Chapter 27: CH.27 | Welcome to Lingxian Sect

In accordance with Wu Yue’s agreement, they continued flying through the sky until the Lingxian Sect appeared before them.

Lin Tian raised his hand and summoned a white qi orb, then launched it into Wu Yue’s body.

The woman looked slightly shocked, realizing her entire body was now filled with white qi energy.

She immediately looked ahead and asked about it.

"What was that?"

"A way for you to enter the sect’s formation," Lin Tian explained.

They quickly entered the sect, and their arrival immediately drew everyone’s attention. Yun Yun narrowed her eyes, stopping her dinner as she instantly became alert.

"Why did you bring her here, Master Lin?" Yun Yun asked.

"That’s right."

The other children had no idea who the woman was or why Lin Tian had brought her along.

However, they noticed Yun Yun’s expression and the looks on the others’ faces.

They all stared seriously with sharp gazes.

That was because they still could not forget what the Yunlan Sect had done to them.

"She’s an elder of the Yunlan Sect, the sect that always comes to disturb our lives. Why did you bring her here?" Ya Fei asked.

"There are certain reasons, one of them related to her abilities," Lin Tian answered.

"No matter what, Wu Yue is a former elder of a great sect. Her knowledge of cultivation can help us," Lin Tian explained.

No one responded to Lin Tian’s words. They remained silent, their sharp eyes fixed on Wu Yue.

An Yue stood up from the dining table and walked toward Lin Tian.

"Master Lin," An Yue called out.

Lin Tian’s attention shifted toward her. He was curious why An Yue had approached him and wanted to know what she intended to say.

"Accepting an enemy into our sect is not a wise decision. No matter what, our impression of Elder Wu Yue is already bad," An Yue said.

"I’m just worried... if she stays in our sect, she could kill all of us, especially since her cultivation is higher than mine," the woman admitted.

What An Yue said was true. Everything was explained clearly and supported with logical reasons. Yun Yun and the others immediately agreed with her words.

They believed Wu Yue’s presence would only put them in danger.

They would only allow the woman to stay in the sect if their cultivation levels surpassed hers.

"We’ll agree if our cultivation is higher than hers," Yun Yun replied.

"I agree with Yun’er," An Yue added.

"See? All your disciples reject me being here, yet you still invited me to join," Wu Yue complained.

An Yue and the others glared sharply at Wu Yue the moment she spoke up.

Even so, Lin Tian remained determined to let Wu Yue become part of the sect.

Lin Tian looked toward them before turning to Wu Yue. He slowly turned his body and observed the area around the Lingxian Sect.

There was still empty land behind the sect’s main hall building. It could become the perfect place to build a pill refinement hall.

A place to imprison Wu Yue within a Nascent Soul-level confinement formation.

"Stay here and keep them company, Su Hua," Lin Tian said.

The woman obediently nodded and told the children to continue eating. Lin Tian’s attention shifted toward An Yue and the others, signaling for them to follow him.

Lin Tian and Wu Yue walked forward, followed by An Yue and the others from behind. They already knew where Lin Tian was taking them, the backyard.

"There’s nothing in the backyard except grass and trees," Ya Fei commented.

The man arrived at the backyard. Just as Ya Fei had said, there was nothing there except grass and trees.

No buildings, no garden, no pond.

An Yue and Wu Yue looked confused. They had no idea what Lin Tian intended to do there after bringing them along.

Lin Tian said nothing. He focused on forming hand seals while activating a white rune circle in his right palm.

He slammed his palm into the ground, causing ancient symbols to spread forward before a massive building rose from beneath the earth.

The ground shook violently, throwing An Yue and the others off balance.

Their eyes widened in shock as they stared ahead. Lin Tian’s Nascent Soul power was extraordinary.

He could summon a massive building using nothing but spiritual qi energy.

He raised his head, and a white qi orb appeared at the tip of his finger before shooting toward the signboard above the building’s entrance.

A small qi explosion erupted instantly, carving the building’s name into the signboard.

An Yue and the others focused their gaze ahead.

"A... Pill Refinement Hall?" An Yue asked.

"Why are we building a Pill Refinement Hall? Is there even anyone among us who can refine pills?" Ya Fei asked.

"It seems like it’s specifically for Elder Wu."

Lin Tian remained silent for a moment before glancing sideways at Wu Yue.

The man extended his hand forward, inviting the woman to enter the building he had prepared.

"It’s not as grand as the Pill Refinement Hall of the Yunlan Sect, but it’s acceptable," Wu Yue replied.

The woman stepped inside and noticed how empty and quiet the interior was.

There were no herbal ingredients, no pill boxes, not even a refinement cauldron.

The moment Lin Tian saw Wu Yue enter, he flew into the sky while forming hand seals with both hands.

An Yue and the others looked upward, curious about what he was doing.

Lin Tian created a small formation rune at his fingertip before launching it forward.

It exploded and formed a dome with walls layered in ancient symbols.

Wu Yue heard the explosion and turned around, only to discover a transparent white wall covered in ancient symbols from a powerful formation.

She stepped outside and looked at the formation before sharply glaring at Lin Tian.

"You’re imprisoning me?!" Wu Yue shouted.

Lin Tian smiled faintly.

"Did you forget?"

"You wanted to become the Master of the Pill Refinement Hall."

"You didn’t want to train disciples."

"You didn’t want to interact with me."

"Lin Tian?!" Wu Yue shouted.

The man stepped forward until he stood directly before the formation wall while staring into Wu Yue’s eyes.

"Welcome to the Lingxian Sect."
