Chasing His Ex: The Tycoon's Hidden Twins
Chapter 176 - 149: A Garden Worth a Small Goal, A Gift For You
She didn’t dare say what she was really thinking.
But what she didn’t expect was that when they arrived at Spring Glow Garden, Lu Fan would actually volunteer to be the photographer.
After adjusting her posture, she shyly held up the universal peace sign.
The pose seemed ordinary, but through Lu Fan’s lens, she looked incredibly beautiful and cute.
After all, being photogenic was never something a pose could make up for.
There were only three key elements to getting a good shot.
Looking good, looking good, and looking good.
Once Lu Fan found a good angle, he rapidly snapped several pictures.
Then he beckoned, signaling for Jiang Silu to come over.
Jiang Silu glanced at the classmates around her, then took small steps over to him.
"Here, take a look at my photography skills," Lu Fan said happily, showing the photos to Jiang Silu.
Jiang Silu was very surprised as she looked at herself in the photos.
She hadn’t expected Lu Fan to capture her so beautifully.
Any woman would be happy to see such beautiful photos of herself.
She nodded happily. "They turned out so beautifully."
But Lu Fan shook his head. "Actually, it’s not that I took a good picture. It’s that you’re just this beautiful to begin with. Anyone could have taken these and they would have come out just as stunning."
Jiang Silu knew her father was complimenting her, and a sweet warmth spread through her heart.
Just as she was looking at the other photos, Lu Yao and the others walked over.
Lu Yao asked excitedly, "Uncle Lu, is that your DSLR camera?"
Lu Fan nodded. "Yes, it is. I thought I could take some pictures for you all today."
"Really? That’s great!" Lu Yao exclaimed, getting excited.
Song Miaomiao knew this was just Uncle Lu being polite; his real reason for bringing the camera was obviously to take pictures of Jiang Silu.
So she whispered to Lu Yao, "Yaoyao, Uncle Lu is here to take pictures for Lulu."
Liu Shiting, wanting to make a good impression on Lu Fan, also chimed in.
After all, Jiang Sifan was his son.
Although the father and son might not have reconciled yet, judging by how Jiang Silu and Lu Fan’s relationship was progressing, it was only a matter of time before Jiang Sifan would also forgive his dad.
So Liu Shiting also suggested, "Uncle Lu, why don’t you take pictures of Lulu first? We can just take our own."
But Lu Yao protested, "Oh, come on, our phone cameras are no match for a DSLR! We’ll be fine with just a few shots."
Jiang Silu was already very satisfied with the photos on the camera, so she said to Lu Fan, "Why don’t you take a few of me and my roommates together?"
"No problem." Lu Fan picked up his camera and helped the four "little golden flowers" adjust their stances and poses.
After he snapped several shots in a row, the four "little golden flowers" crowded around the DSLR to look at the screen.
When they saw how lively everyone’s expressions were and how beautifully the photos turned out, they were all absolutely delighted.
Lu Yao looked at Lu Fan with an expression that screamed ’You are my god.’ "Uncle Lu, you’re seriously amazing! You can do anything! Lulu, I’m so jealous I could die. You have such a great, multi-talented dad."
Although Jiang Silu was a bit shy and embarrassed...
...she had to admit, Lu Yao’s enthusiastic praise was deeply validating.
It gave her a certain sense of satisfaction.
She carefully glanced at Lu Fan beside her, thinking, ’If he hadn’t shown up at Spring Glow Garden today, my roommates probably wouldn’t be this envious of me.’
Seeing that they had taken enough pictures, Lu Fan reminded them, "You all need to get back to the lecture. Silu, you have to give me a proper tour of this garden’s layout later."
Only then did Jiang Silu remember she had that task.
She quickly pulled Song Miaomiao and the others back to join Teacher Chen’s lecture group.
If for no other reason than the fact that Lu Fan had just taken so many beautiful photos for her, she felt she had to return the favor.
Meanwhile, during the lecture, Teacher Chen had also noticed Lu Fan’s DSLR camera.
So, during a break, she approached Lu Fan and began by thanking him. "Mr. Lu, thank you so much for taking the time to come here today. On behalf of all the faculty and students of the Jinling University Department of Landscape Architecture, I thank you."
"Teacher Chen, you’re too kind," Lu Fan said with a smile. "For a teacher like you who places so much importance on combining knowledge with practice, I feel it’s an honor to be able to host your visit to Spring Glow Garden."
Being praised like that by Lu Fan, Teacher Chen’s face flushed slightly.
Even though she figured Lu Fan was probably quite a bit older than her, she found the feeling he gave her was just right.
So Teacher Chen ventured to ask, "Um, Mr. Lu, would you mind taking a picture of me, too?"
"Of course." Lu Fan picked up his camera and started taking photos of Teacher Chen.
Compared to the shyness of Jiang Silu and her friends, Teacher Chen was much more poised and confident.
She struck pose after pose, looking straight into the lens, completely determined to get a great shot.
Just as Lu Fan was taking pictures of Teacher Chen, Lu Yao noticed.
She immediately called out to Jiang Silu, "Lulu, your dad is taking pictures of Teacher Chen!"
Jiang Silu looked over and saw Teacher Chen striking all sorts of poses.
And from the look on her face, she seemed to be thoroughly enjoying her time with Lu Fan.
’Oh, crap!’
’Mom’s in danger!’
Jiang Silu suddenly felt an unprecedented sense of crisis.
Teacher Chen, who normally didn’t go out of her way to interact with men, had actually taken the initiative to ask her father for a photoshoot.
For a moment, she was at a complete loss.
Although Jiang Silu hadn’t completely forgiven her father yet, she didn’t want other women getting close to him either.
Deep in her heart, she had always longed for her parents to fully reconcile.
Jiang Silu desperately wanted to have a happy, complete family.
After weighing her options, she decided she had to do something for her mother.
