Li Wei felt a wave of pressure.

The Death Knight was incredibly powerful, having reached Tier Four Peak.

He could easily crush an ordinary Tier Four Skeleton Monster.

Even a Giant Skeleton wouldn’t last a single round against him.

For a Tier Three Mage to even think of fighting a Death Knight was pure fantasy.

The Death Knight pierced the Blue Fireball with his spear.

A flare of light engulfed the Death Knight.

The searing Blue Fire scorched his body, making his black Armor crackle and pop.

The bones of the Bone Horse beneath him were burned through.

The Death Knight raised his Riding Spear as a white Undead flame ignited on his body.

The white flame extinguished the Blue Fire.

The damage to the Death Knight’s body also began to repair itself within the white flame.

The white flame condensed over the damaged parts of the Bone Horse, forming new bones.

WHOOSH!

The Blue Fire dissipated. The Death Knight looked around, searching for Li Wei.

Li Wei had already taken to the sky.

WHOOSH! WHOOSH! WHOOSH!

A whistling sound cut through the air.

The Death Knight looked up to see a massive Blue Fireball descending from the heavens.

Li Wei had used the time it took the Death Knight to escape the Blue Fire to finish charging his attack.

The Death Knight sensed the aura of death.

He plunged his Riding Spear into the ground. A wave of Power spread out, enveloping hundreds of nearby Skeleton Monsters.

BOOM!

The Blue Fireball landed, triggering a massive explosion.

In an instant, the Fireball swelled to a hundred meters in diameter.

Everything within a hundred-meter radius was incinerated.

Skeleton Monsters beyond that radius were sent flying dozens of meters by the powerful shockwave.

The explosion subsided.

A clearing over a hundred meters wide now stood in the center of the Skeleton Sea.

Li Wei cast Assault Storm, blowing away the dust and lingering flames.

It revealed the scene at the epicenter of the blast.

A massive crater, a hundred meters in diameter, had been gouged into the earth.

The Death Knight lay in the center of the crater.

His Bone Horse was gone, and only the upper half of the Death Knight’s body remained.

Before the Blue Fireball exploded, the Death Knight had used his "Death Sharing" ability, distributing the damage among all the surrounding Skeleton Monsters.

He hurriedly cast Fire Escape, giving chase to the fleeing Death Knight.

Jasmine lowered the arm she had raised to shield her eyes. Gazing at the two retreating figures, she was utterly horrified.

He couldn’t see what the part of the Blood Pool in the outside world looked like.

He found that as soon as his Spiritual Power touched the blood, it was like entering a bottomless pit and vanished instantly.

Li Wei tossed a Blue Fireball into it.

He looked up and saw that the Blood Pool was, impossibly, above his head.

There was a massive cavern beneath the Blood Pool.

Li Wei tossed out a Fireball to illuminate his surroundings.

A cavern carpeted with bones of all kinds appeared before him.

It was the birthplace of the Undead Creatures of the Ancient Battlefield.

The aura leaking from the Netherworld allowed the Ten Thousand Corpses Pit to continuously spawn new Undead Creatures.

However, standing inside the pit, Li Wei couldn’t see a single living creature.

But he didn’t dare get too close.

He cast the Illusion Technique, creating an Illusory Body to approach the Death Knight.

He observed the Bone Palace.

Suddenly, the Death Knight’s entire body erupted in white flames, his mangled torso dissolving within the Undead flames.
