She took out her keys to open the door, and once inside, she closed it immediately.

"I’ll be right outside, if you feel like talking to someone, just open the door." Ning Ze said, releasing his hand.

The door closed, Qin Xi changed her shoes and went into the living room. She casually threw her bag on the sofa and walked to the kitchen to pour a glass of water.

She took a sip of water, her brows furrowed slightly; today’s water was bitter and astringent.

She put down the glass, opened the refrigerator, finding it empty.
