CEO's Reborn Wife
Chapter 1816 - 1824: I Want to Emphasize
Well, half of the media here were drawn by Bright Sampton’s identity as Jane Sampson’s younger brother.
After the incident last night, Jane Sampson posted a tweet and went silent, not appearing in the public eye again.
Since they couldn’t interview Jane Sampson, they knew Bright Sampton was returning home today, so they came to the airport to corner him, hoping to get some information about Jane Sampson and strive for an exclusive news story.
But Bright Sampton wasn’t stupid. He was as slippery as an eel, and when he sensed something was wrong, he slipped out directly from the special passageway and took a car back to the base to wait for his teammates.
He even had his teammates help with his luggage.
The reporters were a bit disappointed that they didn’t catch Bright Sampton, but they thought they had come all this way, so not interviewing something would be a waste.
Hence, these reporters who came also took photos of the FOU Team and later published some related news reports.
The studios and newspaper agencies these reporters belonged to had a certain number of fans, so when the news reports went out, they attracted more people to watch tonight’s live streaming.
Before seven o’clock, Jane Sampson hurriedly sat on the sofa with her fully charged mobile phone. Her back leaned against the sofa cushion, and her legs comfortably stretched out, resting directly on James Black’s lap.
When the clock hit seven, she shifted to an even more comfortable sitting position, lazily snuggling into James Black’s arms. She then pointed to Bright Sampton on the live broadcast and said to James Black, "Look, Bright Sampton! So handsome! Don’t you think he’s the handsomest?"
James Black lifted his eyelids and repeated the word Jane Sampson had just used, "The handsomest?"
James Black really wanted to ask Jane Sampson how many handsomest people there were in her dictionary.
But seeing Jane Sampson so excited, he ultimately held back, casually agreeing with a "Yeah, he’s indeed the handsomest in the live broadcast channel."
Only limited to the live broadcast channel though.
The live broadcast channel was full of boys, including the host, who was a male host with a lot of experience in gaming, and there wasn’t a single little miss in Bright Sampson’s team.
You could tell the host was also a gaming fan, so when he saw the FOU team members, he was a bit excited, holding a pile of various FOU merch in his hand, asking everyone to sign them after the show was over as they were his private collection.
Bright Sampton wasn’t the youngest inside; the team leader sat next to the host, and he sat in the middle of the team.
After the routine self-introductions, the host chatted separately with the team leader for a short while, mostly revolving around this competition and usual training at the base.
After finishing the chat with the team leader, the host didn’t neglect the other teammates and interviewed each one of them individually.
When it was Bright Sampton’s turn, he directly passed the microphone to the person behind him.
Seeing this, the host smiled and asked the team leader, "Is Bright Sampton shy? He gave the microphone to someone else, and I was just about to interview him."
"No." The team leader shook his head, the word shy had nothing to do with Bright Sampson at all. He turned his gaze to the always outspoken Bright Sampson, silently asking him what was going on.
Bright Sampson then said, "I’m not shy, I’m letting my teammates speak first. Once they’re done, I’ll slowly speak, because I have quite a lot to say, and I want to emphasize certain points."
