Chapter 1915: Chapter 397: Triple True Bodies, Edge of Perished Sun!

But even so, Axel’s full power surpassed the peak of the Fourth Order of the Arcane Pathway, his strength concentrated into a line, forming a divine light that transcended light itself.

In an instant, the universe brimmed with radiance, light emanating from Axel, revealing an almost complete world of light!

[With obsession as support, condense one’s subspace into an independent small Void Domain, using the False Realm World as a foundation to bear nearly infinite power!]

[This is what I developed based on the culmination of my father and teacher’s research, potentially leading to the Sixth Echelon of power!]

At this moment, Axel transformed into divine light, piercing through all the space-time fissures cleaved by the Edge of Perished Sun, striking directly at the core of the Aether Blackbody!

[Did your Arcane Pathway anticipate this step!]

"Yes! I’ve been preparing for this!"

Void Spawn gathered like the Light Dragon’s whiskers, displaying various illusory worlds and glimpses of different Paths of the Dao behind Ian, amidst ruins, planet explosions, and stellar eruptions. Behind Ian himself, however, was a crimson sky and a silver-white sun!

The Void Space-Time forged by the Heart of Terra was a tangible, void space-time realm that belonged to Ian yet was also independent of him!

The silver sun overlapped with the Pioneer Platform, releasing a vast, boundless stream of light, propelling the Aether Blackbody forward: "This is only a part; you’ve taken the wrong path. Only obsession and determination cannot endlessly bear power!"

"You must make everyone your strength, recognize your dream, join your world... only then can you reach the state of bearing the ’Perpetual Motion Machine’!"

The surface of the pitch-black Aether Blackbody shone with blinding azure-golden streams, charging forward, like a clenched fist striking the Celestial Flaming Phoenix in the chest!

A massive fist imprint appeared in every corner of the Lightforged Realm, though in the next moment, an infinite light erupted, attempting to expel the fist imprint and counterattack.

[Father!]

At this moment, Michael also swung a sword: [It should end!]

The cerulean sword light was not scorching but cold, with the Dragon Power of Heavenly Law commanding Ether Space-Time, causing all light to suddenly solidify.

The Edge of Perished Sun slashed violently at the Celestial Flaming Phoenix’s body, shattering its Aether True Body. Terrifying space-time turbulence and chaotic gravity penetrated deep into its core, inducing chaotic energy mutations within.

Then came Curvature Navigation!

Buzz!

Space-time swayed, as all manner of light and colors twisted. A curved space-time trajectory shot straight towards the edge of the Terra Starfield, the origin of the Calamity of Light!

During Curvature Navigation, Axel still struggled— the chaotic propagation from the Edge of Perished Sun caused anomalous fusion within, leading to a disordered divine power, but to kill him, at least another seven or eight strikes would be required, something Ian was unable to achieve in a short time. Rather, there was no one in all of Terra who could swiftly kill a flourishing Sunbird.

Ian, the Light Dragon, the Void Spawn, and Michael exerted their full strength to suppress the opponent, spending a long time yet unable to fully subdue it. Their battle within the space-time bubble was even more intense and prolonged than before in the outside world.

Until Ian was nearly exhausted, Michael made a decision.

He retrieved the Ice Prison Calamity Ash, and even a severely injured Sunbird could not resist its most violent poison held within the Thousand Stars Fire Seed.

Facing the poison in his son’s hand, Axel did not struggle.

[Is that so?] 𝐟𝕣𝕖𝐞𝐰𝕖𝚋𝐧𝗼𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝗰𝐨𝐦

He spoke thus: [It seems I’ve lost... It’s unbelievable that you became the Fifth Energy Level right under my nose, and Ian holds cards I could never have imagined.]

Saying this softly to himself, he instead smiled: [But I will not cease resisting, even if you inject me with the Ice Prison Calamity Ash, I still have more than thirty-five hours of peak condition. Michael, have you prepared to handle a day and a half of counterattacks?]

Yet Michael did not use the Ice Prison Calamity Ash.

The blaze of ice-blue fire ignited in his hand, turning the Ice Prison Calamity Ash into true ashes in his palm, through the Dragon Power of Heavenly Law, leaving Axel stunned.

"There’s no need anymore." Michael showed a relieved smile: "I never truly understood you, Father, only thought you summoned the Calamity of Light to destroy the world, rendering it void before starting anew, which is why I intended to perish with you."

"Now I understand your dreams and beliefs, your true intentions."

"Although I still disagree, still want to oppose."

"But it no longer needs to be so decisive."

The light spread as Michael’s form gradually faded; his Aether True Body slowly expanded, also transforming into a Sunbird with azure-blue flame light: "The Ice Prison Calamity Ash is a punitive measure against those who act perniciously within the Thousand Stars Fire Seed. Even if The Creator loves all things, certain civilizations persistently seek to monopolize all space for life. Upon repeated transgressions, they are punished, their species preserved but their fire seed representing civilization and the past is annihilated by the Ice Prison Calamity Ash, turning to dust."

"Their species henceforth becomes a primitive race without a past or civilization, starting afresh."

"The Spark and the Ice Prison, they are opposites."

"Father, it should not be used on anyone. You have not made such an error."

Thus the azure-blue Sunbird spoke, calmly locking eyes with his father: "So, cease your resistance."

"Join me, remain in the prison of light."

Meanwhile.

Around the Comet Cloud.

The Galewind Dragon King searched within countless clouds for the source of the Calamity of Light, the Cradle Fragments floating between reality and the Void Domain.

Since the appearance of the Calamity of Light, it had set off at full-speed Curvature Navigation, even utilizing several space-time gates left by the Ancestral True Dragon to swiftly reach the vicinity of the Comet Cloud, having ample time to create barriers little by little, blocking the energy of the Calamity of Light and seeking its source.

This was a grand undertaking, and upon completion, the Calamity of Light would still persist for half a year, the time it would take the light from the Comet Cloud to reach Terra. The light was already en route, even sealing the source couldn’t stop it.

But as the Galewind Dragon King meticulously crafted barriers to block the light, an unexpected, super-space-time distortion and vibration was sensed, causing it to turn back in astonishment.

In that moment of turning back, a Curvature Space Cannon shot past, shattering the light-blocking barrier with a clear and massive cracking sound.

And then, to the Dragon King’s greater amazement, the space-time bubble struck directly into the depths of the Comet Cloud, into the area where the Cradle Fragments might be.

Subsequently... time passed.

The prelude to the Calamity of Light ended.
