenderly as she said, "It has been hard on you."

Leo shook his head and replied, "It's okay."

He went to the neighboring room and found Julian was crying, and a Alpha was standing there. The first robot that had been introduced to the world almost an year ago had been brought back home and he was given some updates that made his specialize in caring for the children.

Alpha and Beta were now two assistants of Clara and they were very handy with their duties. In the noon, Beta was on the monitor duty when Snow was taking care of the children. In the night Alpha took over.

The robot said, "Master, I apologize for alerting you, but Young Master Julian and Young Miss Elena are far to delicate. I am not yet confident in taking care of them yet."

Leo smiled and shook his head as he picked up the crying Julian and he said, "Don't worry about it Alpha, children are always uneasy at night, and they need thorough care. I am working on adding the sensory data up to your neural program schematic, and soon you would be able to handle them. However, I would still like to do these things in person."

The robot nodded, and then it watched Leo rock Julian and humm a little to coax the child, the system had rewarded him the skill of singing because he used a lullaby to make Elena sleep when they were in postnatal care room. Ever since then, Leo sings for them and even Lily falls asleep to his voice. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎

Julian calmed down and Leo asked, "You little troublemaker, do you want to wake up your little sister as well?"

Although he was scolding the child his voice and smile was brimming with love, after all, he loved all his children and how could he bare to scold them? Julian smiled and cooed as if saying something and Leo placed Julian on a cushioned board on the side and said, "You know I cannot understand what you say most of the time, don't you? This super power is exclusive to your mother. Now let us see, why are you crying? Are you hungry?"

Julian cooed once again and Leo said, "Alpha, could you please prepare a bottle of feed for him?"

The robot replied, "Yes, Master."

The robot worked quickly, in two minutes, he had finished preparing a bottle of milk formula for Julian and handed it to Leo. The young man carefully picked up Julian in his left arm and brought the bottle to his mouth. The baby was hungry, they had to be fed every three hours and so Leo waited for Julian to finish the bottle, and then looked at the time as he patted the child against his shoulder and said, "Alpha, Elle is about to wake up for her feed as well, prepare the bottle in advance."

The robot nodded and commented, "Master, you have grasped the timing of how the Young Miss and Young Master wake up rather gracefully."

Leo chuckled and said, "Well, well, don't boast me too much, I might start flying."

The robot chuckled, and then went on with his task. The higher artificial intelligence and the ability to grasp humour and sarcasm from the tone of the speaker was one of the highlighting abilities of these bots and that was why they were so famous and high saling. Although they were completely loyal to the registered owner they didn't aid them in anything that was illegal and harmful. Many have tried to tweak with the programming but they ended up destroying the robots.

Leo finished handling Julian and placed him in the cradle just in time to see that Elena had started moving, he smiled and approached her cradle and picked her up just in time to see her open her eyes. He smiled and asked in a gentle voice, "Is my darling hungry?"

Elena didn't cry but smiled as she heard his voice. Leo had a soft corner for his daughters and he was a certified daughter slave. He brought her to the board, checked her diaper and then fed her the milk while humming and singing a lullaby.

Then he held her against his shoulder and gently patted her back to let her burp and rocked her to sleep and placed her back into the cradle and turned around as he gently walked outside while exchanging an high five with Alpha and walked out of the room.

He was very sleepy, but as he walked, he thought about something and approached Lily's room. He spotted the little girl squirming in bed, and he frowned as he walked up to her. He placed his hand on her forehead to check if she was ill, but her temperature was normal, and he heard her mumble, "Baba, take me too, I don't want to stay alone."

He sighed, and his heart ached. He patted her head gently and said, "Baba is here love, you are not alone."

Lily calmed down but she turned around to look at him with drowsy eyes and hooked her arms around his neck. Leo supported the back of her neck and lifted her up in his arms and then Lily hugged him like a Koala. He smiled bitterly as he patted her back gently and hummed her to sleep.

Then he wanted to put her down on the bed and saw that Lily was not letting him go, so he had no other option but to bring her to his bedroom. Snow was still awake, and when she saw him, she was surprised and asked, "What happened?"

Leo smiled and said, "This one is having nightmares, so I thought she could sleep here tonight."

Snow nodded and made some space for Lily, and then the trio went to bed like that.
