Hughes felt like she was going to die not seeing Penny in the car when she had arrived. Seeing here seated here now enjoying her chicken like it’s the best thing in the world made her smile.
She had no experience in pregnancy, but she had been here when Osvaldo’s mother conceived him and she knew how she craved strange things. It’s too bad that crazy master of hers has decided not to experience the joy of fatherhood.
"Let’s go home miss Penny, I’ll get extra for you." Hughes said giving the man extra cash as she got two more of the roasted chicken.
Xavier had said to visit today with the other members of the family, there’s no way he could arrive now. Plus, she had time to prepare something they would eat together.
Penny used a napkin to dab the oil on her lips and hands, before following Hughes into the car. For the first time, she ate something the babies didn’t reject.aune they wouldn’t give her trouble tonight.
Who knows, she’s fed them well. They weren’t even fully formed and were already so trouble some.
When they arrived back at home, Hughes hurried to the back to show the maids what to do, while Penny just stood at a corner watching them take the items bought inside the mansion.
She recalled doing things like this for her mother and David Willard. Back then, even though hee mother’s daughter, she was still the head maid. She always have to do chores, else, she’d not eat a thing.
Come to think of it, she wondered how her mother was doing. Was she still farting, or is everything okay now?
"Let’s go in Miss Penny, I’ll prepare your bath water immediately." Hughes said escorting her mistress and as both women stepped inside the mansion, the sight before made them both gasp.
Xavier was standing in the palor, hands in his pocket as he stared at both women.
"I told you not to let my daughter leave the mansion." He said to Hughes, anger evident in his voice.
"Dad, it’s not her fault, I went with her." Penny stood up for Hughes.
"Yes she’d get stubborn all the time, she’s my blood, but it’s your duty to stand your GROUND!" Xavier yelled at Hughes who his behind her mistress.
He’s seen his child suffer and he didn’t want that anymore. Penny has been through so much since a child, she’s suffered because of his mistake.
"I said it’s my fault father. Don’t expect Hughes to outsmart me. I was bored and wanted to leave the mansion for a while. I’m fine aren’t I?" Penny spoke out.
"Penelope you know you can’t leave the mansion for you good and that of my grandchildren." Xavier’s eyes shifted to the little baby bump and then his child.
He couldn’t believe it. His little princess really was having his grandchildren. He really was going to be a grandfather.
"Shouting at an expectant mother is not going to help brother." Barry walked out of a corner of the mansion with his wife by his side.
"He’s right Xavier. Penny is only acting according to what her child wants and nothing more. If she needs air, than all we have to do is double her security and give her air." Mary added.
Uncle Barry, Aunt Mary." Penny rushed to their sides. She never expected to see them again.
"Hahaha, look how happy my granddaughter in law is, you look good dear." Penny looked up and her eyes turned wide.
"Grandpa." She called and rushed towards him. This was too much for her heart to take. It might truly explode from happiness. All the people she considers family were here.
Penny eyes moistened at the sight of them.
The triplets appeared with a young girl by their side. She was probably Penny’s age or younger, but she was beautiful and looked like the young version of Mary.
Penny blinked at her, wondering who she was with her brothers. Was she one of their girlfriends?
"Penelope, meet Sofia A.K.A Sofie,our little sister. Sofie, meet Penelope, our other little sister." Both girls blinked at watch other, just admiring how beautiful they both looked.
Penny never expected Sofia to be this beautiful and Sofia didn’t expect the same.
"Hello Sofie." Came Penny’s words.
"No need to be so stiff, come, give me a hug sister. You don’t know how much I’ve prayed and asked for a sister." Sofie hugged Penny.
"Oh my God uncle Xan, your daughter looks just like you. But she’s finer." Xavier smiled.
"I have good genes Sofie."
"Mother, I’m done with school, can I relocate here with Penny and just live with her?" Sofia turned to her mother who nodded immediately.
"Your sister needs a companion right now, staying here with her is the best thing."
"I’ll also stay. I need to be here with my greatgrandchildren too." Darlington said proudly. He couldn’t stay away from Penny, not when the Adkins next generation was about to be born.
Penny was happy to see everyone with her, but no matter how much she tried to deny it, she still searched for Os also amongst them.

She tried to remind herself. If she hadn’t left, Osvaldo would have kills her children and destroyed her womb. She shouldn’t think of such a man.
