Nina said with a smile.
Although the recent zombie raid was over, the number of zombies around the shelter was bound to have increased drastically.
And just as she had predicted, Daniel Hale used his Spiritual Element Superpower to mark all the weak points in the shelter’s defenses.
A large number of zombies were still milling about, especially outside the checkpoint entrance.

Daniel Hale then remembered something else.
"Gabriel Leighton also said he knows you. Did you save him?"
Nina nodded and recounted how she had met his group on the road.
"Did he agree to join the rescue team?"
Nina asked curiously.
"At first, he wasn’t willing. He was still worried about his companions from City J."
"But his companions are also Superpower Users, so after getting their consent,"
"Lawson had all four of them join the team directly."
Daniel Hale replied.
After all, Gabriel Leighton’s Spiritual Element Superpower had been a huge help this time.
"That’s great."
Nina nodded after hearing this.
Evan Crawford and his group of four were all experienced Superpower Users. Right now, after joining the shelter, they might just be members of the rescue team.
But once the base was established, they might be able to make a name for themselves.

Since awakening her Wood Element Superpower, she seemed to be able to "see" the different energies within her body.
They were several round orbs of light. The largest one was red, followed by gray and yellow, and the smallest was green.
Although the orbs existed independently, they were also connected to a small pool of water below.
She believed that the small pool was her Superpower Energy, and the different colored orbs represented her various Superpowers.
The Little Zombie Rat in her room could already run and even jump. Nina was now practicing its climbing Skill.
Perhaps because it was being nourished by the seed, the Little Zombie Rat’s originally blackened and peeling skin was gradually becoming dry.
