Because Jane Sampson was Old Master Black’s granddaughter-in-law, both Old Master Carter and Old Madam Carter felt a bit more fond of Jane Sampson.

"Then I’ll trouble Mr. Carter." Jane Sampson waved to the three elders inside, "Grandpa Carter, Grandma Carter, Teacher Yang, I’ll leave now. Goodbye."

Old Master Carter and Old Madam Carter stood there, watching James Carter and Jane Sampson get in the car and leave, before going back to the room. Gwendolyn Young followed them with a happy mood and said to the two elders with a smile, "Ever since James returned to the country and met Jane Sampson, he’s been in much better spirits."
