"Yes, I did. I mentioned it to her in advance and I think she has made preparations for it already. Perhaps she already added it to the dishes she will serve Father soon."

"Good to know. Considering that we barely have any good way to eat spicy foods, having to eat it during a banquet would really lift up my mood."

Just as they were talking, the Head Chef entered alongside the other assistant chefs carrying trolleys containing food for the Royal Family. The food for the nobles and the public is still being cooked. The Head Chef quickly places the dishes one by one in front of the Royal Family. The King is visibly excited about what they will be eating soon.

"May I present the food that Miss Elaina Zangrande has prepared for the Royal Family? The Roasted Whole Duck and Chicken and Vegetable Soup."

Opening the lid of the dishes, the aroma of the Roasted Whole Duck spreads around the area and the King’s eyes lit up as he basically smell something familiar in the wafting aroma.

Miss Zangrande asked for permission to use her own Paprika and Chili Powder on the dishes that she will be cooking and after testing those products, I have closed off a deal with her that she will supply us with both Paprika and Chili Powder for us. We can now add some spicy kick to the food we serve soon enough. As for the wine, it seems that it was also a prototype wine that she is developing herself but since it was still an experimental wine, it hasn’t hit the market and is still not for sale. Princess Margaux sniffs the air but she couldn’t tell how her Father managed to sniff out the Paprika. However, she does smell the Prototype wine on the duck. She already expected Miss Elaina to use the wine as she have seen her bring a bottle of it with her but she didn’t expect that it would smell that good on a dish.

"The chicken and vegetable soup is not something to be trifled at as well. Even though it looks like a regular soup, I can easily tell how Elaina have watched for the details to make the soup quite good. The broth is nice and even though I haven’t tasted the soup, I can already imagine it by the smell alone," The Queen praised the Chicken and Vegetable soup.

"I thought you can’t smell properly dear, since you got a cold?" the King was surprised.

"Oh! You are right! But how? That’s strange!"

Hearing this Princess Margaux smiled and looked at the Chicken and Vegetable soup. She already heard from Elaina herself that whenever she cooks something, food buffs are added to the food and everyone who eats it, benefits on the effect as a result. This is one of the main reasons why the soldiers and magicians have managed to push back Luminiera Kingdom even though the other camp sabotage the line of food supply for the army.

And since her Mother is sick, having her manage to get a good sniff of smell from thr aroma alone is enough to know that there is another buff present in the food. Princess Margaux noted to herself that she will personally thank Elaina for the help.

Before everyone can continue with the praises, the First Prince entered with his wife and son.

"I think that is enough with the praises and appreciation of the food and let’s get going with the food consumption, yes?" he said smiling.

"Hahaha, you are right, we can praise it more once we are done eating."

The maids quickly started their work and distribute the food to everyone. Princess Margaux almost brought her usual habit back in Elaina’s house of grabbing the food from the food source herself without having any maids to help her. Considering this was in the palace, she almost show it to them and made some errors. Thankfully, she have fully controlled her impulses.

And it seems not only Princess Margaux who got their habits displayed, even Princess Tabatha as well. Since she has been joining Elaina and her family in regular eating sessions, she have also developed the habit of eating without the prompt of a maid. Both sisters didn’t notice one another but they almost show their usual habits and revealed it to the public.

As the food was distributed, everyone started eating. As soon as they shoved the food to their mouth, everyone began shoveling food after food into their mouth.

The maids and the Head Chef were surprised at this that even the nobles who are watching them eat was surprised as the whole family didn’t say anything at all and only shoveling food to their mouths while keeping themselves silent.
