The Sielo Knights were, in the first place, an "Easter egg" intentionally left behind by the Deities controlling the game.

The first Lord Player to discover the Void Gate beneath the White Wolf Empire would receive the absolute loyalty of those ten Deity-blessed Sielo Knights, provided they chose to open the gate, inherit the Black King’s will, and lead their Divine Chosen Army against the Evil God’s forces, which were poised to return.

And Qin Feng just so happened to be the first lucky person to encounter the Sielo Knights.

With this information alone, Moonlit Observation couldn’t uncover Qin Feng’s true secret. He would just assume, like everyone else, that Qin Feng was simply lucky—that he had managed to draw several bug-like Divine-level Talents in a row and obtain the "Easter egg Soldier Type" preserved from the previous game cycle.
