Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy
Chapter 3594: Hannah’s Return
Alex met Hannah upon her return. She had already been to the Sky God and used her Creation to form a Divine Spirit Vein before returning to the courtyard.
"What place did you end up going to, sister?" he asked.
"The Divine Sanctuary Realm. Not a main continent though, but an island near one of its continents."
Alex thought for a bit. "That’s where the Stone God is from, right?" he asked.
"I think so. I don’t know where she lives though, so I never got to actually see her."
Alex never expected her to.
"I did meet the Weapons God before returning, and... he was a little interesting," she said.
"The Weapons God?"
Alex remembered the young man who questioned him before the other gods came after him. Later on, he had come to learn that of the many gods and their subordinates that were there that day, exactly 3 of them had voted against sending Alex to Hell.
The Alchemy God was one of them, which made sense to Alex considering how much he must’ve cared for alchemists.
The Artifact God was another one, which made sense as well, given Alex carried Godslayer with him, who was her master.
And finally, the Weapons God was one. Until returning to the Human realms and meeting the Beast God, Alex had just no idea why the young god had ever decided to help him back then. But now he knew that it had something to do with the man believing him to be the Savior.
"I was surprised by how young he was," Hannah continued. "I thought he might have been the youngest person to ever become a god. But apparently, he’s only so young because he ended up eating something in his childhood that permanently kept him from aging."
"Really? I read that he just happened to become an Immortal while he was still very young, which is why he ages so slowly," Alex said.
"Hmm."
Both wondered which was the actual truth.
Hannah mentioned what they had talked about, which Alex wouldn’t have guessed would be about him.
"He called you a Savior. Are you a Savior?" Hannah asked him.
Alex let out an awkward smile. "I don’t know, sister. There are prophecies running around and I have apparently fulfilled a few of them," Alex said.
"Have you talked with Grandmaster?" Hannah asked.
"I have. And he won’t give me a straight answer."
"Hmm. Well, either way, that’s what they mostly talked about. Also, the Weapons God wanted me to relay a message. He said that your master might still be on the Dragon Turtle. He said Silvermist, so this is your Alchemy master, right?"
Alex blinked in surprise. "Is he? I would’ve guessed he would never leave the Medicine World. I wonder why he is out on the Dragon Turtle."
Alex had thought of visiting the Medicine World in the near future to go meet with his master, but it appeared he may not be there anymore. He had also wanted to meet with Momo at the same time, so it wouldn’t have been a waste of a trip either way.
But after what he talked about with the Storm God, leaving this world was simply not an option for him any longer. For the foreseeable future, he would have to remain in this world and stay in wait for the arrival of Ashmaker. Only when he competed with the Fire God and lived to tell the tale could he be free to visit the other worlds and meet everyone else.
"Well, that’s still good to learn. You’ve brought me some good news."
Hannah smiled. "By the way, have you seen my husband? I’ve been to the room, but I can’t find him there. And he’s not training with the soldiers either."
Alex smiled a little. "I am guessing you didn’t search for anyone else though."
"Why?"
"Because if you had, you would’ve known they were missing as well," Alex said. "Don’t worry, they are training in my Soul Space right now."
"Your Soul Space?"
Hannah’s eyes narrowed in confusion.
"It’s faster if you just experience it yourself."
After some time, Hannah was within the realm inside Alex’s Soul Space, standing beneath the World Tree. She had heard so much about this tree by now that she was excited to see it for the first time. The only other time she had seen it was very long ago, and at that point, it was barely more than a sapling at all.
Hannah spent some time there with the others, but it became clear very quickly that Alex’s Soul Space could not handle Hannah at all. Unless she were to completely withdraw her aura, she was a burden on Alex. And since the only good thing she could do in there was cultivate, she decided to do so on the outside.
Long Huan felt that he had cultivated for long enough, so he left alongside her.
Alex cultivated for some time longer. Unlike the others, his cultivation sessions weren’t fast at all, so he could only diligently cultivate while the others sped through it.
He had broken through to the Immortal Transcendent 2nd realm back in the Sun’s Talon realm, and since then, it had been a little over a decade.
Considering how much he had been through, it felt as though much more time had passed. So much had happened since then after all.
Alex hadn’t made much progress in his cultivation base, mostly due to the fact that he had been forced to divert his attention elsewhere, but he had finally finished forming the Division technique, so he was now free to cultivate as he wished.
He could also start doing tests to understand Unity much better, but before that, a certain other task had come to take precedence in the meantime. So, once there was nothing else more important to do, Alex left his room and found Ronron.
"Could you help me meet Reverend Bluedoor?" Alex asked her. "I need to talk to him about your grandfather."
