My sincere apologies. Some readers have commented that my writing has too much filler. Moving forward, I will cut some unnecessary side-character scenes, shorten descriptions of fight scenes (while keeping the key battles), and do my best to condense transitional plot points and integrate them into the main storyline.

Several comments on the two Chapters I released today said there was too much filler, so I dragged myself out of bed at 4 AM to revise them. The book will go premium tomorrow at noon, with a five-Chapter mass release!

My writing speed is very slow. It usually takes me over an hour to write 1,000 words. Because of the upcoming premium launch, I’ve been forcing myself to write 2,000 words in an hour and a half. This is probably why the story has felt padded. My head wasn’t on straight, and for that, I apologize to all my dear readers.

To be honest, the number of readers following the latest Chapters is not even as good as my last book’s numbers were during its second promotional round—and that book was flamed into oblivion. I’m barely holding on to a thousand active readers, yet my writing speed is even slower now.

At a rate of a thousand words an hour, I will do my best to release over 6,000 words per day. I hope all of you will continue to support the book after it goes premium.

There’s no point in saying more. Even if the first-day subscriptions don’t break a thousand, I will still do my best to release over 6,000 words a day.

If first-day subscriptions do break a thousand, I’ll grit my teeth and still push for over 6,000 words daily. I’ll get up at 4 AM to write and won’t be back in my dorm until 11 PM. If I can manage 10,000 words a day, I’ll do it!

I am willing to dedicate all of my free time to the cause of online literature. I’ll even be writing on my phone using the author app while on the toilet!

A special thanks to all the readers who have given monthly tickets, donated, and offered ratings and suggestions. And thank you to everyone who has been following the story up to this point. After we go premium, I’ll be kicking off the college entrance exam arc.

That said, please, I ask all of you to support me with a first-day subscription tomorrow. My thanks! (clasps fists)

Recommending a gem of a new book: Grinding Martial Arts Entries to Become a Peerless Martial Saint!

Synopsis:

Fang Ming crosses over into a modern, high-Martial Arts world overrun by Exotic Beasts, becoming a first-year student at Outer City Ninth Middle School in Ye Lang City, Jiangnan Province.

Ancient Secret Realms have reawakened, Exotic Beasts are invading human territory, and life is a struggle for the common person.

But Fang Ming discovers that he can acquire special entries just by practicing Martial Arts.

[After completing a set of the Tiger Roar Fist]

1. [Martial Arts Advancement]

(Slightly and permanently boosts proficiency with the Tiger Roar Fist)

2. [Half the Effort, Double the Effect]

(For ten minutes, the effect of practicing one set of the fist form is equivalent to practicing two.)

3. [A Little Fist Power]

(Temporarily increases fist strength by 5%)

Each time his Cultivation reaches a new milestone, he gets the chance to select even rarer entries. These attributes can be combined and stacked. Soon, the boy from yesterday is looking down upon the world, worshipped by all heavens.
