The copper mirror had an unusual design, where nothing could be seen on its reflective surface. It was not that the copper mirror was useless; it was just sealed.

The power fragment that dropped into the Seven Realms Sacred Mansion was the largest one of all power fragments, but it didn’t take long for the copper mirror to absorb all of it. The copper mirror did look brighter than before, but it wasn’t unsealed yet.

“It’s not enough. Are you going to continue?” the old entity asked. The results were unsatisfactory, so he wondered if he should advise Jie Tianran to give up on the copper mirror. However, he posed it as a question to Jie Tianran instead of saying it outright.

“I’ll continue,” Jie Tianran replied.

“Are you sure? Unsealing the copper mirror is probably more important in the long run, but cultivation is all about channeling resources into the right places at the right time. You'll only be wasting your effort if you go down the wrong path. Sometimes, you need to have the flexibility to change paths when the one you’re treading on doesn’t seem right,” the old entity said.

Jie Tianran decided to personally venture out of the Seven Realms Sacred Mansion to collect the other power fragments. Just then, an elder suddenly approached him.

“What happened?” Jie Tianran asked.

The elder was one of the elders in charge of observing the changes in God’s Era. Something must have happened to God’s Era.

He thought that Jie Tianran would head to their observation formation, which was known to be the strongest one in the world of cultivation, but Jie Tianran didn’t have the patience for that.

Jie Tianran took out an observation treasure, channeled it, and pointed it toward God’s Era. What he saw filled him with delight. Something had appeared behind God’s Era’s humongous silhouette, and it shared the same aura as God’s Era. It was still a vague outline, making it hard to make out what it was.

The elder looked at the copper mirror and exclaimed in astonishment, “Lord Mansion Master, could it be...”

The item that had appeared behind God’s Era resembled the copper mirror!

“I obtained this from God’s Era. It looks like I have taken the lead in this race,” Jie Tianran declared proudly. He was confident that the changes in God’s Era had arisen from the copper mirror in his hand.

“My deepest respect for the Mansion Master.” The elder bowed deeply to Jie Tianran.

Jie Tianran smirked in glee. He asked the old entity, “Elder, do you think I should continue using the power fragments from God’s Era to continue unsealing the copper mirror?”

“It looks like you have made the right bet this time,” the old entity conceded.

Jie Tianran’s smile widened. This proved that his judgment had surpassed the old entity.

Meanwhile, Little Fishy’s eyes suddenly lit up.

Chu Feng had begun emanating a powerful, divine aura identical to God’s Era’s. Moments later, the aura seeped back into his body, becoming one with him. Then, he opened his eyes.

“Big brother, did you succeed?” Little Fishy asked.

“I think so,” Chu Feng replied.

“I noticed your body emanating an aura identical to God’s Era. What is that?” Little Fishy asked out of curiosity.

“It’s the thing hidden inside that Upper Realm. I’m not sure what it is for yet, but I should have obtained the qualification to obtain God’s Era’s true power,” Chu Feng replied.

“You must have. I couldn’t even decipher the qualification inside there,” Little Fishy said.

“Ah, it looks like only one person can decipher it.”

Chu Feng sensed the Upper Realm once more, and he realized that he couldn’t decipher it anymore. From that, it was evident that only one person could decipher the hidden qualification. This verified his conjecture that the power hidden in the Upper Realm was the qualification.

“Big brother, where should we head next?” Little Fishy asked.

“Let’s first collect the power fragment here. It might not be much, but it still counts as something,” Chu Feng replied.

“All right.” Little Fishy nodded. “Speaking of which, big brother, I have been thinking that this Upper Realm’s name sounds oddly familiar, and it just occurred to me why.”
