Pokemon Bubble,
Unown Dimension
It was an alternate dimension outside the various Key, Mirror, and Pillar timelines.
The dimension had no visible terrain, sky, environment. From one corner to another, there was nothing but swirls of blackness, with occasional multicolored flashes appearing and vanishing at a moment’s notice.
Suddenly, two massive tears ripped through the entire dimension with a creepy sound.
From one of the spatial tears, Palkia, with the authority of Space, came barging out, his low draconic growls instantly shattering thousands of Unown Pokemon that formed an innate part of this dimension.
From the other spatial tear, Dialga, with the authority of Time, flew out, its roar matching Palkia’s own, causing equal destruction.
In most of the Pokemon timelines, especially the Keys and Mirrors, these two Pokemon were known to be Legendary.
However, Contestants, over time, had learned that Pokemon Bubble’s criteria for dividing Pokemon into Legendary and Mythical categories were skewed, deviating greatly from reality.
As per many timelines, Palkia was a dual-type Water-Dragon Legendary Pokemon. It usually took the form of a large, bipedal Kaiju, having a white body marked with purple stripes and two large pearls on its shoulders.
Meanwhile, Dialga was regarded as a dual-type Steel-Dragon Legendary Pokemon. It took the form of a dark-blue, sauropod-like creature with gray metallic portions and light blue stripes, with a massive pearl on its chest.
However, the Pokemon that usually appeared in the timelines, interacting with storyline Characters, were nothing but Avatars... a hint of the Half-Deep Ones’ authorities given form, just like the Jewel Clone of Zelretch from the Fate Bubble.
In truth, the true bodies of Palkia and Dialga were so massive and so powerful that They rarely left Their dimensions, which remained outside the purview of any timeline in the Pokemon Bubble.
There was a good reason behind it.
Pokemon Bubble was unique in many ways, but the core of it lay with its lone Deep One — Arceus, the Original One!
Unlike many Bubbles, where a Deep One came into being from one of the Storyline Characters, like Overlord Bubble, or from a Concept gaining sentience, like Harry Potter Bubble’s Death, Arceus... came into being before the creation of the Pokemon Bubble.
But saying that the Original One came into being before the Pokemon Random World wasn’t technically right, either.
If one had to be truly technical and mythically correct about it, as many Contestants from the Primordial Tower’s 17th Floor, the City of Scholars, used to be, because they had nothing better remaining to do anyway, then one could say that Arceus was the Pokemon Bubble.
And that made Arceus one of the strongest Deep Ones to exist in the Multiverse!
A Bubble carried its own will, which it dictated through the Laws. It was like a house that let people stay and guard it — people being the Timelines and the guards being the Deep Ones. However, because of its sheer size, this will never took form, exerting its intention subtly through the Laws — as in the case of Professor Trelawney from the Harry Potter Bubble. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚
Arceus, being the creator of the Pokemon Bubble, was the will of the Bubble.
And thus, despite being the lone Deep One of the Bubble, there had been no attack on the Pokemon Random World in the history of the Multiverse. No cases like Zelretch borrowing the core law — Ancient Magical Script — from the Harry Potter Bubble, forcing the Bubble to adopt a new set of inferior laws that governed its current magic system.
Later, after birthing the Pokemon Bubble from Himself, Arceus had begun creating Laws.
The actual process was unknown to even the oldest records in the Primordial Tower, but, according to the myths, He created eggs to give Concepts sentience and form.
Palkia, the Concept of Space, and Dialga, the Concept of Time, were only two of the many such eggs.
And... the moment They had hatched from those eggs, They were already Half-Deep Ones!
If They ever left Their dimensions, then it would threaten the entire Pokemon Bubble’s stability, forcing even Arceus to leave His slumber.
Thus, both Half-Deep Ones remained in a perpetual state of hibernation, maintaining the overall Space-Time continuum of the Bubble.
To govern the same on the individual timeline level, though, They birthed Avatars, imbuing them with just enough power to not destroy the said timeline instantly with their presence.
This was also the reason that no Contestant had ever managed to catch such Pokemon... not using the traditional methods anyway.
The Palkia and Dialga, who had barged into the Unown dimension, were such Avatars.
Presently, their mere presence has destabilized the dimension’s integrity. As if that wasn’t enough, the two Avatars began fighting, their every attack causing supernovae, with millions of Unown Pokemon, who kept a hold on reality itself, dying under their wrath.
Palkia’s body glowed purple.
Dialga’s body let out a massive blue aura.
Then, becoming beams of light, they charged toward each other, butting their heads.
The BOOM rattled the entire dimension, gravitational waves becoming tsunamis as they crashed against the horizons.
As the two Pokemon backed up under the recoil, Palkia let out a mad roar. The pearl on his right shoulder let out a massive pink glow, the same glow manifesting around his right arm. Then, pulling back his huge arm, Palkia lashed out, clawing the space.
The Spatial Render move cut through the fabric of space as it was hurled at Dialga.
It struck the Pokemon’s psychic barrier, broke through it, and then sent him flying, a painful howl echoing in the dimension.
Mad beyond reasoning, Dialga gathered even greater energy on his mouth, the blue pearl on his chest becoming a white star.
Then, he used the Roar of Time, rupturing the dimension with a black-blue hyperspace beam of energy.
It hit Palkia, who vainly tried to block it with his body.
Crack!
The pearl on Palkia’s left shoulder cracked, the explosion’s light blinding the dimension.
The two Pokemon glared at each other, rage and madness making their eyes glow red and orange.
Then, they charged at each other, continuing the fight, killing hundreds of millions of Unown and wreaking havoc in the dimension.
And watching them from afar... very, very afar... was Beelzemon, the Digimon’s body glitching now and then like a digital anomaly.
