Floki was at a loss for words as he studied the main quest.

He let out a long sigh and closed the quest window.

The next morning came so quickly that he felt as though he had not slept at all.
Fortunately, his body felt energized, and the ache from last night was no longer present.
Even so, he could not stand up immediately.
There were new memories in his head.
Memories he had not seen last night when they first appeared.
And one of them was the location of the Crystal of Authority.
Navigating using the newfound information, he arrived at a small plant at the back of his hut.
The plant looked ordinary. As it was morning, its red petals were blossoming under the light.
"It should be buried under here."
So he began to dig with a sharp stone he found nearby.
He dug for a few minutes and eventually found the Crystal of Authority. He took it out, cleaned it with a rag he had brought along, and observed it closely.
Aside from the gently glowing red hue within it, the fist-sized crystal looked nothing extraordinary at all.
As he continued observing it, he felt a slight ache in his head, and a new memory was revealed. The truth about why the village had been enslaved.
Apparently, when the Lord of Blackstone Village first arrived in Ironside Village, he had captured the original Floki and tortured him, demanding the Crystal of Authority.
With the Crystal of Authority in the grasp of the Blackstone Village chief, he would have been able to obtain the unique blessing hidden within it. If he then performed a certain ritual, he would be able to magically absorb the entire Ironside Village and merge it with his own. This would evolve his territory, which would simultaneously evolve his resources, fertility, military force, authority, and everything that pertained to territory management and development.

Without the crystal in his possession, he would not be able to completely subdue Ironside, no matter how strong his forces were. Even if he were to kill Floki, without the Crystal of Authority, his death would be meaningless.
Hence, he made the village’s life miserable in the hope that Floki would eventually give up.
