It has been more than a year since Shiva entered the 10th floor.

Though he had managed to obtain the Soul stone, he fell far too behind in climbing the tower.

The ones who have entered the Tower with him had already been climbed beyond the 25th floor already.

He was too delayed by the colosseum and the quest to find the Soul Stone.

Though it was all worth it, it doesn’t mean he could relax. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦

It was now time for him to rush up the floors and gain some levels.

It was true that he now had the power to fight against the ranker on lower floors but he wasn’t actually a ranker yet.

No matter how much he tried he couldn’t possibly win if someone who had the power of a ranker without any restriction appeared in front of him.

so his first goal now was to climb the tower to the 50th floor while fully unlocking all the seals on the Soul stone.

As usual, he wore his black robe and covered his head with a hood as he moved towards the place where the 10th floors test was going to take place.

Unlike the other floors, the 10th floor was different since an application needed to be applied before they could challenge the trial.

In the Tower, it is a known fact that every 10 floors the difficulty of clearing the floors would sky-rocket.

The 10th floor was no exception either.

besides It wasn’t even an individual trial but a group one.

It was called the ’Mass kabaddi’.

Originally it was a sport that was played for entertainment in certain regions of the tower but the tower later included it as a trial with slight changes in the rules...well, maybe more changes to be specific!

The trial included the participation of two teams.

Each team would include 7 members on each.

and of course, the members are randomly selected ....or so the people said.

anyway, coming back to the rules.

Each side will have 7 members each.

They will be teleported to a massive ground the size of half a football court with a single middle line and lava on all other sides.

An individual from one of the sides will enter the enemy’s court and will try to kill or injure their team members, he would be called a ’Raider’.

The defending members who were called ’Defenders’ would have to try to escape from him all while driving him away towards his court or binding him there so he couldn’t go back. The defenders are not allowed to use any form of offensive skills or actions that could harm the Raider but can only drive him away back to his court.

The rider will have only 30s time to operate in the enemies court and if he even by mistake stays there for even a second more, he will be sentenced to death according to the trials of the Tower.

Like this, the two teams will play until there are no climbers on any one of the sides or the climbers on one side decide to give up.

The side who have survivors, even if it is a single one will win and pass onto the next floor,

it was a very tricky and hard trail.

The defensive teams will have to try their best to either defend themselves or to hold the enemy in their court for more than 30 seconds.

likewise, the raider has to make sure to at least injure someone before getting back, or else once again he would be dead.

The game was super easy for summoner and druid-type climbers who would have their summons do the raiding while just waiting in front of the midline.

That’s why the game was also called the ’Summoner’s game’.

So the team with more summoner-type climbers we’re always favored to win.

Shiva read through all the rules and looked at the gate in front of him.

apparently unlike on other floors, he has to wait some time after he applied for challenging the floor since the tower needs time to match the players.

It usually took half a day but could be shorter considering the number of players that would enter the trial.

A fairy was waiting to receive his application in front of the Tower.

She was tiny but beautiful, they were the race that aided the Tower to maintain the order.

Shiva handed the entry application document to the fairy that took it and disappeared from there.

"Now, what should I do? "

he wondered since it would take at least six hours for matching the members.

A normal and an average looking female who at first glass would make the people think like,

’What a poor child? ’

appeared at the entrance of the 10th floor and handed over her application.

She was thin pale like a sheet, had brown hair and black eyes, her clothes were haggard, and on top of that, she wore a glass which made her look like a typical nerd.

"Fee please"

the fairy stretched her hand out as she asked the average-looking female.

Her name was Siri.

She was the one who entered the tower about five years ago, It was a pretty large time for one to be still on the tenth floor.

She was still stuck on the 10th floor without being able to climb higher.

and this was actually her 26th try on the 10th floor.

She was in a very thin situation currently.

since each time you took a test, you have to provide a specific amount of KP as a fee charge.

For climbers like Shiva and William, it was not even a matter of importance as they always had what was more than needed for the trial in their possession.

but for normal people like Siri, it was a major problem.

’I am done for if I can’t clear the floor this time? ’

She was on verge of going bankrupt this time, she had somehow managed to survive this whole time depending upon the remaining KP but now it was the last bit of amount she had.

"Here"

She unwillingly handed over the last bit of points that she had left for the fairy hardening her aching heart.

In the tower where strength was everything, the weak people only had KP for their rescue.

They could somehow manage to survive if they have KP but if not, then forget about going up the tower it would be a blessing if they don’t die of starvation.

Everything in the tower cost KP, even a piece of chocolate, for a single meal, for a night’s rest, a prosti...cough!

Siri looked at the place where the fairy disappeared as soon as she handed over the application and was about to walk away.

Ding!

but the message of matching greeted her.

Her face bloomed thinking that she didn’t need to wait any longer.

But see the line-up...!!

Kabaddi-

Kabaddi is an Indian contact team sport with origins in Tamil Nadu(A state in India). Played between two teams of seven players, the objective of the game is for a single player on offence, referred to as a "raider", to run into the opposing team’s half of a court, touch out as many of their defenders as possible, and return to their own half of the court, all without being tackled by the defenders, and in a single breath. Points are scored for each player tagged by the raider, while the opposing team earns a point for stopping the raider. Players are taken out of the game if they are touched or tackled, but are brought back in for each point scored by their team from a tag or tackle.

It is popular in the Indian subcontinent and other surrounding Asian countries. Although accounts of kabaddi appear in the histories of ancient India, the game was popularized as a competitive sport in the 20th century. It is the national sport of Bangladesh. It is the state game of the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh.
