Almighty Father System-Chapter 350: Funerals.

Leo took a deep breath, when he told Lily that he was going to put some brothers to rest, he realized the significance of his responsibilities. There were many people who worked for him, they all came to join him because he promised them a good life. However, today nine of these men died and he couldn't even make an effort to save their lives.

Lily looked at him and asked, "What happened Baba?"

Leo sighed and shook her head before he replied, "I am feeling guilty about the incident that caused some of the people to die. I couldn't save them, you know? What would happen to their families? What about the dreams they had about the people?"

Lily stood up to hold his hand and replied, "I don't know how these things workout Baba, but Miss Verse has always told us that you can correct your mistakes by being careful. Humans are not perfect and it is only normal for them to make a mistake every now and then."

Leo smiled at her words and patted her forehead, he didn't want her to feel the burden of his responsibility, after all, she was just a kid. He kissed her cheek and said, "I will bring back some candy for you."

Lily smiled and hugged him and she whispered in his ear, "Can you get me that lemon pop? Don't tell Ma, I promise to take only one pop after meal."

Leo nodded in affirmation and Snow came back at this moment, she looked at Leo's clothes and knew that he was going to the funeral. She asked, "Do you need me to come?"

Leo shook his head and replied, "No, it is better that you stay here, who knows what Socrates might do."

Snow thought and nodded as she said, "I will go to the foundation office with Ma today and see what we can do for the victim's families. We cannot leave them alone to face the storms."

Leo nodded and then he went out with Kyle. As they distanced from the house, Kyle said, "Jock and the boys caught a few guys who tried to enter the compound late last night."

Leo's fists clenched and the driver continued, "We caught them and sent them to the dungeon. Simon killed them all this morning apart from Niam."

Leo took a deep breath to calm himself and nodded before he said, "That's alright. Those men were his brothers, joined him in the days when he operated the gang and stuck close to him every time he needed someone. Those men were sent to guard the factory not because they were strong, but because they were loyal. He must be filled with rage."

Kyle nodded and replied, "Yes, he sure is."

The young man took a deep breath and replied, "You know what, guide Simon into torturing Niam and make sure that the latter suffers. Then turn him to ashes and scatter them in a sewer. As for Socrates, well, cooking up a flight log is not hard, is it?"

Kyle understood what Leo meant and agreed with a nod, Socrates would be occupied with the desire to locate his son. Leo was going to give him a headache, and have the guy watch how his business slips from his hands and at the same time, his life loses its meaning.

Leo had come to make a decision, and for this he was going to show the Primal Family what it is like to face the same method they used against everyone. Leo looked at Kyle and said, "Find all the children of the Primal family, spare none of the adults, I don't care which generation it is, investigate them. If they have committed a crime, kill them. If they are clean, leave them."

Kyle was shocked and Leo didn't stop just there, he simply said, "Kill them all on the same time and the same day. The media should cover this all, the pillars that hold the Business Empire of the Primal Family shall shatter and crumble. I want these people to tear themselves apart for what's left of the Primal Family."

Kyle realized that Leo was tired of the constant trouble, he wanted the Primal Family to hold the funerals in the same way as the families of the victims. This was not not just an act of revenge but also a statement that Leo cared for his men and people.

Kyle drove over to the memorial hall where the funeral was being held. Simon had taken care of all the arrangements. Although, it was not a joyous occasion, the arrangements were all clean and sleek. The family members were all standing at the door to receive whoever came to pay the last respects to the deceased and Simon accompanied them.

Soon, Simon saw Leo approaching in the car with Kyle and he took a step forward. The people noticed this and one of the family members asked, "Simon, who is this?"

Simon replied after calming down his mind, "The president of the company. He paid for the compensation and made the arrangements for the young ones to study."

The family members were shocked and then saw Leo getting down from the car, and then he shook hands with Simon before the latter introduced him to the family members, a few of the media people were lingering on the side when they all heard that Leo was here they trained their cameras, after the introductions Leo bowed to the family members and said, "I apologize from the depths of my heart. I have failed to ensure their safety."

The family members were surprised but they could see the sincerity in his eyes and one of the eldest people in the group stepped forward and she said, "Young man, death and karma are beyond what anyone of us can control. You did your best to give them what was worth of their effort. You have changed the lives of all the people who work with you. Please raise your head or their spirits would be ashamed."

Leo raised his head and bowed slightly before they went inside the memorial hall. Nine separate halls, each hosting the final rites ceremony of the victims. The funeral was closed casket, and the base of the stand was overlain with flowers. On the way, Leo had also brought flowers and he paid his respects. He even took part in the last walk and carried the caskets with the help of the others.

The whole process was caught on video and Leo looked at Simon before whispering something to him. Simon was surprised but then he nodded and he told the media people to not publicize Leo's actions. This request surprised the reporters but they all agreed to not highlight it specially.

Simon sighed and knew that these guys would be using it regardless.

Leo returned to the office of the Silence Securities, he called June to get him a little pack of Lemon Pops and also to bring some documents that have been prepared by the company to provide the victim family. Simon would hand them over, and only then did he go back to his house.

The atmosphere in the house was very tense, Leo didn't do anything, he just went to his study and sat down to ponder. The commands have been issued and as much as he wanted to kill the Primals, he could not take the action immediately. He sighed and lamented, before he heard a Piano sound echoing in the house. The music did its job, and Leo gradually fell asleep.

He didn't know that Clara was reporting the situation to Lily from outside. It was said that children could sense the change in mood and emotions quicker than the adults, and given the connection she shared with Leo, how could she not see the change in his energy? After a few minutes, when Leo fell asleep, Lily came over to sit inside the study.

She looked at the haggard face of her father and her delicate features brimmed with rage. She left the study and went to her Grandmother. Anastasia was reading a book in the living room, and she took a deep breath and replied, "Grandma, can you do something?" 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖

Anastasia turned to look at her in askance and asked, "What do you mean love?"

Lily took a deep breath and looked back at the old lady with a calm but serious expression, "Baba is worried because of the deaths of nine people. In the past, he has been through similar situations and have acted himself as well, but this time his people suffered a lot. He has his own way to handle these things, but I don't want him to suffer like this. It enrages me to see him in such a situation."

The old lady nodded, she could understand that her granddaughter was asking her to act against the people. She asked, "What do you want to do?"

Lily's gaze narrowed and said, "I wish for the people who did this to those men, to experience the same thing."

Anastasia shivered, she had no idea what to say, Lily had just said something really sinister.
