After Victor spoke, he waited for anyone to cast their votes but nothing like that happened.

Before someone else escalated the situation, Victor raised his hand.

Lukas understood why she did that. He did not mind joining her team but he was not really into this team stuff. He would first see why they all were so eager for it and Victor did not disappoint him.

"Lukas, let me explain what is the benefit of a team. Its main purpose is resource gathering.

Most teams leave for gathering food and crystals along with the loot and treasure that drops from killing the dead walkers and beasts.

These resources are mainly kept by the team itself but 10 percent is something which they have to give to the main treasury of this shelter. It is like tax which will be used for the betterment of the shelter.

Now, teams are ranked according to this tax they pay. Those who pay higher are placed on the top. This is more like a competition of self esteem but there are also rewards for the top team and it varies in resources or some other things like better amenities in this shelter.

You can also decide how you split the 90 percent you have among yourselves. So this is in a nutshell what a team is. Now you can decide whom to join or hear their offers first to pick what is best for you.."

Victor relaxed in his seat and Lukas immediately shook his head.

"No need. I like going on solo missions so this team thing is not for me but I can still tag along like a guest member or something. But in that case, what I hunt is mine. I will decide what to give to the shelter as tax..."

He had a big family and he could not share his resources with others. He looked at Leah. "If you accept this condition then you can call me for your next missions if you want.."

The prices were around 1000 LP for rare level three weapons. He couldn’t purchase weapons higher than his own level from the shop.

Epic weapons of the same level cost 20000 LP. The price difference was huge but all epic weapons were growth type so it was justifiable. He had 1776 LP points and he was gathering them for spells so in the end he decided not to waste them.

He was hoping that he would get a special bundle so that he could earn LP faster somehow, but he had no clue how to get them.
