Though it wouldn’t reach the Sixth Echelon, perhaps he truly can become a ’Terra’s Strongest’ no inferior to Hiliard in the past!
And the idea of the other party is actually very simple.
Those who have never seen light naturally don’t mind being plunged into darkness.

They can’t calculate data, can’t remember things, can’t figure out problems, can’t see the essence.
They can’t learn logic, can’t sort out thoughts, and even when taught, they turn around and question whether the instructor has other motives, reject others’ guidance, and become angry at others for ’interfering’ with their ’freedom of foolishness’.
These are actually not big issues.
As long as there is patience, time, gradual education, and slowly transforming society, little by little laying the foundation, all of these ’inherent foolishness’ can be eliminated using acquired means.
But, how much time is needed to solve these problems?
One hundred years, two hundred years, or three hundred years?

Even if it would render Terra’s future bleak.
Because, if in the future, the one in the foremost position isn’t ’themselves’, they would rather everyone else also fails, descends into the Abyss of mire.
What Ian can think of, certainly the Setal Imperial Family, troubled for countless years by Terra’s situation, can think of too.
